D-Patrick Nissan (Evansville, Indiana) was an excellent experience. From locating the car I wanted on their website; working with Alissa and Joann to cut a deal with my trade-in, and on-site transition. Easy - peasy.Well run business with a competent and friendly team. My car went from the showroom floor to the highway in minutes.The team even wanted to see how I planned to enhance this hot roadster... with black and red stripes.Best car experience ever.

I made my first "big girl purchase" a few months ago and was so nervous! D-Patrick Nissan Evansville was incredible through the entire process! My salesmen, Gus and LeeWayne both listened to each and every concern, and thoroughly answered every question I came up with. Even months later, they have kept in contact and are there for any question that may arise! I could not recommend D-Patrick Nissan Evansville enough!

Editing my earlier review: My vehicle broke down on the way to trade it in. This was after being there for 3 days with the same issue and being given the all-clear to take it home a couple weeks prior. Waited 2 days to hear what was wrong with my trade-in. By the time I was called, I didn't even want the car I was looking at buying. Turns out the alternator went bad. I was told they would order the part, and it could be in on Saturday or Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around, a full week without my vehicle, and then I'm told there are no alternators available in the region for my vehicle. Instead, they said they could send it for a rebuild, which would save me a whopping $300 off the $1600 estimate. The rebuilt alternator would only have a 12 month/12k warranty (which I will get in writing). I'm now told my vehicle may be ready Thursday. That's 9 full days in the shop.Going forward, I will find another shop for future repairs and oil changes, and when it comes time to buy my next vehicle, it won't be from any D-Patrick Dealership.

We knew we needed a new vehicle and planned to purchase a Rogue. We were on the way to another dealership and decided to look around at D-Patrick first. What a great experience! Jay enjoys helping people find the vehicle that meets their needs and is in the right price range. He is a no pressure sales person which is exactly what we like! The dealership manager and finance personnel were all very helpful as well. Great team!

Jose and the staff at D Patrick Nissan keep my van working at peak performance. I put a lot of miles on my van visiting schools in the tristate.Regular oil change and tire rotations are quick and affordable. When they inspect the vehicle, they notify me of items that need attention now, and in the near future. That gives me peace of mind that my vehicle will be reliable for years to come.

His was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He was not pushy and allowed my husband and I time to discuss our options without hurrying our decision. He helped us with our last purchase 8 years ago. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy at your dealership.

This was a "tow in" situation, settled over the phone and the service Team did an excellent job from start to finish. The technician went above and beyond on the "multi-point" inspection and fixed things that had needed attention for quite some time. I highly recommend this service Team.

Lauren was very helpful in helping us pick the plan we needed.Also your parts counter was fantastic in assisting us with key fob batteries. They had them replaced in a matter of minutes.

Ive usually always had a great experience at Dpatrick Nissan. Only once have I had a bad experience there but was during Covid and went somewhere else. Well, I have returned once again and had a great experience with Ian. No pressure and an easy process and great personal service. Very comfortable with him.

Ian Savage in sales was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted! They agreed to fix some broken vent clips but never got back with me or responded to my attempts to contact them until Ian got back involved. Ian was the only one who remained involved after the sale and pursued the fix that was offered. Awaited parts for final outcome at DPatrick Ford on Walnut who had to keep truck a couple of days after their tech broke new vent clip while putting it on. 5 STARS for Ian, but the rest involved in my purchase were average at best.

They change your online app with people of similar names past or present to get you approved. They screwed up my application and put in my dead husband's ex wife who has a different last name since 1997. Then accused me of falsifying my app. How in GODS name would I have my dead husband's ex of over 25 yrs SS#.We don't even speak haven't seen the women in 23 yrs!!!. Then delivered vechile to me personally 2 hours away and reported it stolen!!! They created a false police report. Do not deal with them or you better get a copy of your online app that YOU filled out completely.

Went in told them what i wanted they brought it up i drove it told them i would take it. They sent in my financing got me approved 3.9% intrest in 5 minutes and we was in 10 minutes later signing papers and the manager even bought us supper
