The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to me buying the vehicle from this dealership. LeeWayne Johnson is his name, and, he was the best sales representative I've ever met at any dealership anywhere. Overall, everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend D-Patrick for your next automobile purchase! They are very honest and are willing to work with you completely !

Purchased a 2021 2500 Ram from this location. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and it was the best option they had that would serve the purpose I needed the vehicle to serve. Ian was beyond friendly and helpful during this process. Purchasing a vehicle is not generally a relaxing experience; however, this time was different. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Nissan, Ford, Ram, etc., they have eight different locations to draw from.

We've purchased two vehicles thus far from them!! Staff is friendly, prompt, and thoughtful! They have a very good and well stocked variety of vehicles which are very nice in quality!! They've got great financing!! Each vehicle my daughter had purchased she's really enjoyed!! The sales staff are exceptional!!

Poor service only does the minimum. I ve twice had a tire leak and told them. They say they don t find anything and I have to take it to the local mechanic to have the nails taken out and tire patched

The service team have always given me great service. I don't always like the outcome because automobiles are expensive LOL. They always tell me what's going on as it's going on and never fix anything without prior approval. I have owned a Nissan since 2010 and will continue to do so. I've had a great experience and the best of luck with D-Patrick Nissan automobiles and will continue to shop there.

I get both of my Nissan vehicles serviced here. Fantastic staff and they are honest and upfront about work needing to be done. They even have great follow up if issues do come up.

Recently went in for some recall work and oil change. Told it would take around 3 hrs, I took advantage of their shuttle service. Every employee I encountered was so friendly & helpful, and all were wearing face masks! Not under their nose, or around their neck, but wearing them correctly! I was offered water and coffee. I was text the work report, and again when my car was ready, which was earlier than the estimated time. The entire experience was so positive, and pleasant! It made a huge difference in my day.

Amended review after D-Pat completed the repair. We were happy with the service personnel, work done, speed of repair, etc.I'll amend this review after we've actually had the car fixed, but as of right now I'm frustrated with their process. I called in this a.m. to schedule an appointment to have the car diagnosed sometime next week. Nobody was available to take my call so I went online to their schedule your service visit tool. They had tons of appointments available for today! So, I booked one, called the wife to leave work and bring the car, left work myself to meet her there, only to be told they don't have any technicians available all day! GRRR!

My family and I had a great experience at D-Patrick Nissan. Our car salesman Mr. Miguel "Gus" Reyes was fantastic. He most definitely went the extra mile to help our family! We will refer our friends and family there. And of course to see Mr. Reyes!

I came 45 minutes early, and they took my car right away. They took care of the recall , did a full service check, did a courtesy oil change and tire rotation. They had my car back to me in about 50 minutes. Great job thank you all very much

I was very pleased with my D-Patrick service. I did not buy my Nissan from them but took it there for a problem I was having with back hatch door, they checked it out ordered parts and scheduled a follow up, when the part was installed it didn t fix the issue but they continued until it was completely repaired. The service people were very professional, Nick, Jennifer and one other guy I did not get his name but was very knowledgeable of the repair. D-Patrick did all of this as a goodwill repair because although my Murano is your a 2015 it had right at 36000 miles. This was not something I ask for so my take is this is how they do business. Something that most service departments have forgotten. D-Patrick will be my Nissan repair shop. Thank you for the good will!

I was unable to get my vehicle started and had to get a tow in to the Evansville based dealership. They were quite prompt in diagnosing why my vehicle would not start and fixed the problem. I just hope that by fixing what was broken other parts will not follow suit and go bad after warranty runs out. Anyway Thanks D-Patrick Nissan for getting me back on the road again.
