Absolutely amazing business! Was in town for surgery and visiting family and friends and on the way to Evansville I had car issues and we called everyone around and said they couldn t get me in until next week or next month and I couldn t do that because I had to get home after surgery. They told me they could get me in and out today and they definitely kept their word. After they called me to come get my car and it was finished and came to pay I got in my car and the same issues were occurring and I went in to tell them and they were supposed to be closed already but they took the time to come out and look at my vehicle and was genuinely concerned to take care of the problem. They mentioned they wanted to make sure we get back on the road safely and the job is done right but long story short they fixed my vehicle and had us on the road the same day. If I could give them 10 stars I would most definitely done that. I would recommend to everyone to use this company. They are fast, reliable and affordable!! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication!!!

They did an excellent job on my 2002 Dodge Ram truck! The people were friendly and they sent pictures of everything that needed repaired. I like the online app they use so you can print out everything. Prices were a little higher than I anticipated but the quality of the work was excellent!!! Thank you Eich brothers!!

I always find everyone pleasant and efficient. As I dropped by without a scheduled appointment, it did take some time. But not too long. Checked my battery and replaced a tire that had a nail in it and wasn t able to be patched. Repair made and cost was reasonable. Thank you, guys!

Great, friendly, and fast service. They do a great job sending you a recommendation of items that you can either approve or deny via text. Took my 2011 Camry in for exhaust work and alignment. They found a worn wheel bearing which I had them replace. Car drives like new. Jason is excellent at communicating with you at each step. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get my car in same day I called and had given me an estimate and a list of what all needed fixed by the next morning. Very impressed with this shop and will definitely be bringing my car here again!

What a great bunch of guys! My daughter is going to USI, and had issues with her car. It s difficult to decide when you are not from the area, and have no idea. AJ, Spencer and the rest took wonderful care to ensure that she was back on the road with a safe and reliable car! While I hope I don t need them again, they will be the first ones that I call!! Do not hesitate to schedule them if you need it.

Oh WOW...Expert Fast Service on major repairs! They did everything needed in just 4 days total, two separate visits, but that wasnt their fault.. These guys know what they're doing, not like another shop tried locally had my car for 6 months, then gave it back to me just filthy! Overcharged too, so if you want great fast know how service, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THRIFTY CAR CARE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... When my car showed engine overheating I immediately called Eich Brothers. Following their instructions, I called AAA for a tow truck to deliver my car to their shop. They then provided me a ride home. Within 24 hours I had an itemized statement of extensive repairs needed. Two days later my car was delivered to me at my home. Once again I can drive my car knowing it s safe and reliable thank to Eich Brothers.

I had an emergency Auxiliary dead battery situation and these guys got me in the same day as fast as they could. Friendly, knowledgeable, and I will return for any future issues with my vehicle. Highly recommend

I have had nothing but great experiences with Thrifty Car Care Center. In less than great situations for me (auto issues, holes in tires, etc) they have been patient, understanding, and quickly able to help me. Couldn't recommend them more!

Years ago they were great so I tried them again a few moths back. Their bill was ridiculously high so I took it to another shop. I tried them again recently because all other shops were booked out. I explained the noise was a pulley. They diagnosed the pulley was the issue but insisted on charging a diagnostic fee on top of the repair bill. Took it to the dealership which which came out cheaper overall in the end.

Don't listen to their artificial 5 star reviews from the regular local yocals.Went in to get the car looked at after having issues with it starting up.Now check engine light is on. Traction is now off and wont come back on. Car stutters WHILE driving, eco-gas is no longer enabled and wont enable.. tried charging us OVER $500 for an oil change, filter change, and spark plugs. Nearly an extra $100 more than it should to simply INSTALL a new batteryThis place is a scam and will actively sabotage your car if they can. Look at the few negative reviews they have besides the fake one's they get from family/friends.UPDATE; Went to Lucas Oil for a second opinion. Changing the Serpentine Belt fixed EVERY SINGLE issue.Funny enough.. the Serpentine Belt was not listed as part of anything that needed to be fixed according to Thrifty.Wonder why they failed to mention that and tried to charge us for EVERYTHING ELSE instead?Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I was broke down from out of town and Dave and the entire staff got me worked in and taken care of and back on the road within a couple of hours. For the time is was there and in the waiting room watching and hearing how the staff interact with customers was amazing. They really do take the time to explain the issues and help the customer understand what is being done. Sure wish there was a repair shop like this in Tennessee that I could trust like these guys. Great team and great experience.

My daughter's car was towed in because the fuel pump went out. It was running and driving with no issues other than that. They fixed the fuel pump however they also unplugged an ignition coil and attempted to convince me to do a compression test to find out why her car was shaking. Her car was shaking because they unplugged an ignition coil and broke another one. It was not shaking before the fuel pump went out. They knew I was out of town and tried to scam more money out of me. My daughter drove the car 2 hours to me and in under 2 minutes my mechanic discovered what they had done and simply plugged it back in. Do not trust them!!

The were able to get me in for a oil change the same week I called. There was no up-sale of unneeded services. They reported on significant maintenance needs that I was already aware of. The guys here are very informative and friendly! You can tell they really care about their jobs. Excellent customer service! Update 12/18 Custom fit new rims to my 52 Studebaker Commander Coupe. Excellent attention to detail, friendly, and again charged me a fraction of what they could have. The best. One of my favorite Evansville businesses! Always fair and honest. Do the work for less than their estimate if possible. Checked my brakes today and could have told me I needed expensive repairs. Showed me my brakes, cleaned them, and charged me almost nothing. My first choice for anything on my cars or truck!

Hands down the best service shop I have ever dealt with. Reasonably priced and so so friendly. They text or call you every step of the way. And every single time I talked to someone they were friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Shops need to take notes from these guys. Awesome job guys thank you

I took my car in for service before a trip out west. After driving over 4,700 miles on vacation, I brought my car back in for an oil change. The guys were great! They got my car in quickly and even let me know I had a shock leaking...likely due to the wear and tear from all the mountain driving. Always friendly and honest....Thrifty is the only garage I take my car to!

My husband used them prior to him passing away and had some things that we weren't able to fix prior to his unexpected death. The guys here have checked different fluid levels for me since I didn't know how, always give me answers on what needs to be fixed first to ensure safety of my family and their prices are by far the most affordable in this area. I would recommend their service to anyone with any make or model of car. If they don't have the best answer they will point you in the right direction.

Every single time we take a vehicle to Thrifty, the job gets done with zero issues afterwards. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you know your car will be done right and the issue will be fixed. We have gone cheapest before and the issue was never resolved. This is the ONLY place I will take a vehicle!
