I was stressed out today when I got my car maintenance done ..One of the associates asked me if I needed a massage . He took me to the room with the massage chair . I didn't know that even existed , I was rejuvenated and so was my car ! Friendliest staff , great place and wow , a massage chair , what more can you ask for ? Amazing !

The Service Center is amazing. When I had an issue they were the only dealership within 100 miles that said come right in and we will get you taken care of. They are the only service center that will get my business and they just keep on impressing me - from the friendliness of the staff to the fast service I receive.Aiden in the service center is phenomenal! My car got brand new tires. The service I received was 5 stars as usual. The tire replacement took the exact amount of time as I was promised. Everyone was friendly and professional.

My Service Agent got me in and out quickly. Any issues identified were resolved quickly & efficiently. He stayed on top of everything until completed and got me back on the road. Living in Southern Illinois, it is a little over a hundred miles to D-Patrick Ford Service Center. The Service Agent and technicians make the 200+ mile round-trip worthwhile.

Everyone was friendly Garrett kept me up on what was being done to my vehicle and how much longer it would take.. Has a nice sitting area with tv made time go fast. Highly recommend this dealership.

As I sat in the waiting area a service employee named Zach walked through & noticed a trail of water from the front door as it was raining. No hesitation, no one told or asked him, he volunteered to get a mop, clean the area & even put wet floor signs down. Zach needs to be recognized. I told Casey & he thanked me for mentioning it & wished he had more employees like Zach. Truly a great experience waiting for my truck. My truck has been in for a new motor it was using oil it took almost three years get that Had it in three times because Pinon seal in rear was leaking they put new flange and seal in to Cameron Lashbrook service advisor has took good care me when brought my truck in get fix

Had a recall done & oil change , tire rotation etc they were able to provide me with rides back to work & pickup when it was finished both drivers very nice & personable & the service guy that checked me in was very nice I hv always used D-Patrick service for my Lincoln wi no problems

Got me in quickly for an appointment. Oil service went as expected and the technician was successful in finding an annoying clicking noise. My only wish is that the technicians when rotating tires would reset the proper front and rear tire pressures.

This team is awesome! I previously took my car to another dealership for servicing but they were unable to diagnose and fix the problem.
