Raine was by far the best help I've ever had walking into a car lot. She was very professional, made you feel welcomed and comfortable, & also makes you laugh while doing paperwork. She breaks down each segment with explanations and keypoints on what everything means so you have a great understanding. Ask for Raine she's a must have representative 5

Our sales person Beth was truly the most wonderful person to work with. She took her time explaining all the details we needed and answering any and all questions we had in regards to our new purchase. Bride worked with us knowing we only had $500.00 to work with as a down payment. We got the vehicle we wanted, it was fairly priced, and our payments work for us and are reasonable. They also have a wonderful program for maintenance on your vehicle which is VERY AFFORDABLE!Thank you Byrider Evansville for the wonderful experience!Very professional business and I would absolutely recommend friends, family, and strangers to go here to purchase a vehicle.

Beth is absolutely amazing and was great to work with!! She made the entire process easy and as smooth as could be. She even gave me a cute little goody bag with a phone charger, hand sanitizer and other things to keep in my new car!! She was very thorough and had a wonderful attitude! 10/10 recommend and ask for Beth!!

Beth was really great from start to finish upon coming into the office. She answered every question I had as well as Raine upon preparing for my appointment. She had everything ready to go for me to get into a vehicle and I was able to get into a good one today with no issue. Great team, very respectful,and informative throughout the entire process.

Not honest! I ve had my car from them for over two years now and recently I attended (and currently) Indiana Bible College in Indianapolis, Indiana. I ve driven the car to and from Indy and both times when I reach over 2 hrs of driving, the icon saying my car is swerving (which it s actually not) will come on and the check engine would come on along with my speed dropping to 60 at a 70 mile speed limit in the interstate and won t go past 65 even with having the gas pedal on the floor. After two minutes the car doors will lock and my speed to go back to 70 and the swerving icon would go away then later the check engine light would turn off. I ve taken it to a mechanic which said it s the transmission so I took it to two transmission shops (one of them calling Byrider themselves) and both said that it s the tracker that s in the car. I called Byrider and the guy who picked up admitted that it was the tracker but when I took it to get it looked at, they re claiming that it needs a new transmission saying the fluid is burnt and has metal coming out and saying it ll cost me around $1,700 to fix Makes no sense how two transmission shops says it s the tracker that Byrider put and my car only acts up after I ve driven over two hours that it ll stop driving the speed limit and then car doors lock for it to come back to regular speed. If it was the transmission, it should act up driving period, not just after 2 hrs. And I didn t mention that they never took a look at the tracker which was the whole point of getting an appointment for them to look at it. They just did a bunch of random things to my car.I just want them to at least look at the tracker and fix it to where I can drive to school without issues or risk of a wreck. I don t care about there being a tracker, I signed the contract but just fix it!

Don t go here if you ever think you ll find yourself in a bind. I am less than 24 hours late for the first time ever and the repoed my car even though I spoke to them and explained that I would be about to make the payment within a couple days. I ve had the vehicle for a year without a single late payment.
