Terrible service. We have a vehicle that is completely ruined by this place. After repairs, it still pulls to the right and when I asked Josh about it he said it's with in specs. Having to hold the wheel at 10 instead of straight is not within specs. Then the car shifts hard now and gets half the fuel mileage it did before. Avoid this place terrible service. Also they make you leave a good review before you sign for the repairs that is why my wife left a good review before.

This is the second time I've had to use their services (the first time due to damage from a wreck). All I can say is that they provide EXCELLENT and Professional service and stand by the work that they provide to the customer!

I walked in the door at 11 am on a Thursday and asked for a quote but was told by the receptionist "we are weeks and weeks out from even doing any quotes."I looked around and saw no employees. Just 1 guy moving cars around in the lot.If you don't want to hire anyone to work, then expect your business to fail. No one is waiting weeks to even get a quote. Get some employees if you are that far behind.There are half a dozen body shops within 2 miles of this place. Go somewhere else if you want timely service.

Super great work. Came in with a minor scrape through in incident with another vehicle. They had it in, repaired, and back to me in just a couple of days as well as washed and cleaned on the outside. Super friendly staff, incredibly fair and honest people. You should feel at ease knowing that your car will be in good hands when you visit Lefler's.

I was involved in a car accident where another person ran a stop sign and hit me pretty hard on the drivers side door. I ended up with a pretty nasty concussion. Healing from this was quite stressful and I was so thankful that Leflers made the part of getting my car repaired completely stress free. They were supportive and considerate of what I was going through physically and emotionally. They were kind and helpful on the phone each and every time we spoke. They called me on a regular basis to give me updates along the way. When I picked up my car they went through everything in detail, answered my questions and did everything to make me feel comfortable and informed. Not to mention my car was spotless inside and out. They definitely went the extra mile through every stage of this experience. Can t say enough good things about their work and customer service. Excellent!!!! They really made a difference.

They did an amazing job on my car when I was in an accident, they also offer a military discount. They're very professional and give you the best price they can. I recommend them to anyone that asks me for a place to get body work done for a vehicle.

My Bride and I traveled 1300 miles from Buffalo, Wyoming to Evansville, Indiana for her scheduled ovarian cancer surgery. She underwent surgery on July 13, 2022; earlier that very morning, while parked in the hotel parking lot, our pickup window glass was broken to gain access. We suffered loss of clothing, medications, laptop, passports and other very important papers.After praying for the thief, I sought direction. I reached out to Gerber Collision and Glass, Josh responded. Josh and a colleague came to Deaconess Gateway Hospital, collected our pickup. A few hours later, Josh informed me he was in the hospital lobby returning the pickup, the same day!When I offered payment, Josh said he trusts me and I should call him with the insurance claim number after I return to Wyoming with my Bride; he would take it from there. This is how God designed trust, this is the Wyoming way!Josh left, an hour later to my surprise, I discovered Josh and team had detailed our pickup to showroom quality as a sign of compassion for what we are experiencing. A++++ Lefler''s staff went above and beyond to make sure my Corolla S was back to better than before my accident. The quality work that was performed on my car, at all levels, was great from start to finish. They kept me updated during the repair as well, and I appreciated that. I will return to Lefler's as needed in the future and would definitely recommend them to all my family as well as my friends. Thanks Leflers!

Recommended them to my son-in-law and the car should have been totalled but they told the insurance company they could fix it for 3k....by the time it got to 9k the ins company wouldn't pay anymore. When he finally got the car back, the next day he had to drive out of state and the car broke down. Will never use (or recommend) them again.

I have used both the Wabash and Maxwell locations over the years and have never been disappointed. So far the repairs look perfect and you cannot tell anything ever happened. Their management is very involved in the local community and are always giving back to a cause. They are my one stop shop!

Don t bother coming out here, especially if you re with SilverRock for warranty - they ll quote you to do work that they then refuse to complete, stating it s impossible in your vehicle type.

Took vehicle here because lefler supposedly is the best. The work they did on the outside of a panel was great but I found out later they didnt take the time to paint the inside of the panel before they welded it on. Took it in and they said they couldn't do anything. I agreed but they should've done it correctly before they welded it on. It luckily has the factory black paint or primer on it but it's kind of frustrating.

Being a past customer i was very disappointed and shocked. I took my vehicle in to get a quote for repairs. i was given a quote for $2k that included replacing front bumper, fendor, sensors and etc. i decided to take the car to Dpatricks body shop for second quote they were able to do same repairs without replacing any parts on the car for $650.00.

Having to order the running boards was not the reason for the three star review. calling and leaving a voicemail asking me to change or delete my review makes me want to lower it even more so no problems were not addressed!

"Female Friendly" Lefler gave my wife a quote that was $7 less than our deductible before my wife was finished telling them the make and model of the vehicle. Mills Body shop's quote was half of what lefler told my wife. Shame.

Had car detailed there did an ok job. Back floor boards were still a little dirty. Wife wants to take the car to another place to get it detailed next time.
