Great customer service! We have taken many vehicles to them and they have been wonderful about going above and beyond to help keep them running in top condition. Any question they are more than happy to answer or investigate. They stand by their work! The owner and staff stayed in good communication with me. They did a phenomenal job on my corvette with engine work and more. The vette sounds like a lion before it sounded like a sick cat. My wife was also impress. Great Job Hargett Automotive Team. GOD BLESS You. We appreciate you.

They are very thorough, let you know exactly what they find that they believe needs repair, but give you the opportunity to decide what you want done before they do anything, along with a detailed estimate for each job. Very friendly and professional with reasonable rates. I won t go anywhere else for my auto repair needs, and I live two counties away!

Brent with HAP has been able to answer all my questions and concerns with my build. I confident that the transmission and converter he has recommended will be spot on for my needs. Would definitely recommend.

Great group to work with. Worked hard (and patiently) with my warranty company to make sure i was taken care of. Even though were given faulty parts by OEM still had a very fast turn around and made sure my vehicle good to go. Highly reccomended!!!! Thanks.

I absolutely love Hargett Automotive Performance and highly recommend them to anyone needing work or diagnostics done on their car. They're quick and extremely efficient and thorough with their work while also being super communicative throughout the process. I've taken my last two cars to them and refuse to use any other shop in the city.Edited review, but my original one still stands. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go anywhere else other Hargett. Probably the only shop left in town that s not just out to empty your wallet with nonsense and poor mechanical work. Absolutely wonderful business, kind people and they do incredible and thorough work. 10 stars if I could. Five isn t enough

I drive a Fiat 500, so it s often difficult for me to find a mechanic that will work on my vehicle. When I learned that Hargett would work on my vehicle, I was elated. Their services are comprehensive, offering a front to back assessment of everything wrong with the car and an itemized checklist where customers can choose what repairs they would like to have made. The customer service representatives are polite and helpful, and willing to answer any questions you might have about your vehicle. The cherry on top was that when it took longer than anticipated for a part to arrive for my vehicle, Hargett performed the repair labor for free. I will definitely be coming back to Hargett the next time my car needs a repair!

Everyone at HAP performance are truly incredible! The Tristate is lucky to have a company like this around. Everyone is so welcoming and does a great job explaining everything. If you are new to the game or have more experience than you know what todo with, these guys accommodate to all your needs!

The lady at the front counter, Madelyn I believe, was very professional and courteous, while being very informative at the same time. The whole process was explained to me so I knew exactly what was going on. I appreciated all the interactions I had, I will be going back in the future.Edit: it took a little longer than I expected but everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional. They also put air in my tires for me which was very nice.

HAP took care of my vehicle the correct way while having great communication throughout the entire process. Including to make sure I was aware of the entire vehicle s condition to help stay ontop of preventative maintenance and answer/explain any questions I had during the process.

Extremely satisfied. Best auto service I have ever experienced. It's also the cleanest business I have ever visited, and I'm not just talking about auto services. Waiting room is awesome. Free snacks and drinks. TV. Friendly staff.

Got a custom exhaust done for an LS swapped Saturn Sky and it turned out great! Jason understood exactly what I wanted and chose all great components and the person who did the work did a great job on all the welds and laying it out! Hargett automotive is super had daughter car repair and maintenance there since she started college at USI and have done a super job always honest and will let you know up front what repairs needed before proceeding with a estimate for review with pictures if needed deal with lot of repair vendors every day for a living as a fleet account manager Haggard is Topps A++

All in all pretty good experience. A little pricey for sure but they do good work. 300 to run diagnostic check is crazy. But there 40 point inspection was nice, they let us know everything wrong with the vehicle asking for money up front for parts was a first also.. From beginning to the end the service and professionalism was great. They were able to get my vehicle in diagnose the issue and had it repaired within a few days of me giving authorization to do so. They're very knowledgeable and they work with you to make sure everything is taken care of to your liking. Up front and honest with the pricing, and even allow you to choose what you want repaired. When I needed an emergency repair, I contacted them after hours via their Facebook page. They responded quickly and were able to get me in at 8:00 am and fix everything the next day. Their waiting area was very nice and stocked with drinks and snacks. Tammy was friendly and helpful. Going to Hargett made a stressful situation affordable and much less stressful. I will definitely be going back next time I need car repair.Service: Exhaust

I have honestly blown away about the customer service Hargettes performed. Madelyn was super nice and ask a lot of questions, I talked to Tammy several minutes before getting the work done, if that wasn t enough. Jason called me several times making sure of what I wanted to do, and how I wanted it. The best part of my interaction was fixing my car, everything turned out perfect. I m still smiling after I left. My 02 firehawk was so different than when it arrived. I just wanted to say Thank you my car is amazing now. I plan on several appointments with these folks, I won t trust my car with anyone except theseROCKSTARS. Thank you folks so much!!Service: Steering & suspension repair
