Ryan Samples was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you choose to wait like I did, they have free coffee, phone charging outlets, magazines to read while you wait. Or you can also be shuttled which I ve done and it s so nice. Drop of your vehicle to be serviced they take you home. When it s ready for pick up they asked if you need a ride back they will pick up and take you back. No charge! How great is that! If your there waiting or home waiting they will let you know what s going on and let you know the price of the repair or if it s covered by your warranty. I had to have a new key fob, I am spoiled they programmed so your good to go.

Went for my third oil change in our 2022 outlander. While I was waiting I asked about a issue with our console, the leather was totally coming undone, the replaced it! In the amount of time of the oil change great service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I just got completely taken by them. I have a Dodge Ram with the air ride suspension system. 3 of the 4 air shocks were bad plus needed a front sway bar replaced. $7201.43. What a rip off !!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know why each of the 3 shocks are a different price but one of them was $2800 - FOR ONE SHOCK. I'll tell everyone I know with a Dodge not to come to this place.

I honestly feel that they did not do their due diligence in trying to find the issue with my vehicle. This has been a reoccurring problem when I have a repair that my regular shop recommends that the dealership should handle.

Expressway has an excellent set up friendly personal and prompt service. On our last visit we encounter a problem that they addressed in a professional manner. So we are very pleased with our experience at Expressway and a special thanks to Zach for all his help.

They are great! My van wouldnt start after I got groceries in Evansville. The battery wouldn't charge and I live 50 miles away. AAA towed my van to them on Thursday. I had no appointment and figured it would be at least a week until I got it back. I went home in a rental car. They called at 8:30 the next morning and had already checked it out. It just needed a new battery and it was ready by 9:30. I was able to turn in my rental car after only one day! Everyone there was very friendly, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you to everyone there!

Had a key programmed, and they did wonderful. Had an oil leak in my 2019 jeep, and they did a wonderful job taking care of it. Turns out it was a wrong oil filter after Pep Boys said nothing was wrong with it.

My multiple visits to Expressway Jeep for maintenance and adding accessories after buying a 2023 Gladiator have been excellent. The pricing has been good. The personnel interacting with us customers are great. They listen. Highly recommend. Customer waiting areas are akin to a hotel lounge. WiFi, television, coffee, and snacks are available. Clean restrooms while you wait on service.

Appt was easy to make online. My car was brought back on time. I had to bring my 1 yr old with me and every single employee that worked there said hi to her and interacted with her as we were waiting. Good prices, great service!

I got my break pads, calipers, and hoses replaced here and everything was fine until one month I started hearing the same noise again. I took it back for them to look at it and they said it was making that noise again because my break plates were rusting away and they couldn t do anything about it. I m not from here so I took my car back to my mechanic at home and he told it was making that noise because they didn t put lubricant on the break pads when they replaced them and the noise went away. I wouldn t have had any issues if they simply just put lubricant on the break pads, a simple mistake. My problem could have been solved sooner by them if they just took my car apart and looked at what they had just replaced. It was frustrating because all this time I thought nothing could be done and something was wrong when really it was a mistake and misinformation they gave me.

I've been going here for years and will continue to go back they always do great work and they're willing to work with you they've kept my truck running for the last 500,000 miles yes that's right 500,000 I did not miss type that. It runs as good today as it did the day I bought it they know me by name and they're always welcoming.

Could not just explain my engine was frozen and to wait till it warmed up, no, they went ahead and started work even without my approval. Don't get me started on the sales department. And the hits on my credit. Ended up paying cash instead because it was the only van around.

Worse service I've ever seen for a dealership. Had appointment and dropped car off. Got voicemail saying they couldn't preform all services that day so called back and had to leave message for advisor Bryce to call me back. Never heard back so assumed they were able to preform services. Hour and half later I show up to get car only to find out they hadn't touched it and didn't have anyone to do any of the services. They blamed it on me not calling back even though I did. They didn't know who took message on phone nor did they even act like they cared. Bottom line i would take my vehicle elsewhere if you are planning on getting service. This is the most rude and unprofessional place of business I've ever been to.Update: If you are looking for a more friendly environment and great service I recommend Jerry Ray Davis dodge in owensboroServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Oil change and tire rotation. 9am Appt had to be rescheduled first off because the couldn t get to mine after an hour waiting already. After 1:pm Appt get it changed and drove home with smoke trail behind me. Took my grandson home 3 miles away and engine light came home on the way then oil light came on. If they want a GOOD REVIEW they better have an awesome fix for this one. Taking it back now 6:16pm so they can start on it in the morning!!!Service: Oil change

Expressway service center has always done my chrysler vehicles right. They have always been professional and dealt with myself and warranty companies great. Definitely recommend them for all your Mopar needs.

Took a vehicle to a local mechanic. Got the problem diagnosed as a Wireless Ignition Node problem. Was quoted a $1400. Called around to a couple different places that all said "that's a dealership issue." Called Expressway and was given a quote of less than $900 with parts and labor all included. $500 less than the local place? ok! Took it out to them, and they confirmed the issue as the WIN. Long story short: end up paying Expressway a little over $1300 and the issue wasn't even fixed. I'm going to file a Better Business Bureau complaint. Do not use Expressway for *anything* that isn't under warranty, because unless it is they have no incentive to do their job.

Efficient servicing, less expensive than other places. It did take two hours for the repair, versus the hour I was told it would take. All in all, waiting area was great, free coffee, water and snacks as you wait.
