They put the wrong tire on. "Re-sealed" the carb due to a leak at the intake. Got the bike back and it was leaking harder than it ever was before. They replaced parts I never approved. No one was there to make it right or even speak on it other than the technician who let me know that two different techs worked on it. It's very clear that neither knew what they were doing. Will not be bringing a bike here again.

Took my thumper here to get some tires I bought put on and the service was quick and at what I thought was a reasonable price. Cycle Steve seems like a really cool dude who is super passionate about bikes. He even talked me out of some repairs/upgrades that weren't necessary. The shop's like a museum you can spend hours in there looking around

What a great crew of guys there at "Cycle Steve's". They managed to squeeze me into an already busy schedule, and put brake pads on the back of my bike. They did this as a courtesy, as I was here from Texas for a limited time only. Dave who is managing the counter the phones, register and sales floor was great. I feel like I have made new friends. Dave took extra time to give me insight into places to see, great rides, where to get a great burger etc.Their work was spot on, and they were quick. I could not have ask to have the work done any easier or more reasonable. I am for sure, a satisfied customer.

I'm an "out-of-towner" and had a front flat tire on my Indian motorcycle. After getting a couple of "sorry for your luck" responses from other local shops, Cycle Steve's came through for me. Both professional and personable, I would highly recommend this business as "top shelf". Thank you.

Trued my rims and balanced my tires. Did a great job! Very friendly, I won't hesitate to call them if I need help with something else. I do most work myself but he was pretty close on his estimate and seemed very knowledgeable.

There are some people you can not trust. After putting on a new rear tire, my bike does not ride the same. I spoke to him on the phone about it. He said do you think I switched the rim. I told him I did not say that. But I do know this: Before I took my rear wheel to cycle steve; there was no vibration or jumpy up and down feeling of the front end. After he installed my tire, he said he balanced it. I said to myself, hmm; I had it balanced already. I have no proof of course, but now I truly believe something happened to my rim at his shop.I will never, ever do business there again! I found out much later that my suspicions are true. I tried to adjust my rear shock on my Pacific Coast. It would not move at all. I truly believe that he took my good rim and put on a bad rim on my bike. What kind of person would do that!!!??? I do not respect him as a man, not one bit. What he did is dangerous to me, illegal and unethical!!!! It just shows what kind of a person he really is. Lastly, the bible says you will reap what you sow.

Great Place.. Excellent Service. I'll admit, I brought it to him when he was already loaded with work. And he might've took longer than I expected, But Steve it was WELL worth it..! Steve is a awesome owner/operator. He has put several tires and brakes on my Harleys over the years, but you have to catch him not busy or in between breaks, Good Luck lol.

I brought in my R6 for new tires and while I had it there I asked if he could check the map on my powercommander to make sure the previous owner had the right one on it and he said just bring it by sometime when he could bring his computer and he would get the right map on it for me for free since he didn't have his computer there that day. I brought it in and he played with some maps to see what seemed to run the best and when one of the guys at the shop was done he noticed that my kickstand apparently wasn't snapping back as clean as he liked. He simply went over and grabbed some WD-40 (I'm assuming) and sprayed it down. No one asked him to do it, just noticed something he thought was slightly off and took the simple 30 seconds to spray it down instead of doing what most people would do and just tell me I should do it when I get time. Its the simple little things like that which make you realize that this is a great shop with nice people. Came in to swap tires and got a new map and a "snappier" kickstand free. Who knows, maybe while driving one day I would have hit a hard bump and the kickstand would have fell down sending me to the hospital. I have piece of mind knowing these people will work on my bikes in the future. I will definitely be returning.

Steve has worked on two of my bikes. He just finished work on one yesterday. He is a fair and honest guy. His prices are always fair. I would suggest anyone using him.

I've been going to Steve for all service since the day he opened. Can't recommend him highly enough. Extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for!

Steve is very customer-oriented I believe he is a very honest businessman he takes the time to do the little things and explain things to you that others do not at the bigger shops I go to cycle Steve's for all my repairs and most of my parts for my Harley-Davidson. Best place in town to get tires

Always busy. (Attribute that to his quality of work and reputation) Not the cheapest in town, but honest and fair. Doesn't try to "up-sell" stuff that isn't necessarily required.

Very good shop, always dependable. Wouldnt take my bike anywhere else. From oil/ tire changes to basket case they can get you back on the road.

Took my vtx1800 in for squealing in the rear tire area. My spindle was toast. Steve FABRICATED a new one and was still less than the stealership down the road! Awesome awesome awesome
