DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Wish I could give 0 stars to this business although that rating would still be too high. I was in need of 2 new tires on my wife s Jeep so I tried this business out. After my original visit the vehicle wasn t driving right - I find out that they put the wrong size tires on. I go back there 8 times over the course of a month - each time with a GUARANTEE from the business that the right size tires would be there on a specific day. They eventually put 2 tires on but before leaving the lot I noticed that both tires had multiple plugs in it and one of them WAS STILL THE WRONG SIZE and not holding air. Not to mention after looking closely - they broke a piece off of each one of my front hubcaps. The business refused to give me good tires and also refused to return my money. I was forced to take my business elsewhere after having the worst experience I ve ever had with a business.

Worse experience ever. Never do business with Shannon he has ran the shop about three months now. Most unprofessional, dishonest, rude person. I hesitate even calling this a business. I bought 4 tires and had them put on Friday May 22 by Sunday while driving in New Harmony one of the tires completely deflated and came off the rim then the other front tire was deflating and the low tire pressure sensors and lights were going off. The back two tires wouldn't hold air. The DNR at the campground tried to keep air in the three tires for the remainder of my stay but the front drivers side was completely off the rim and not salvageable. I tried calling both numbers and email along with texting to the contact info on the business card I was given and received no response. Monday was Memorial day and i had to have the car towed from the camp ground in New Harmony back to Evansville. When I finally made contact with Shannon this morning he agreed to make things right then after finding out the towing bill price and replacement tires after agreeing he became very rude and aggressive even mentioning my family and my place of employment in his text messages. DO NOT EVER SEND ANYONE HERE. This is a true statement to his character. He continuously back tracked and then accused me of lying and making this up whenever there is documentation from Fellers Towing and Reis Tires. I have attached the messages and photos for transparency.

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought two used tires here for $40 each. That s almost twice what I ve paid in the past for used tires. I had to pay it because one of the tires was almost completely flat. Within two days both the rows had gone flat! I called many times, and I never got an answer. I drove back to this place (on the flat again) and they never apologized and told me they couldn t help me and told me I had to come back the next day. Again they told me they couldn t help me that day! I actually bribed one of the guys there, and for $20 they gave me new tires. Again they went flat! So I gave up lost my $80 and went some where else. The other place on Riverside gave me two new tires for $50 total. They ve done well and no flats! Again, DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible experience. Called twice before I came asking if they had my tire size and they told me yes both times. Got there for them to take my tire off and go to the back looking for my tire size. They were back there for over 30 minutes looking for a tire to never find my tire size. Came back claiming they never took my tire off wasting my time. Sat there for about 3 hrs waste of my time.

Was recommended to try this place by a friend of mine. They did NOT disappoint! Even showing up less than an hour before close, and on a very busy afternoon, they still were so helpful and nice. Will recommend to all my friends. I'll be back soon too for a tire replacement on the other side. Randy and Trevor n Randy's wife were all just great! Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!! IM WARNING YOU! Went there because I had a chunk out of one of my tires missing, I was told they have used tires and are a decent business. Not knowing much about tires I was told that they had the tires I needed. They offered me no advice on whether I should replace one or two. Hardly let me inspect them before slapping them on my vehicle. When I go to turn on my vehicle I notice that my sensor is saying 1 psi for the pressure, the guy tells me sometimes it takes a minute to reset. I wake up the next morning and one of the replacements is flat, my husband takes it in to discount tire and both tires they say are pretty much bald, and they broke the sensor. Hard lesson learned of you get what you pay for.

They will kindly ruin your car and send you running around like a chicken with its head cut off to figure it out. Do not go to these people. Yeah, the price may be cool but, it s nothing compared to how much you will pay for the other damages they ll cause. Best to contact a lawyer than to talk to them because the wife is very ignorant. She s way too old to act the way she does. Just because I m an adult (36years old) I still respect my elders. This woman is old enough to be my mother. I wouldn t dare argue with her. In my family we respect our elders. Life could be much easier if everyone own up to their mistakes, apologize when needed, and simply correct it.

Randy is very unprofessional. Will ignore your phone calls.Do not do business with this place.If you do, inspect their tires before they touch yours. (They sold me a warped tire)Did not get my money back.

Do not go to this place. They replaced a tire for a friend of mine and it was still leaking. She let them repair it TWICE after initally reporting the problem and then still woke up to a flat tire after that. They insisted they try to repair it again and she told them at that point she wanted a different tire or a refund. The guy replaced her tire again instead and she realized he replaced it with THE SAME TIRE they took off 3 days ago. She called them asking for her money back and they hung up on her. She went down there and basically they cussed her out. Absolutely ridiculous. How horrible of her to just want a not flat tire, right?? just go somewhere else.

Terrible. This is the most unpleasant place I ve ever been to. Both employees absolutely reeked of alcohol and they tried putting worse off tires on my vehicle than mine currently were.

The absolute worst place to take your car for a used tire. Went there and they jacked my car up on the front end to change the tire. There's only a plastic piece under there so obviously it broke through and damaged my cooling unit in front of my radiator. They promised to fix it. It's been 2months now and they act like they don't know what they did. Currently filing a lawsuit to fix the damages THEY caused trying to change a tire... they are very unreliable and literally the worst tire place in evansville. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICHLE THERE. Literally anywhere else is better.

Save your future self from some DEEP negativity. Future you would appreciate it greatly if you chose a different shop. Future you still has the potential for beautiful days to come. Please let them be as stunning as possible and choose a different shop. Curiosity got you? Remember that cat? Sunshine and rainbows are a plenty, in a different shop. Future you loves you and is equphoric you chose a different shop.

Took my car to get a new tire and rest of them balanced and keep loosing air in my Front driver tire and passenger tire and my rim has chips in it from where they took my tire off of the rim and put the new one on. It literally took 4 people to get the tire off the rim and put a new one on! My fianc� tried contacting them on Facebook and he read it and never messaged back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I really wish I could give zero stars because this is the worst place ever ran buy incompetent individuals. They ruined my rims and refused to give me my money back for it. Worst service ever claimed we had a sign up after it took her ten mins to find the sign.

40 bucks for a tire that won t hold air. I watched them damage a car with a floor Jack and install tires on another car that went flat before they were done.

I came in thinking I'd need a new tire for a slow leak in my back left tire, but the guy said he wanted to try and fix it first before having to replace it since my tire was still fairly new.For just $20 he pulled out the nail causing the leak, put air in and plugged itI couldn't be happier

Hey all! Shannon has bought the tire shop back and it will be returning to the Diamond Tire everyone grew to love. I do not recommend this service place. I recently had a tire replaced. I went there because I needed something cheap & didn't have alot of money at the time. About 3 weeks later I had a blow out on the tire they serviced. I had to call roadside assistance to change my tire. The mechanic had a hard time getting the lugs off because they were put on too tight. One of the rods broke off because the lug was crossthreaded. I went back to see if I could get some refund for the broken rod since it was their poor work that originally caused the problem but I was denied. I didnt ask for a refund for the tire because I knew it was a gamble. But to not get some kind of compensation for the broken rod they caused is bad business. Not only that but they didn't seem the least bit apologetic. Dont waste your money. This place is neglect & unprofessional.

Came here based off of a recommendation from a friend and was somewhat skeptical just because I'm used to going to Best One in Henderson but my friend said this was the way to go. He said the prices and prompt service alone beat out Best One and I have to agree. It was nice walking away paying the price I was originally told and nothing more for good tires. I'll continue to drive across the bridge for quality service.

They was very helpful by coming out after us and making sure that are donut tire was good to drive to there shop and we was in and out in 15 minutes or less I recommend them for sure cause they were very nice people and plan on going back to there for sure

My experience with this business was as pleasant as could be considering the situation and service I was needing. I was expecting to be over charged but was quite shocked to find the pricing reasonable and the service very prompt. The employees were very nice and accommodating and I would highly recommend seeking service from these guys for the quality of product, service, price, and people.

Closed 2 hrs before time and live 40 minutes away, very disappointed. Would love to give it no stars but hey that's how the reviews go lol got leave at least 1 star lol

My girlfriend got sold four used tires all four were different sizes after being told that they had 215 50 16 not the 215 60 16 I agreed over the phone that is ok I take 4 of those and paid over the phone . She went there to get them put on and they put on 4 different size tires . One was dry rotted and cracking and the other had plugs in it and next day the plugs came out driving on highway and following day the rotten tire blowed and to top it off they didnt balance them cause i was told some days the balancer works and some days it doesn't work. One last thing they cut her tire sensor on her rim and it messed up her car were every light in dash is on and speedometer doesn't work. Beware of this place super shady

Above and Beyond Service! They even came to my location to help me with my tire. I ended up needing to replace the tire and they kept the shop open later for me to get a tire!! The owners were so friendly and helpful.

So my daughter had came to me and said that she caught a flat on the way home..So me thinking to myself you going to have to call a tow truck and find a tire place..I completely forgot about Amanda and Shannon running a tire place..So I called her up and told her my situation she said she can help..So I txt her and told her that the tow truck is here at the house and my daughter was on the way..She said hold up we can come get the tire and bring it back to you..I said to myself look at God.I highly recommend this place and Diamond tires will be my go to from now on..Thanks guys!!
