My car was hit by someone in a parking lot damaging the front right bumper. The bumper was completely replaced. Was originally told it would take 3-5 days to repair, and ended up being 11 days. I got a call saying the wrong bumper was ordered, which I was nice about. I get it, mistakes happen. But when I picked the car up, there is a big gap between my front headlight and bumper. Not sure how it could be cut so poorly on one side, when the other side is perfect. Was told there was nothing else that could be done. Not happy with the repair considering I was patient through the entire process.UPDATE:The general manager Scott came to look at my vehicle. He was very professional and apologetic for the work done on my bumper. Scheduled a day for me to drop it off and have it fixed. Hopefully this will fix the issue.UPDATE 2:Scott made sure my car was fixed and it looks great now! He was very professional and apologetic for the mishap. Also replaced a splash guard I was missing. Thank you again!

Our 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali was damaged over the whole driver side by Robins in the spring and our insurance worked with Gerber to get our vehicle repainted. They did a fantastic job painting our vehicle and even replaced our previously damaged bumper and a headlight that went out.The guys and gals over at Gerber go above-and-beyond to get the job done and make the customer happy!This is the second vehicle we have had painted here, previous one was under Lefler's.

I had them repair my truck and when i picked it up the headlight was misaligned. The front fender was missing a clip and the bed wasn't completely bolted down causing a banging noise while driving. It was a nightmare getting them to repair the damage correctly. The paint is fish eyed and there is over spray all over the rear window and top of cab. The first time i washed the truck the clear coat started peeling off of the front bumper. I will never go back there. The staff was impolite and made it obvious that he didn't care if it was fixed properly. Go anywhere else but not there.

Took our car in for an estimate on repairs from a accident. They were very friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions. Took care of everything for us. When I called to see if they had a estimate yet -- the estimator explained everything. Our car had been totaled but it was a great experience dealing with Gerber.

With three sons, each with their own cars plus my car and my wife's car, I have had numerous opportunities to use Lefler. I have been extremely impressed with the quality of their work, but also the incredible quality of their customer service. I receive numerous contacts from them to let me know the status of my cars without ever having to contact them. Also, they work with my insurance company seamlessly. They handle everything from the rental car to scheduling the work to communicating with the insurance company and to returning the rental car! Plus, when I get my car back it's nicely cleaned on the inside and outside! Each of my experiences there have been better than any previous experiences with collision repair. Five Stars, A+, 10 out of 10, whatever the highest score I can give them, I give them.

Worst shop in town, they slack at every level possible. Took my car to get repainted gave wrong estimates and lied about time it would take when should've taken a couple days. I am absolutely furious, excuse after excuse as to why my car is not yet repainted. Would not recommend this place to anybody under any circumstances. 0/10 starsService: PaintingService: Painting

My new car was hit in a parking lot, and the insurance company recommended their shop, so I checked them out. They had good reviews, and info so I went to them and got the estimate. They even helped me get a rental while the repairs where being done. It was a great experience in all. When I picked up the car and looked over it they buffed out any problems areas I had found immediately and I was on my way. My car looks brand new again! I recommend them to anyone needing repairs! The staff was friendly and helpful. The work done was quality.

First time having a collision with my vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me. They kept me updated with how long it was gonna take, parts came in faster then I would of expected. They even went above and beyond with cleaning the interior and wash my entire car. Which I didn t expect.The paint job was amazing and fits perfectly with the color of my car. I was very pleased.

Was originally a 4-5 day estimate. Was then told he needed it an additional 2 days. Then after that they said they needed one more day, at that point I was already irritated with them. Another day goes by and I call, and they tell me that it still isn t complete and that it won t be done until ANOTHER day. Sad excuse for a business and needs to get their stuff in order before telling a paying customer wrong completion dates.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give zero stars i would. I took my vehicle in for minor repairs and they received two checks from my insurance but they said that wasn't enough. They completely tore the front end of my vehicle down. And then said they wouldn't repair it. Told me to come get it while it was torn apart. I asked them to put it back together and all they did was stick the headlights in and said it was good enough to drive. No bumper or front end on it. They only seem to care how much money they can make. They kept my vehicle for a month and a half and did absolutely no work on it.

This place was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. I was sent to this body shop by Progressive after I was hit by one of their insured. The people were very friendly and kept me in the loop throughout my car's repairs. Even after they finished the repairs they fully detailed my car (inside and out) before giving it back to me. I was very impressed with this body shop! I highly recommend Gerber Collision!

From the very begining of my situation, Lefler had my back. No twists and turns and no beating around the bush. I had plenty of price comparisons, but, Lefler offered to put my mind at ease with the extra and important things they did. The best part, the customer service was top notch. I'll definitely contact Lefler for all of my body repair needs.

Customer service has went down hill with the name change. I have been a loyal customer and recently went back. They are no longer a Preferred State Farm shop. After a 10 days of waiting on an estimate they missed obvious damage to the door and a mirror that was ripped off but held on with tape. They suggested that I take it to another shop that was a State Farm preferred shop. Very poor experience with a company that I had trusted on many previous repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended a while back and they fixed my car right up. They kept me updated regularly and worked with the other person's car insurance quickly and professionally. I'll update if I end up having trouble with my new trunk, but I don't anticipate any problems based on what I see so far.

My wife and experienced 2 accidents in 2 years(guess who premium is high mow). Both times we used Lefler and these guys and gals go above and beyond what we could imagine. Not only could you NOT tell we were in an accident, we never had a problem with the paint. They also detail the car before you get it back. Good customer service! If we ever have auto problems or want any cosmetic work done, Lefler is it folks.

Leflers did a great job on my car after I was rear ended. They kept me updated on everything they were doing and worked hard to get me my vehicle back as soon as possible. My car looks great and I will use them again!

Three times this year I needed car repair services, and Leflers was my choice every time. From the first experience I was impressed , responsive, great communication and not only repaired my car but returned it clean and beautiful. Will never use anyone else

The exterior of my vehicle looks great. I couldn't be more pleased. However, when I opened the door to my vehicle and looked inside...there was a layer of "dust" all over everything! The dash, the seats, the upholstery, the carpet..The service associate asked for an additional 15 minutes so they could wipe down my vehicle. When completed, it appeared to have alleviated the problem, and I was without my vehicle for nearly a month, so I thanked the service associate and went on my way. Whatever was used to wipe/clean the interior of the vehicle, however, dried overnight and the dust/film was still everywhere....and the interior of my vehicle is black! So I was outside yesterday detailing the interior of my vehicle for nearly 4 hours...I still have the seats and carpet to go, but I'll have to get those professionally done. Major disappointment...if I had known that I would be getting a filthy car returned to me, I would have paid to have it detailed properly prior to getting it back. Feels kinda like a plumber walking through your home with muddy boots and not taking the time to clean the mess or ensure the mess never occurs!

UPDATE SINCE I GOT MY TRUCK BACKThe body work on my truck does look very good. I have changed my rating to 3 stars. It would be 5 stars if the communication was better. But as far as the work to my truck goes its excellent!! Thank you too leflers for making this right!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO LEFLERS!!!!! They have had my vehicle for a month and a half. It was supposed to be done a week ago. But they couldnt get the airbag light to go off. So they have been working on that for one week and still havent firgured it out. And they dont update you theyll just keep telling you its going to be done tomorrow. Ive been hearing that for a week now. So finally after asking them 100 times to fix it or send it elsewhere to get fixed they are finally sending it elsewhere. I hit a deer so front end damage only i figured a month to fix max. But im guessing hopefully ill have it back in 2 months. If u dont want ur vehicle back in a timely manner and you enjoy getting the run around from people that work there take ur vehicle to leflers if not uve been warned.

My family and I have used Leflers on several occasions and they always do great work and their customer service is always top notch. I would recommend Leflers to anyone I know who needs collision repair and I will continue to be a customer for any collision or glass repairs in the future.

Leflers keeps the process pretty simple. They worked with my insurance and enterprise to make everything go smooth. Their work on my car was top notch.
