Frank and the team at Car X auto are the best. My husband is mechanically inclined. Frank is able to dumb down the information for me, but also communicate with my husband as well. They run with the client's best interest at heart. When you take your car to get repaired, you want to go with someone you trust. I definitely trust Frank and the team to get me back on the road as quickly as possible and at the best price point.

Great and honest service. My bill ended up being $600 less than what was quoted. They got my car in the same day I called and it was ready the next day. Would recommend this business to anyone and less expensive than going to the dealership!

My name is Rodriquez Mathis.This is one of the most horrible experiences I ve ever had dealing with an automotive service. car X had my car for over 16 months and the main issue was overheating and they never fix that problem. I got my car back a month ago and drove .5 miles in the car overheated. Also plugs were loose and all the coolant came out We had to call a tow truck and have it towed to the dealership, which was dodge service and the owner that fixed the car with Zach They did a great job. They fixed the car within four days. They had to put all the plug they had to fix all the plugs The hoses align the plugs and other things that Car was supposed to have done. I asked Car to help fix They refused I called corporate. We submitted all paperwork. We begged them to get back with us. No one did once we found out that Frank the owner was the GM also I went in and talk to him Face and told me to help with corporate, and for us to leave and go deal This is very unprofessional it s all on their camera and we have some video recording I asked him also to stop fixing on my truck so then while we were there, they pushed my truck into the bay and told me that I would have to Get my truck out they had no business even fixing my truck after I begged them not to Because of the ongoing issue All we wanted it was $1500 to help pay to get my car fixed and they Refused.The owner Jason talked with Zack At Dodge dealership and ask him if we are Car was there Were their office corporate office help and Zach responded yes we would do anything to make sure the customer is OK Up and told us to get out We left so I m trying to figure out what s our next move Reimbursed so we can get our sons car fixed Dealership this place is unprofessional. They ve caused a lot of undue hardship on me and my family as They never offered us a They know that I own a moving company so I ve missed work for almost I don t understand the point they are so disrespectful. I can t even believe that they re open. All I ask is for them to help get my sons car fixed. We spent over $6000 there on this issue with. absolutely rreimbursement.

The employees are so friendly at Car-X! There was no wait and they were so swift at changing my oil. They also let me know of a few things to be on the lookout for on my vehicle they noticed. I highly recommend stopping in for your car needs.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Love these guys! They are always so nice and never try to get me to have more done to my car than is needed. And they always try to find the most affordable options for me and if something goes wrong shortly after they have worked on it they will fix the problem for free.

So far I like this place. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Clean store. And prices are fair. So far service is good,they do what they're paid to do,so far no shortcuts noticed. I'll be going back for all my auto work.

The staff and mechanics are awesome. I'm always leery of being overcharged or being mislead but CarX made me feel comfortable. I trusted their word and they had me back on the road in one day. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. CarX is now my go to any car issues going forward. Give them a try!

These guys were the best I've ever seen , they went out of there way to take care of us while we had a wreck here in Indiana on 64 . Had us back on the road the next day and worked with us on the financing . Even made sure we got to our hotel alright and was able to do what we came here to do . These ppl are God's ppl , a blessing and were heaven sent Thank you

Best mechanic shop in Evansville, GUARANTEED! Quick, efficient and trustworthy, which are basically the most important qualities you look for when looking for a mechanic shop. Frank was incredibly kind, extremely knowledgeable, and more than happy to help me even though I was not able to leave my van with him. He helped me find a wheelchair transport service to get my husband back home, too. And ladies...the restroom was immaculate! If I lived in Evansville, this is where I'd have my care serviced.

Jason was so helpful today. He got us in last minute before a road trip and got our car fixed up. Jeremy was the mechanic and he was very thorough and explained everything to us. They stayed after close to make sure we were taken care of. They gained a loyal customer today! So thankful

I have taken my wife and my car to here for several years and always had great service. Once my kids were old enough to drive they started taking their cars as well.I have personally known Frank for since I was young and he is a very respectful and reputable person. Him and his team do good work, are fair, and I trust them to do repairs on our vehicles. Lastly, they are always helpful when asking questions.

My husband and I take all of our vehicles here and we have been 100% satisfied a 20yr old pick up, 10yr old Toyota and a 2yr old Cadillac. We have complete faith in Frank and Jason s abilities.

A+++ Fantastic experience! You should definitely contact Frank and the people at Car-X the next time you need your vehicle repaired. Fair prices and fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. They went above and beyond to take care of us!My kids and I were visiting Evansville from KY and our van broke down. I called at 5pm on Friday and talked to the owner, Frank. He listened as I told him my van s symptoms and my dilemma of being an hour away from home with no way of getting back. Frank loaned me one of their work vehicles free of charge so I could drive my kids home! He then arranged for my van to be seen first thing Saturday morning (this was on Memorial Day Weekend 2018). They opened at 7am and the mechanic called me at 7:30am to tell me what the issue was. I needed my starter replaced. By 9:30am the job was finished and we were able to drive our van again less than 24 after it broke down.The people at Car-X we re an absolute Godsend. I ve never taken a vehicle to a better repair shop!When the tow truck came to get my van on Friday, I told the driver about what they were doing for me and he said, I had heard that their mechanics were great, now I know how great of people they really are!

I have been going to Car-X for about 10 years now since I've been living in Evansville and they by far are one of the best people to go to when you are trying to get your car fixed.I think the experience differs a little bit during covid-19 where money is tight for everybody and they were willing to actually let me order my parts online and they are going to do the installation of those parts so I was able to save about $1,200. I couldn't be more than happy with their service and the way they treat me is as a human being.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've been coming to Car-X for a decade plus and have never once been disappointed. From tire plugs to more major repairs, they have be honest, friendly, and fast. The store manager Frank May is an extremely nice man and will advise but not be pushy. He is looking out for the best interest of his customers. Definitely recommend!

Great experience! I have never had any issues with Car-X. Frank is a wonderful guy at the front desk and his customer satisfaction is great as well. I choose Car-X over other local automotive places for this reason. Also prices are very competitive or better than most. Highly recommend.

I love taking my vehicles to Car-X for oil changes & repairs because they are friendly, professional, HONEST and get the job done quickly and correctly. They will be honest about whether the repair actually needs to be done or not & will suggest the best option for your budget. They are conveniently located and treat my vehicles well. My husband and I always have a great experience with the CarX in Evansville, IN. The staff are professional, kind, and helpful in determining what needs to be repaired, as well as how to plan out the vehicle's maintenance work so that each of our visits are affordable. It is really nice to know I can go to this particular CarX and feel listened to, be able to rely on the staffs expertise, and leave without feeling as if they tried to sell me something I didn't need.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

The battery in my truck died and I was out of town. It was nearing closing time on a Thursday evening and I needed my truck the next morning. I searched Google for a repair shop near me and Car-X had a lot of good reviews. I called and asked if I got my truck towed there they would help me. It wasn t easy for them to get me in on such a time crunch, but they did. Nate talked me through what was probably wrong over the phone, and then the owner Frank kept me occupied with good conversation while the guys changed my battery. I paid a reasonable price and the personnel was amazing.Service: Battery

Not good, Frank if you are going to tell everyone my business at least be true full, how about not telling anyone . So when you get a bad review is this how you treat them, looks like something you would do, one more thing g that truck is 22 years old and no engine problems till car-x changed the oil that engine did not even have an oil leak, so who's at fault. Learn how to spell, yes I did owe you 40 dollars but I had a short pay check and I told your manager that I would pay next check well that won't happen

My car recently broke down. Towed to Car X. Manager and staff explained repairs needed. Car fixed and ready to go next day. They've worked on my car a couple of other times too and do a great job. It was great to have my car back so soon too. Want to thank them for prompt and great work!

Frank and the entire Car-X team take amazing care of my car, and my entire families cars! We have never worried that they would over charge or over promise. They tell us exactly what they are going to do when they do it or before they do it. Amazing PRICES, amazing PEOPLE, and amazing PRACTICES. GO HERE, you won t regret it!!

Professional and fairly priced! I'm always weary of getting ripped off or paying more than I should for my vehicle maintenance, but thankfully this wasn't the case for the Car-X team. Very helpful and friendly. I quickly found out what problems I was having with my car and was happy to hear that it was only my tires that was causing my car to sound loud while driving although I didn't have any work done today they didn't charge me for their time in looking at my vehicle.
