They were able to locate yours for my car in a hurry. My daughter's car was repaired while she was at work. Service was exceptional.

I advise everyone not to go here. The auto parts stores in town agreed I made a bad choice. Just wished I had known as a newcomer in town. Plenty of other options around. Including driving an hour away to literally any other shop.

There hours show that they are open at 7:00 am Monday to Friday and closed Sunday which is great but when I arrived on a Saturday morning at 7:00 am I walked in the door the lights were off and a gentleman then told me they didn't open until 8:00,I'm not really complaining I'm sure they do fine work but they definitely need to update there hours on there web page ,it was just a little inconvenient

The job was done well, but they avoided telling me the price over the phone, because they are about $50 more expensive than anyone else. Putting me on the spot with no time, naturally $50 isn't gonna break me, so I accepted

Went in for oil change and wobble on vehicle. Told me I needed new tie rods. Didn't fix the wobble. Told me my tires were ok. I had to go somewhere else to check tires, I had a broken belt in one tire, bought a new tire and it fixed the wobble. Asked for tie rods back and they got them out of the dumpster. They weren't even the ones off my vehicle, they came off 2 different vehicles. Also got alignment, went back to get a redo on alignment and still didn't fix it. Did in 15 minutes. Too many different excuses we got. Not a happy customer. 50.00 oil change cost me almost 600.00 dollars for no reason. It was a tire issue. Wont go back there again, plus flushed my engine. Everything done in about an hour and a half.

Beat One is our fleet service provider and I get there often and they also have come to me several times. Good service And speed.

Love their service! They were fast and professional. They had the tire that we were looking for, which by the way, is a hard tire to locate. Definitely coming back again! Thanks guys!

Not sure if i go back for alignment still having the weird tire wear after doing alignment 1 time each year. (<50K miles A YEAR) I didn't get my drive tire wear fixed i got another wear develop on the steer. All my shocks were replaced before alignment. Wish they would of knocked of couple bucks for coming back for a realignment but nope got charged for alignment and tire rotation.

Don't be in a hurry, no one else is. No issues with the work, counter guy was top notch. I don't mind going back, as long as I have time to waste.

Got a trailer tire fixed charged me 79$ next day its gone bad where its not even fixable anymore had to replace the tire . They wanted to sale me a used tire instead of fixing the one i had clearly fixable tire had a small nail did a horrible job never going back here again
