Took my car in to get the tires changed out. They forgot to put air in three of them. When I said something about it they blamed it on the air compressor not properly working and said I had a cracked rim. They then backtracked about the rim being cracked when I mentioned they weren t leaking air or having issues before the change and a crack wouldn t cause them to go flat in 10 minutes. They finally put air in, but didn t check for further issues since they insisted the job was performed properly. They also drilled a hole into my rim with something and damaged it further while removing it. How hard is it to just get proper work done in this mediocre town?

I visited this Firestone for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While I declined their recommendations for additional filter replacements, upon reaching home, I discovered several concerning issues:Safety Hazard: The glove compartment door was not secured properly, causing it to fall and injure my son's foot. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about service attention to detail.Incomplete Service: The panel access cover for the cabin air filter was left loose, not properly secured after the oil change. This suggests a potential lack of thoroughness during the service.Unrotated Tires: One of my existing wheel covers was missing, which I confirmed before bringing the car in for service. This allows me to state with certainty that the tire rotation was not performed as requested.Additionally, they recommended needing new brakes, which surprised me considerably since I had them replaced just three days prior to a long trip. This recommendation makes me question the accuracy of their inspection process.Overall, for over $200, I paid for an oil change and tire rotations that was incomplete, received recommendations for unnecessary repairs, and encountered safety hazards due to improper service. Disappointed with the experience.Is this the Evansville experience?

I called in for a diagnostic test to be done on my car due to several dash lights being on such as my service engine light even though I wasn t due for an oil change, and my traction control light came on and wouldn t turn off no matter how many times I hit the button. They called and told me what all needed to be done and it was almost 1500 to fix everything that would make the car in the best condition. I told them to only fix what was emergent. What was emergent was spark plugs and wires to be changed, oil change, and a few other things. Almost $800 later they got all the lights off on my dash. Not even a full two days later my cars service engine light came back on. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer and stopped by several times and waited 15 minutes for nobody to acknowledge me. They hardly ever have anyone inside the store to greet people and the technicians, while I know they are busy, never look out in the lobby to see if anybody is waiting! Terrible customer service.

Car was stalling to start so I went here. Been going here for years. They tell me it s the alternator. Then I pay 1000 just to get a new alternative, they say my battery is fine. Next day get in my car and it won t start up right away STILL After the maintenance! I took video with a time and day so they know I wasn t lying! They literally scammed me! Cause whole time it was my battery! So I wasted my 6 hours sitting and my money for nothing!!!! And they won t give me no money back or to try help me with my inconvenience! I had to go to a whole other place! And pay for an other problem! I wasted 1300 all together! I really don t recommend them at all ! Find somewhere else ASAP! They take advantage of women that don t know much about cars!

Horrible service I got my battery replaced and after they finished the service advisor told me that they could not reprogram my battery because my obd port was not working but informed informed me that everything should work fine my fog lights would no longer turn on low beam headlights did not turn off I had a engine light on and dash lights did not turn off. I brought it back and was told that there was nothing they could do because my obd port was broken and all my fuses were checked and working. I knew this was not true because everything worked perfectly prior to them working on it. I opened up the fuse box and found the blown fuse responsible for my issue. They wanted to charge me for a battery and reprogram but would not finish the service they are required to provide for the money I paid. In short firestone changed my battery and In the process blew a fuse responsible for plugging the obd in to reprogram the battery and finish the entire service that I paid for. Firstone also told me that my car should still work fine even though my lighting controls were not working properly. Firestone told me that my issue was because of a faulty obd port and refused to fix the problem that they caused. I ve got this all in writing per the technician that performed the service

Had a diagnostic ran on my car, was in hospital due to being sick for several days, was unable to pick it up, instead of calling me to find out what was going on, had my car towed without telling me, now costing me over $500 to get it back. Single mom of 4 kids, now completely at a loss on a vehicle, do not recommend. Quoted me over $6,000 for a $2,000 repair smh. Tried to lie and say they called me 3 different times, but did not receive one single phone call from them.

I called the same day to get an alignment and three tires put on. I give them five stars.... With that said.. I did not make an appointment in advance. I waited 4 hours, and they were still able to accomplish my vehicle with a long line. And they do offer lifetime alignments five stars all day long

I wouldn t be writing this if I wasn t concerned with the business practices engaged at this location or other Firestones. I want to say DO NOT bother with an inspection let alone any of the other services they provide (especially alignment). They will not be done at the expected quality standard. I won t bother sharing all of the many, MANY horror stories I ve heard from close acquaintances & also personally experienced from this location. Although, they are not only a sign of incompetence, but also a major sign of scamming. An example would be them stating I need a cabin air filter replacement when the model of car I brought in doesn t even have one. Another example would be them saying that the flashlights aren t bright enough to see under the cars, so the store is ordering new ones . If this is true & not an excuse to cover their faults, this tells me that all the cars they ve inspected have had crucial things overlooked. The fact a supposedly competent shop would openly say this is absurd & a clear sign of how bad the practices are. That being said, they WILL tell you services you do not need & they WILL charge you thousand(s) for it. Furthermore, an ex-employee confided in me that they re trained to do things in a manner where you will be charged the higher price. That being said, simply find a different business to support anyone but Firestone. There are a fair share of trustworthy & affordable local mechanics: ask around if you have to. I apologize for the rant, however, I absolutely have to insist that no-one wastes their time or money here.

Emma is super nice and helpful but however they couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong with my car acknowledge that there is a problem but couldn't figure it out. Kind of questionable never had that happen before. Recommended I take it somewhere else.

Waste of time and money. Went in for an alignment and inspection. Tried to tell me that my shocks needed replaced, they were causing uneven wear, for $1500. I replaced my shocks 50k miles ago. Got second opinion at Full Throttle Automotive the next day. Shocks are fine (not the best brand Rough Country but theyre good), alignment was completely out. Only thing Firestone is good for is oil changes and wiper blades. Sucks cause I paid for the lifetime alignment but can't even trust them to do it.

They said they put air into my tires and then blame the cold air as to why my tires are uneven. I even found out they mess up my lug nuts when I gone to Discount tire to put a new wheel on. I don't recommend this place at all... They say their guys are trained and equip, but Walmart employees manage to do a much better job without screwing you.

The gentleman who waited on me was too busy checking all of my tires to listen to me and after three times of my telling him that the tires I wanted to be mounted were in the trunk. When he finally listened, he also finally looked in the trunk and told me that they didn't install used tires. Information he could have given me much, much sooner if he had listened to me the first time I told him. He was not nice or polite. He just seemed annoyed with me and I left as soon as I could.Not a particularly good experience.

Do not take your car here. They wasted my time and money. I needed my back tires changed, brake fluid flushed, and other routine maintenance. Not only were they unable to do the tires(because they couldn t get them off , but the brake service wasn t done nor was the maintenance. All my service lights are still on. I took it to a different shop in Henderson and everything done within 3 hours. Firestone wanted to replace my entire hub and charge me an additional $1000. They are a complete waste of time and money and tried to take advantage of me. I will NEVER spend another dime with this company.

I read the reviews on here, how long it took for this and that but I have had my vehicle here several times and I have everything good to say about this shop and Greg! Yes they get busy, yes it takes a bit longer but hey the job is being done right and that means the world to me. Staff has been more then respectful to me and my wife. I drive an hour to get there but Greg and his staff will be the only ones I trust from now on. Thanks to Greg and his crew for taking care of my wife s 2021 Telluride!! Appreciate everything!! Highly recommended!!

Made appointments for oil change, tries, ect at first Ave for 3:00 at 4:00 they pull my car in let sit,he went back in 2 car and put tires in, Don Calloway came up to say you can not oversee the work not being done on my car,told me to go somewhere else.FYI I've been having it put tire on my 3 car ,oil changes,tire rotation for 15 or year.If Don Calloway is there he will make me wait and he will talk down to me. So if I need a new tire or oil change,it will be there.

Incredibly helpful and provided excellent service in a timely manner.They installed 4 new tires on my vehicle and gave me a thorough inspection of the suspension which needed a little work as well.The installation and repairs were fairly priced and expedient, and the staff were all darlings as well.Emma and Greg were wildly helpful over the phone when discussing options and scheduling the appointment--which was honored!! A rare thing these days. CheersTy and Ricky were both admirably competent and did a fantastic job working with my car, i haven't had any issues with it since.Excellent service and charming staff.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Started my service more than 30 minutes after scheduled time. Misquoted price of service and included a shop supplies fee for wheel alignment. According to Greg that is for the use of their tools. My time wasn t nearly as bad as the other people I saw waiting though- one unfortunate couple had been waiting all day just to have a set of tires put on. This place needs better management.

Firestones, and not just this location, are getting worse and worse. They're probably fine if you're dropping your vehicle off and picking it up many hours later. But they are accepting appointments for times they really don't have available, and they'll give you times if you're waiting, and then those times are not honored. Don't bother waiting. And they should not accept appointments if they're not going to honor them, but they do all the time.

Midas failed to honor scheduled appointment in the morning and Firestone got me scheduled and serviced in afternoon on same day! Brake Service was performed at appointment time. Nice waiting area also!

Me and my family had a nice experience here getting both our vehicles oil change done. It was really easy to wait here with our two daughters that are 6 and 3 because they have a play area and toys for kids and my wife was able to have fun watching the office on their TV while I watched the kids and they were pretty quick with the service so I'm definitely recommending them and definitely coming backService: Oil change

Scratched and scuffed all my wheels while taking 5.5 hours to just install new tires I had purchased from tire rack, who recommended them on their website. I didn't argue with them as the manager used a threatening demeanor by telling me he was an ex marine. He even said it was his birthday. Them being overbooked and having trouble getting off my old tires is no excuse as to why they damaged all my expensive wheels. I wasn't about to argue after I was stranded there with old dry rotted tires. It is what it is. He even bent his only tire bar. How does it take 5 hours to do 2 tires and then only 30 minutes to do the other 2 with a bent tire iron? I now have 4 scuffed wheels, but at least my tires are on, I guess.Service: Tires
