Service was excellent - staff was accommodating, allowing me to leave my vehicle in place until I was able to come and get it. Got me the correct tire, did an excellent job with the alignment as well. Car feels great. I signed up for the lifetime alignment special because I intend to use 1st Ave Firestone for all my wheel and tire needs for the future. Thank you!!

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and urgency of this crew! They helped me in such a quick manner is was unbelievable! Took care of me the way customers are supposed to be treated. Staff spotted the issue immediately and without hesitation rush ordered the part to be delivered and same day was able to fix it. Great job Firestone and staff. Very happy customer. Will be back!

Booking online was easy. When we arrived we received a friendly greeting and were checked in promptly. The waiting area was suitable, though limited. Our work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and we were on our way.

They got me right in without an appointment. I had a flat tire. They repaired and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. There was no cost because the tires were under warranty. They are always friendly and don't pressure you into doing more than you need

I was extremely impressed with the quality of care and the professionalism of the mechanics and sales personnel who helped me through the check in process and who made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was performed. I needed air in my tires so I stopped by. They were very friendly but did not put air in my tires?! They pretended for some reason that I don t understand. I left confused and concerned so I headed towards my errand location and got great service from Valvoline on Green River Rd.Lesson learned today.

I visited the first ave location today for a full alignment on my vehicle because I had just bought new tires and wanted to make sure everything way aligned properly. Prior to the alignment the vehicle drove straight and did not pull to the left or the right and the steering wheel was straight. After the alignment, the vehicle was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was crooked when trying to drive straight. I immediately took it back and told them and was told they didn't have time to look at it today and would have to bring it back tomorrow. When I take a vehicle to a certified shop, I expect things to be done right the first time and at the VERY least, I expect them to be willing to address it promptly and not require me to make an additional appointment so they can fix their mistakes. Also wanted to add that they didn't apologize for their mistakes or for the inconvenience of having to bring my car back another day for a second apointment. This was so frustrating because I have now paid for an improper alignment and have to bring it back and hope they get it right the second time. This was my first and last time going to this location.

When I originally called to set up an appointment for the coming week, the person I talked was mistaken on the date I was scheduled for. When I corrected the date we must have had a miscommunication. He said Thursday the 21st at 5 and I told him that Thursday was the 20th. When I went in on the 20th another person working said that I was actually scheduled for Friday the 21st at 5. I told them (I think their name is Johnny) the situation and they apologized for the misunderstanding. Johnny said it was no problem to go ahead and get me in for the day I arrived. I was very pleased that the issue was corrected then and there. I felt like my time was respected. I left and came back a while later and the job was completed. Big thanks to the employee who went above what is asked to help me out. I feel like a valued customer.

Great service. The only place I could find open on a Sunday, around noon, that could fix a flat I got on I-64. Had to have car towed to this dealership, and Johnny worked me in so my wife and I could continue our trip without a major delay.

Dropped my vehicle off before they opened was told. I would be the first one and came back 8 hours later. My vehicle hadn't even been started on yet. The work performed was satisfactory but the extra wait was not appreciated

If you like making an appointment, getting it moved the day before and then waiting 3 hours for an oil change this is the place for you! I had a scheduled appointment, 1st time slot of the day as I can t miss work appointments. They moved my appt because of no oil change employees were working per the store. I arrived before 830 and left at 11:15. They cost me a day of work for an oil change. I have a national fleet car with a great company and will pass this along to admin. What s the point of an appointment?

This past weekend we were visiting town from St Louis, and long story short, we needed two new tires urgently before we could head back. Our Escalade takes a rather hard to find low profile 22" tire.The very next morning I called over a 8 places and no one had them in stock.When I called Firestone, Don worked very hard and was able to get tires brought over at a competitive price! I decided to go with all new 4 tires and I was out of there by 9:30 a.m. with an alignment.Thank you for the excellent customer service. When I'm in town again and need some kind of service, I'll be sure to reach out to you first.

Easy to schedule. Inspection is good to be aware of issues. The lifetime alignment is a another plus.
