Bought a Can-am Maverick X3 XMR Turbo R from them and had some aftermarket parts put on and they did a fantastic job. Ben, Chris and Roger went above and beyond to help me in my purchases. Definitely good people to do business with.

Well my wife and I came in to buy a jet ski and nobody wouldn t even give us the time of day , or answer any questions . Then when we finally got help it was the service guy who didn t have clue about Sea Doo promotions that my wife and I were able to pull up on line. Then he just walked away without answering any of my questions.Thanks for making it easy to take my business elsewhere.

Awesome folks! Very knowledgeable staff! Came in to get my chained tightened and come to find out I had a nail in my rear tire. Alan worked on my bike and got me well taken care! I appreciate you guys. I ll definitely be back for your services!

Purchase my new 2022 can am rykler 900 from them. I love my bike easy to ride and very stylish on the road. I get alot of compliments when i ride. Tyler was my saleman and he made it so easy for my buying experience. No hassle to buy he just answered all my question about the bike before i decided to purchase. I made a great decision to buy. Good low price and affordable payments. Go down and give Tyler a Hello. Great guy!

Despite all the good reviews, I found a pretty small selection. On top of that, I walked around looking at the two Victory motorcycles I was interested in for about 45 minutes and couldn't get one person to talk to me.I'm all for low pressure sales, but I was the only customer in the building..... just a little help would have been nice.Guess I'll buy mine somewhere else.

We always go see Roger for all of our parts and accessories. He's the best! And Eric is an all around good, honest guy. He runs the best shop in town. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else!

I love Big 4 for many reasons. One being because I've worked there in the service department for over 20 years and have worked on pretty much every brand heard of and Can Am/Sea doo is top notch! I wouldn't still be there if we didn't sell great stuff and if I didn't love the rest of the staff. Work doesn't feel like work when you enjoy what you do for a living!

We took our 2004 Kawasaki Mule reluctantly to repair an issue that we could not figure out after weeks of self diagnosis. Just to let you know we repair all of our machines successfully on our own, but finally gave in for help. Big 4 was extremely helpful and professional in every way. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it for a fair price, calling us to be sure we were aware of the problem and cost. We recieved a detailed receipt with notes on everything they repaired and the issues they found. The Mule works the best it has in years. We highly recommend their service department and will not hesitate to use them again. Great work all the way around!

Just saw your comment. Other then you being unable to answer the phones, you are also unable to record what work is supposed to be performed, what parts to order, or complete any work. I had to wait 3 weeks just for an oil change. Then you couldn't even complete the very simple repair I asked for. Not only were you unable to do this, but you also damaged my bike in the process and left it in an unsafe condition. This is not the first time I've had issues here, but it will be the last.

I was in bad need of a rear tire on my way home from a long ride in 2012. Big 4 popped up in a Google search with good reviews. I rode down from I-64, and was greeted by member of the sales staff, who took me back to Service and introduced me to the Service Manager. They didn't have a usable tire in stock, but the local distributor did. The Service Manager picked up the tie on his lunch break and I was back on the road shortly thereafter. GREAT shop, and I do recommend them to my friends who pass through that area."

Have been buying and trading at Big 4 for over 25 years. Easyest people in the industry to work with. Always have the best selection and service of anyone in town. I have traveled the country from coast to coast and have not found a better dealer "Still travel from Tenn. to get my ride serviced at Big 4, can't seem to be able to find a service dept. I can trust as well as here. Looking forward to purchasing a water craft in the near future with them it's always a pleasant experience.

Very good crew. I worked with both Eric and Patrick. Very smooth transaction on the Spyder. No hard sales pitch. I asked a lot of questions over many days. Both these guys stayed engaged with me. Thanks guys.

Eric was great with helping me with a simple, clean purchase of a new XT250. He did everything very professionally. I'm very happy with the way it turned out. I'm extremely happy with this bike and am having a blast with it.

I bought an older model seadoo 2002 that didn t run right, called and was told the mechanic wasn t in, left my name and number. No call back. After two days I went to the store, was told the mechanic wasn t in again, left my info, nothing. I guess they don t work on older seadoos. All they wanted to do was sell me a new one. Well, when I am ready for a new one, I won t be buying from them.

I've bought a couple of bikes from them now and am very pleased with both purchases. From parts to accessories their prices are in line with on-line businesses and the service is to notch. The best toy store in the area.

Everyone is Awesome.... By far the best shop in town. They even worked on my sons KTM so I didnt have to take it elsewhere. Everyone is so friendly and helpful

Took my brand new scooter back for the 3rd time and they have to order a carb and found out they never ordered it. Not to happy with them right now.
