Went here to get four new tires. Chuck and all of the staff were really busy and hustling to help everyone. I was told it would take a little over an hour but I was out the door in 45 minutes. All of the employees at this location are exceptional. Their waiting area is very clean and so are their restrooms. They also have beverages while you wait.This place has one of the best business models for customer service I have seen in some time. All of the staff here are very courteous and professional. I was walked away from another tire shop today because they said they were too busy to repair my tire. Discount Tire took me right in and had me back on the road in an hour. They were completely full every bay with customers everywhere yet they found a way to fix my tire and put me back on the road. Discount Tire will get ALL of my tire business from here on out. They have earned it!

Wonderful employees! It seemed very busy and I wanted my tires checked for low pressure. A young man greeted me as soon as I walked in checked tires and directed me to tire pressure check spot. Those 2 men were equally polite and respectful and addressed my concerns. I would recommend to anyone. Professional place as an older woman it was much appreciated!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Bought 1st set of tires years ago and no one else looks at or touches my tires but these guys. Service is outstanding! Friendly smiles, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented. Plus the warranties and great. I've had to take several vehicles in due to tires leaking air and they fixed me up at zero charge.

Had an appointment for a 4 tire install. And no joke, from the moment I pulled in the customer service was over 5 stars. By the time I got my daughter out of her car seat Timothy had already greeted me and knew I was the 8:45 appointment, he immediately took my keys and did what he had to do. And the young men in the back doing the install are all doing a fantastic job. They are quick and efficient, and the customer service is just top notch. I m very impressed with everyone there! Great service from the time I pulled in to me leaving! Highly recommend!

Normally most of the staff that I have encountered has been awesome but there is this one individual it was not so pleasant and I ve had to deal with him twice now. Once when I got the tire appointment setup and the second to go back and fix the mess up that they did with the tires being on the wrong side (Such as inside or outside for the installation of the tires). I guess I expected something a little bit more professional, and not to have to make a second trip, which takes time out of my work in order to be there. First round I should expect to take time out of my day due to the fact that I need tires. Second time should never happen as this is what they should be professional at. And I m now I see scratches in the rim that I can t get out from their machine.

We called 35 places and couldn t find tires while on a cross country road trip. Discount tire saved the day by getting us through with the quickest tire change ever since they are so well staffed. Plus it s next to a Culver s so you can wait and eat! Thanks discount tire

Treated very well. I was impressed. They lowered spare and didn't get it back where it was supposed to be. Easy fix for me, but it was up against the exhaust system & made a hot rubber smell. They were very busy. $1500 for 4 Acadia tires installed.

Great service and great quality. Went in because I popped my tire on a pot hole. Called and they had me in next day with multiple price options for a replacement. Gave me an honest review of the tread on my other tires saying they were all good and didn't need anything else. Replaced my tire and rotated them for free. Took about 45 minutes. Ate some Culver's across the street while I waited for my text alert.

Bought a set of tires about 8 months ago from them. Easy to schedule service. They are very good and fast with servicing your vehicle. First tire rotation last week. I've been there twice, and both times, they were finished in less than 45 minutes.

Went in January and got a new set of tires. The place was somewhat busy, but they got me in pretty quickly. The tech changing out the tires dropped one of the hubcaps and broke it. I believe it was a manager I spoke with that told me they d cover the broken hubcap and would order replacements. I had some chipped ones already and even offered to purchase the other 3 so they could all be new. That s been over 2 months and they ve yet to honor that.I would ve rated 1* but the tires are fine, and no issues there. Just be cautious with careless techs and staff who tell you whatever you want to hear.I ve always liked this business and have recommended it to friends and coworkers.

Tim was great. He gave me a call to inquire about my purchase to make sure I got the tires I actually needed. He explained to me that another set of tires would be a better fit for me and they were. He got me in a day earlier than I was scheduled and that helped tremendously as I was already short on time. I did not have to wait at all because he was waiting on me to arrive and flagged me into the bay. The crew started working on the truck immediately. I was in and out within 15 min. Tim and his crew has given me hope again in today's workforce as usually I have seen a steady decline in it. Because of Tim's expertise and help I would never go anywhere else to get tire service. You all just earned my business for life!!! Great job Guys.

I've been going to Discount Tire for a little more then 5 years now. Reason being they offer great prices on several types of tires ect. Plus I get a Veteran military discount as well by showing my I.D. every time. Always friendly customer service and open wifi as well. I recommend them myself only.

Purchased full life time balancing and rotation for 80+$s for all 4 tires, did balancing first then problem still persisted , again took back requested balancing and rotation after done with the service they stated that it was completely off balance ! They themselves did balancing a week ago! when asked if rotation was done they did not do it both times!. Same service life time balancing for all 4 can be done at Sam's club for 20 + $s. Will stay away!

I definitely was impressed by the free tire patch offer that Discount tire provides. I had a nail in a tire on my Tacoma pickup truck, so I brought it in. The service counter was busy but I was quickly taken care of by Chuck. He scanned my truck in, entered it into their app also, which continues to update you on the status. Despite it being quite busy, I was taken care of , and out the door in under 45 minutes. That is great service ! I would highly recommend Discount tire and thanks Chuck !

I was driving on a really bad tire and actually needed 2 tires and Landan took care of me for a great price after i told him my situation from the morning up until that very moment for the day. Landan said discount tire wants to make sure everyone is safe. I can not thank you and discount tire enough. I recommend this place to anyone.MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

Got our tires on quickly and even had the truck waiting at the door! It's a beautiful day, but I noticed they also have umbrellas at the door for employees to walk you out!

Ive been here several times before with my old cars. Never had any issues before. Very friendly staff. Get ya in and out in a decent amount of time considering how busy they are.On this occasion I took my Lincoln in to be changed for a welp in my tire. They recommend getting 2 changed which I agreed and it cost almost 550.00 they are good tires I have no issues with them. The only problem I had was when I got home and was showing them to my sister I seen deep cuts and gashes on 2 of my rims.But since I didn't see it til I got home, I just had to get over it.I have a before video of one of my rims that I took of the tire that had the welp and there is clearly no cuts before. I do not have a before of the other tire/rim though so I'm gonna have to just deal with it.But for anyone else check before you leave. Take pictures before and after.

We have a pull-along camper and the tire blew out on the interstate. Had the old spare put on. Discount Tire was able to replace tire and get us back on the road quickly. Great customer service!!

Several staff members were very helpful, kind, and mindful of my disability. They helped me choose the proper tires for my vehicle and gave me options and recommendations. Doors were opened for me, even my car doors and trunk. Very pleasant experience despite busy hours.

Great place to get tires! Great price, great service, and if you make an appointment the wait time is very reasonable otherwise you might be there a while. It s also a good idea to consider looking at what tires you want beforehand so you can order them in advance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and they have a 5% military discount which is great!

First time customer, so far they've been great!4 new tires installed, delivered from Tire Rack. 6-2023***Update after 1st rotation, balance, & inspection. Again, service was first class! (10-2-23) I didn't think service like this still existed.

It started with their great website which made it easy to pick my tires and schedule (and reschedule) an appointment. At the store the front is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable (and easy on the eye) young men. They literally had 4 tires installed on my car in 10 minutes! I m recommending Discount Tire to everyone I know. Awesome experience from start to finish.
