This was the best experience I ve ever had in my life. Derek is hands down the nicest person I ve ever had the pleasure of working with/speaking to. Incredible job on my car. I had been in an accident and a truck crunched the car. I was updated thoroughly throughout the entire process. Even when they got behind, I was notified and reassured that my vehicle would be completed by the original quote date, and that it was!! Such an easy process and beautiful smiles with people you can trust!

I brought my car in to get some dents removed out of my power lift gate through my insurance agency and Caliber Collision went above and beyond. They were very hands-on with the insurance adjuster and kept me in the loop every step of the way with text check-ins every couple of days to let me know the progress. Derek and the shop are all about perfection and getting your vehicle back to you as quick as possible. Phenomenal job.

Eric the GM did a phenomenal job on making me feel welcome and educating me on the Caliber way! They replaced and painted the bedside on the Ford Ranger, they didn t just fix or slap on a aftermarket part; they took the time find a new oem bedside. The whole crew understands the importance of quality parts and quality workmanship. The best part was they did the estimate, repairs, and the vehicle back to us in one week which is unheard of. Fantastic crew, customer service is great. Very nice people and very helpful!Update- after I left the shop, my check engine light came on about two days later, Because it was a new car I gave the shop a benefit of the doubt and just took it to the dealership about a month and a half later, because it was all under warranty. The dealership found that when my trunk had been replaced And welded back on someone had welded over the vacuum line. They informed me to take it back to the shop, This was over a holiday weekend, so I called and left a message And someone called me back that next Tuesday. The woman I spoke to on the phone was the same one I had dealt with before except for this time she was not as customer service focused As before while on the phone, informing her of the issue That they caused, she stated that the dealership was probably lying and they need to look at the car themselves. I understand that they need to look at the car themselves, but don t appreciate the insinuation that The new card dealership was Lying she was very apprehensive, the whole phone call and very unhelpful, she did not seem like she wanted to deal with my case or my car At all. The resolution was they paid my dealership the Liars to fix the issue that they caused.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Even though they didnt end up getting paid for assisting me, the staff at Caliber were top notch. They were professional, courteous, and from the work I witness excellent. If I do end up needing a body shop, I will be back to Caliber.

We took our car here expecting it to take 2 weeks to repair . They kept us very informed about the progress of the repairs and actually had the car done 3 days early . Plus they detailed the entire car before returning it so it looked better than when we dropped it off ! I will definitely refer anyone here for any repair. I was impressed by the entire staff.

This caliber collision has to be the best one I have ever been to. They took care of me right away and they did an amazing job updating me on my repairs, and I would definitely highly recommend anyone to come to this shop! The team at Caliber was very friendly and helpful. I received regular phone call updates on progress and what was currently being worked on. The estimated date of completion on the damage report was spot on. My car was returned washed and detailed. When the work was completed they even came and picked me up to bring me to the shop when I didn t have a way to get there. I recommend Caliber s work and will definitely return if I ever need more repair done on a vehicle.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

We were extremely happy with the work done on our 2021 Kia. They kept it an extra day to perfect the paint on the bumper and we really appreciate the attention to detail.
