Jamie and the crew are very personable, but still professional. Jamie will explain issues you may have when the car is service in ways that you actually understand. He is patient when I ask questions and will answer all questions without making you feel rushed. The crew are pleasant and friendly. My last problem they took pictures to show me

Raben Evansville West was friendly and was able to get me in quickly for an oil change. I was informed that my front brake pads was pretty worn and needed changed. I told them that I couldn't do it that day but would make an appointment for the next week. As I was leaving the informed me that they didn't do the free tire rotation that comes with the oil change because all 4 tires had the same tread measurement and they didn't feel that it needed it. In my mind you don't wait for the tires to start showing wear before you start rotating them. I pay what I think is a high dollar oil change because of the tire rotation. I also saw that in the estimate that they gave me included changing the power steering fluid along with a power steering kit. Nothing about that had been mentioned to me and I don't recall the power steering and brake pads being related to each other. ?

Raben did an amazing job for me. On the way home from Indianapolis late one evening, I got a low tire pressure alarm. I found a nail in the tire and was able to air it up and get back to Evansville. I showed up the next morning without an appointment and they were able to get me in to see if they could repair the tire. Unfortunately they could not and found another piece of metal in the tire. Although they already had a full schedule booked, they were able to order in 4 new tires and install them before lunchtime the following day so that I could get my son to baseball practice. These guys definitely go above and beyond.

I set an 11 am appointment to get my tires rotated, balanced and one leak fixed. Since I bought the tires here, the rotate and balance was to be free but a $25 fee for the patch. Dropped the car off a bit before 11.Got a call at 11:50 that my tread was low and they recommended new tires at about $900. I told them no just finished up.When I went back to check at about 2:45 the car was still on the rack and still needed balanced. They were not even busy. One other person in the waiting room.My call to not buy more tires here was the right one.3:20 finally done withe what showed an hour job.

Raben tire workers always do a nice job on my jeep.They re fast on quotes, and stick with that quote.I love the friendly atmosphere.I have always taken my jeep to Raben, I won t trust anyone elseHey hank you guys Kimberly Claspell

They scratched my wife s rim when they removed the tire due to a slow leak. My wife called as soon as she got home and noticed it. She sent pictures and they said their machine could ve done it but they will look at it when we came in to get the tire replaced that was ordered.Once she was there they said they can t prove that it was them. Then they lied and said they didn t remove the tire from the rim. They also try to say it was because my wife drove on a flat tire even though it never got below 29PSI.Like so many companies who buy family businesses, they don t care about customers or doing what s right.

My husband and I experienced a noise while driving home to visit family. We live about 800 miles away. When we arrived around 11 am on a Friday afternoon needing the noise diagnosed, we explained that my husband was active duty Navy and we needed to be back in Virginia the next day. Jaime Martin and Brandon Poulson assured us that they would get us some answers same day. I watched a technician immediately get in my car and take it for a test drive. I could hear them telling other folks on the phone that it would be Monday before they could get anyone in so I m so grateful they made time for us. Chris Stevens, the technician informed us that we needed a wheel bearing and balancing. We we re back on the road, safely, without a couple hours and we re treated to a military discount. We were happy to have much more quiet ride back. He was knowledgeable and made sure the problem was explained and solved completely.I m so grateful for this team, they really showed my husband (not from EVV) what Evansville and the west side are all about, taking care of their own. Thank you for taking care of this military family!

Raben employees are friendly and professional. I dropped off four ATV tires to be mounted and they helped get the old and new tires from my truck just before noon. By mid afternoon they called and said they were done. Very pleased with the quick service I received.

Service was good. Didn t have any issues with the oil change. However, I had a 10am appt and didn t leave until almost 1pm. I was told it would take about an hour when I got there. Staff was courteous, but I will probably go elsewhere next time.

I wished to leave a rating of 0 Stars, but had to select at least one to post.Took my car in for an oil change and new tires, and asked that some smoking was checked out, and agreed to let them change the air filter. While these services were satisfatorily performed, an alignment service for $200 was added onto my bill without my consent. The person I conversed with claims that he discussed this additional service with me, but did not.My wife picked up the car and paid, and when questioning the prompt that she was signing was told only that it was to say that they were releasing the car back to her. She said that she felt pressured to sign without explanation. The manager reassured me that they do not so that sort of thing there (I assume in the same way that they don't fabricate portions of their conversations with customers.)Upon questioning the charge this morning (as the manager had left the store before closing) they continued to claim that I consented to this service, and refused to correct it, callously offering me a "free" oil change upon my next visit, instead of the $200. I informed them that visit would not occur.Be careful what your signing around these guys. Not to be trusted.

I went in for tire rotation and to have the battery and serpentine belt checked, I found out I had a water pump leak as well, I made another appointment a few days later. Received the work at a discount on labor for the belt since it would be off for the water pump. The next day I did not have heat so I went back, they replaced the water pump again and didn t think the heat output was enough, as usual they worked to find the problem. Although I spent more time at Raben tire in a 5 day period than I would have preferred they did all they could to make me comfortable and did not charge me any extra for all the labor. I will continue to use them for always going above an beyond in my opinion.

I ve been dealing with Raben West for many years and have always received top-notch service at a fair price. The staff has always treated me very well. I ve dealt with Mike the most and he s a super great guy. They all deserve donuts!

I always use Raben. My husband is bedridden and he had a caregiver that day so I could get the oil changed. They worked me in so I could get back to him in time. Always do a good job and courteous. I trust them to do the work I ask them to.

Don t know why I didn t call these guys in the first place! I have a Best One right next door to my work, and originally went over there first yesterday since it s obviously very convenient. I simply needed a tire repair (wasn t sure if it was just a simple plug or a whole replacement), and I brought my warranty paperwork with me since the tires are still covered under my warranty with the dealership I bought it from. The guy over there told me he didn t have time to call and sit with them for an hour as someone who works customer service, this answer shocked me and I left. Luckily I called Raben and they weren t sure of the answer about being able to take payment from my warranty company but they said they would at least ask the store manager. Came in today for my appointment and the super nice guy at the front took my paperwork no questions asked and they even got me in early! I originally was going to Best One for my oil changes too, but I will definitely be switching to the guys at the Raben on Pearl Dr for all of my tire and oil change needs from now on! Thank you guys (:

Friendliest staff around! I live in Boonville and making the 30 minute drive is worth it for this staff! From the manager to the front desk workers to the mechanics, everyone is wonderful! I can't say enough good things about the people here!

We brought in a tire with a slow leak on a Monday morning and they got us in right away, fixed the tire quickly (less than 45 minutes), for a fair price ($22) and with great customer service. Friendly, helpful staff made the visit pleasant. Raben will be our first choice next time!!

I have never had a bad experience with these folks! They've always been honest upfront and very knowledgeable and I highly recommend you go there if you need anything repaired on your vehicle. They will definitely take care of you!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant experience. I called on Saturday morning and told they could work my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was courteous and started on my car immediately. The mechanic noticed air filters needed changed, asked my permission and changed them as well. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!

Had a mixed experience. Been a customer for over 10 years but never had an angry staff member behind the counter before but this time one of the staff members who dealt with me directly came across as rude, not wanting to listen or answer questions while other staff members were being nice filling in for him. There was a recommendation made for new tires and I asked about it and his response in a blunt tone was, Well, I don t know, the other person recommended so ask him . I told them I will ask the question when I am back for tire change. Meanwhile the other staff member explained a bit and I appreciate that. There was also discussion around the number of holes punched on the oil change card and I felt as if I was being told I am lying. In fact, I proved what he was saying had to be incorrect but that did not matter either. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I accepted the outcome and walked away. Of course I know most staff members are quite nice and that is why I have been a customer for long.

Had a 9am appointment for 4 new BF Goodrich tires. I dropped off my car and the guy working the desk was very nice. He said it would be 1 to 1.5 hrs. They had it done in a little over an hour. This was my 3rd time buying tires from Raben Tire and I'm very happy with the tires and service. I'll definitely be back when I need tires again.

Needed brakes on vehicle, knew I needed front brakes wasn t sure about back brakes. They did excellent job on front and said rear were good, nice that I can trust them to not do unnecessary work.

My check engine light came on and they got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem and got me scheduled quickly to get my thermostat changed out and fixed! It works great now! Wonderful customer service at the west side Raben on Pearl Drive!

Mike and Chris are always so nice whenever I need my car worked on. I know I can trust their team to take care of my car, no matter what it is (oil change, breaks, lightbulb replacement, etc). I recommend the west-side Raben to everyone that needs their car serviced.

Raben Tire is a top-notch family owned business. Upon arriving I was welcomed with the kind of attitude that made me feel like family. I had a slow leaking tire. Even though I didn't have an appointment they worked me in quickly. After repairing my tire (at an affordable price $20) they let me know that I didn't have much wear left on my tire tread. I'm to setup another time to take care of this. Overall my experience was wonderful.

Very professional. Received a text with my inspection results ranging from road test, under hood, under car, and was detailed on what needed maintenance in the future as well as needed attention immediately. This inspection result included a picture of the technician worked on my car as well as the lead supervisor. They recommended that I had my air filter replaced immediately and included a picture of what it looked like currently. I then received a phone call making sure I received the text and to tell me that my car was indeed ready to be picked up. I asked about the air filter, they told me the price to replace and I asked if they had time to replace it. On my way out after paying they also informed me on how much longer I had in miles before I would need to consider replacing my tires. You get a punch card as well for oil changes so after 4 or 5 oil changes you get the next free! They also provide you with transportation if needed while they are working on your car! I will always use Raben Tire for all my car needs.

They were very helpful, i got lucky that they got me in to fix my brakes without an appointment. It took about 2 hours but it was well worth the wait. Definitely will go back if i need anymore repairs.

Definitely recommend!I have used the west side location in Evansville, Indiana twice now and both experiences have been excellent. They offer a college student discount for oil changes which is great. If you buy tires there, they will give you a free rotations for the entire lifetime of the tires. They are also taking many more sanitary precautions during this Covid pandemic. Overall, the prices for their services are fair in correlation to their quick and thorough services!

Been a long time customer here. The staff is very helpful! I trust these people with my car for sure. I rarely go anyplace else because who knows if you're getting ripped off? The workers here explain things really well, they let you know everything that they do to your car before they do it. I will always bring my car here. I've never had a bad experience.
