New shop is beautiful. Service writers/estimators were knowledgeable and helpful. Mechanics did an excellent job.My car is well maintained but older and had a variety of ticks and clicks I wanted addressed for the future health of the engine - I left the door wide open as far as possible causes and what I was willing to repair. I never felt taken advantage of in any way, and the documentation on the estimate was exceptional and made approval/deferral of repair items easy, and the bill easy to understand.Repairs were completed as estimated, for less than I expected to spend, and the car is running absolutely fantastic. I've already recommended several people to Full Throttle, and will be returning for all work I can't complete myself.Thanks guys!! (Especially Kyle and I believe David)

The place is nice and clean. I was amazed how modern this shop was. I drive all over the continent of North America, never saw anything like it. They were kind to give me a tour of the facility. The mechanic Jake took care of my issue. Very bright and knowledgeable young man. My issue was an electrical ground problem. Jake vas very patient.The price was a little higher than normal but I understand the price of good labor.

Big thanks to Walter Bailey! Took in my truck for some new tires and overall check before a trip west. They did everything I asked, were amazing in explaining everything that they did, why, and what may need to be done coming up. Cars aren t where my passion are, and it is nice not feeling like an idiot for it. No pressure to do anything, just recommendations. They got the truck done in the amount of time they said they would, and even touched up a spot on my step rails that chipped a bit of paint. Not the first time I have used them, just a great example of why I continually trust them with my truck. And to top it off . The price was the price.. no surprises. Thank you all from the service team to the service writers and everyone in between.Jarad

Very impressed upon my first visit. I received a flyer in the mail for oil service and thought I would give them a try. Very nice shop, the owner introduced himself and the staff, including the tech that would be working on my truck. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I could view the work being done in the shop on my truck from the waiting area. During the wait they sent an inspection report for my truck directly to my phone with pictures of the air filters and such with the option to replace or not. No hassle, no pressure, finished in about an hour at a fair price. This is definitely my new go-to service shop, as long as it remains this way.

I went in for a muffler delete on my RAM 1500. this was the day after a heavy storm took out the power in the area. they were up and running the next day and were able to schedule me the next day and got the work done in a quick manner. The staff were cordial and professional. The Exhaust specialist Danny was very helpful in discussing the options regarding the exhaust mods and options.

Full throttle cares for our 3 personal vehicles and 2 business vans. We have used them since their opening on hwy 57. They are always friendly and willing to take the extra time to explain issues to me. They are honest and always on-time. Best customer service I've ever experienced!

Genuinely the best auto experience I ve ever had. The staff was beyond friendly and answered every question I had with grace and respect. They send a super detailed report of every imperfection of your car which gave me a lot of important information (unlike other places that just tell their customers what s wrong and how much it will be to fix). They gave me a ton of options, resources and were overall so kind and helpful. I ll never go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone from now on!

I d give them 8 stars if I could. These guys were over the top with their friendliness, service , and professionalism. I thought I needed a full exhaust system and was prepared for the $600-700 cost. Their exhaust pro took one look and told me I had a very isolated problem that ended up costing me $132.Additionally they did a full check, inside, outside, under the hood and under the car, at no charge.They give me a full review of my car and a cost list if I wanted to bring it back in to address those issues.I cannot thank these people enough. And I ll never go anywhere else.

The most friendly, honest and welcoming auto shop we have ever been too! We appreciate David at the front desk very helpful and super friendly and did I say honest. We brought in a 1995 F150 that has been part of our family s Ranch for decades. And she came back fixed and the price was affordable. We will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on.

Hands down best customer service around. The entire staff knows me by name, and is super friendly and helpful. The personal level of service they give to their customers is top notch. My vehicles are often brought back to my house as close as i live, and communication is never lacking. often i have stopped for questions or quick service needs, and get immediate care. this shop CARES about their customers. i recommend them to everyone i know all the time.

I highly recommend Full Throttle! It was my first time to service my vehicle here. Staff is efficient , courteous and knowledgeable. Explained to me and requested approval before proceeding. Authorization can be done thru text if I would have left my car.

Always do a superb job. They communicate well. Diagnostics are sent to your phone with level of severity. Having a loaner car also makes scheduling and repairs way less stressful.

Great customer service. My first time at Full Throttle and they made a lot of repairs that my car needed. They resurrected my Camry with their work. The waiting room was nice as well. I ll definitely be back for all future auto repairs!

I arrived at Full Throttle needing to get the heat fixed in my car for winter. I'm a single mom who relies heavily on my car for the day to day, so I went ahead and got a full inspection to ensure my car was in good shape. The inspection was very thorough, complete with photos and descriptions. They identified several fairly serious issues with my car, and they weren't necessarily cheap or easy fixes. I agreed to proceed with repairs as I need my car to be tip top. I was informed of the time frame and they kept in touch with updates throughout the time they had my car; there was a slight hiccup in communication at the end, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Upon getting my car back, I'm ecstatic to say, it drives better than it ever has in the 6 years that I've owned it. Literally like a brand new car!! It was definitely worth the wait and every penny spent! I have peace of mind now; no more worrying if my car is going to give out on me, and they guarantee their work! I will definitely follow Skyler's recommendations and return for all future repairs. Thank you to the gentleman at Full Throttle for all your hard work!!!

I spoke to the owner when I called in to schedule the work. Edward was very easy to work with and we discussed several options to repair my Jeep.When I dropped the Jeep off the service writer was very thorough in regards to making sure that all of the details were covered.A vehicle inspection was completed and found several additional issues that needed to be addressed. I was already aware of most of these issues, but they did find one that I was not aware of and it was corrected. There was no pressure to complete the other repairs.Everyone stayed in contact and made sure that I was aware of how the work was progressingThis was a complete engine replacement on a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The price was fair and the work exceeded my expectations

Just moved into town & had an issue with my wife s car. Two other shops (national chains) had no clue what was going on. Full Throttle had it diagnosed within 2 days and had it fixed the next week. Great communication and customer service from Walter throughout the process.

I had a great first experience with FTA. The best communication I ve ever had with an auto shop - very impressed. I appreciated their ability to communicate by text with photos and videos of their findings and recommendations. I was able to discuss the proposed work over the phone and then approve the work I wanted them to do along with decline non urgent issues to revisit down the road. The work was done well and my issue with the vehicle was resolved. I ll certainly be back for future needs.

Full Throttle is excellent service on vehicles, and I wholeheartedly trust their opinions on my car. Going into car places as a female can be daunting, but they are extremely explanatory and do great work!I fixed and exhaust & muffler leak there, did new brakes and tires, and now do my regular service appointments there

The Full Throttle team, especially our service advisor Walter, were very responsive and helpful from the time we contacted them concerning a clutch issue with our Mini Cooper.Walter provided regular updates over the phone and was very knowledgeable with the repairs required.The shop is very nice and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

My car hit a nail when I got close to home and the tire was losing air fast. Fortunately Full Throttle is just down the road from home, and they had a technician available to check it out. In less than 30 minutes they were able to patch it so I could go home. I m so grateful for their prompt, friendly and professional service.

Walter went above and beyond for me and my family today! Long story short I am traveling from out of State and broke down. Not only did he come out of his way to find us and charge our battery, but also let us follow him to the shop and helped me through the entire process to get a rental and everything I needed to be back on the road. He graciously gave my children shirts and stuffed animals and made the entire process smooth. He was the sweetest guy ever. Very grateful he was the one that helped us!

I have never had good experiences with car places due to my own incompetence on cars until FULL THROTLE! They have been helping me a lot with my 1980 ford F150 and explained and showed every part of the way. If I ever have a question about why they are doing something so I don t waste money they show me in picture before you approve and help explain whatever you need. Walter helped me out and he was always there to answer a call or even a couple times sent someone to me just to help! Him and Dakota in the back have helped me change this truck and how I take care of it completely. Really appreciate this company for their professionalism and quality work!

Highly recommend Full Throttle! This isn't the first time I brought my car in thinking I needed new brake pads, which instead of taking my money they were honest and said I do not need any yet. I guess brakes last longer than I thought There was a squealing going on, turns out some pieces were bent which they just bent back with no charge!

The service is stable at Full Throttle. The man who checked me out changed my bill 4 times to a different amount. How do you trust someone who is repairing your automobile if they can t add and subtract correctly. I have been using Full Throttle for years but, this experience was definitely rethinking our automobile s maintenance and repair.
