I came here for a simple visual break inspection and the receptionist, Dawn Scott, decided this service was $75 and tried to rip me off. Come to find out their site advertises 3 free break inspections before they charge you. Not only did she overcharge me but when I called to confirm the price of a break inspection without revealing who I was she also lied to me over the phone and insisted the price was $75. I had my boyfriend go in and inquire about this mistake and before she knew that he had a screenshot of their website she also tried to tell him it would be $75 for a VISUAL break inspection. After he showed her the website screenshot she didnt say a word and gave him the refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS.

I highly recommend Best One. I brought my truck for tires and an alignment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and their pricing is very competitive. While there, they found a major issue with my steering while attempting to perform the alignment. They took me back, showed me the problem, and were able to get that fixed as well while I waited. Overall, a great experience. I will be back.

10/10 do NOT recommend. I took my vehicle in with some issues. Trying to figure out what was wrong. That s why I took it up there, right? Lol. Wrong. Apparently. They didn t seem very interested in taking it to begin with. They were extremely rude the entire interaction. Well- fast forward to picking up my vehicle Charged me $150 to tell me they didn t know what was wrong with my vehicle. And that basically- they weren t going to do anything else because of whom my warranty was through. So $150 and hours upon hours later- we still have no idea what s going on. Quite sad. Won t ever step foot on this property again. Bad business and they clearly don t know what they re doing

Got alignment from that place and got a new tires put on them 900 miles and find out that my tires are wear off after there alignment. Go to the FIRESTONE and here we go. Upper phone with BEST ONE alignment and in the bottom how FIRESTONE fixed it. Do not recommend use this place.

They take great care of me. I go there for my oil changes regularly. My check engine light came on and they got me in quickly. They discovered the problem was caused by a mistake made at the dealership, fixed it on the spot, and didn't even charge me. It made my day. :)

I wanted to get a nail out of my tire and they said my tire was too worn out. My neighbor put a plug in it. I gave him $10 for his trouble. It's bad when you do business with a place for years and they won't help you because they want to sell you a tire. Customer service isn't what it used to be.

Went in for an alignment and I mean I am a woman, so honestly I would have liked it better if someone would have told me I'd be there up to 2 hours which didn't include the wait time.Otherwise, they seemed like a good place, and the truck seems to drive better, just still needs other work

I called on Monday, got an appointment on Tuesday, stayed under budget, waited less than an hour for installation of 4 new tires. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. In response to pandemic they had spaced appointments to allow customers to maintain social distancing. The waiting area was clean and pleasant.

The people that work here are terrific. I order a set of tires after John helped me understand everything I needed to know about them. Next day I decided to change my order and he graciously did it. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy. I'll be buying my tires from here for now on.

I recently moved to Evansville and have been looking for a tire shop that I felt comfortable with. Coming from a small town where everyone knows each other and family has used the same shop for generations, I just didn't think I find that in a national chain. Thankfully I was pleasantly mistaken. I woke up to a flat, aired enough to get down the road to Best One. They were helpful, quick, courteous, and honest. They fixed my tire and gave me an estimate for the set. I really appreciate how good their customer service was. Their lobby was comfortable and spacious, while waiting I had time to catch up on some paperwork. Thank you to very nice people at the Tutor Lane location for doing such a nice job.

I called on short notice for an oil change, and tire rotation. They were able to get me in that same day! I set my appointment for only 3 hours after I called and when I showed up, they were waiting for me. They did a great job. I would recommend coming here for all your car maintenance needs. 5 stars!

Always have good service, but since new ownership has taken over BestOne, they are now nickel and diming for everything. Yesterday I was surprised with a 4% charge for the pleasure of using a credit card. I can understand the small mom and pop shops having to do this, but not large companies. If you need more profit, raise the cost of your tires.I don t think I ll be back until this business practice is changed.

Absolute trash now! This place has fallen apart. Dealing with them the past couple of years has been about average. All of a sudden the past couple of months, customer service has disappeared! Took my vehicle in for a belt and simple oil leak, somehow it took 3 weeks to complete and now back days later... with issues that were not there before I took it in. During the 3 weeks, I called 20+ times with no answer. And no calls from them. I don't know what happened to this location, but I look forward to getting this strange situation taken care of and move on to another garage. Guess it is my fault for going to a tire place for engine work. But dang this place has gotten weird. Bad bidnessGot my vehicle back worse than I took it in, and they offer no answers.

I have found that their prices are quite competitive, and beyond that, I highly value their honesty...i once came in for what I thought were squeaky brakes and they evaluated them and told me they looked fine, and didn t charge for the eval. That level of honesty won my business. Their front desk has always been exceptionally friendly and kind too which is a major bonus!

I had a 1pm appointment for brakes and rotors. Turns out I only needed the rear axle and it took 4 hours. I could've done it myself in 2 hours. I made an appointment because I thought it would be quicker. I took a half day off work. It took an hour for them to even pull my car into the garage. $351+ for pads and rotors for 1 axle. They were friendly but I won't be back. $50 worth of parts and they charged me $160. $90 for labor and $80 flushing my brake lines which I didn't ask for. Nope.

Excellent service!!! Recently had Best One install a set of tires and had a second service patching a tire after a nail punctured it. Both services were past 4:30pm and they worked past closing time to finish and on top of that communicated with me to ensure I was able to pick up my car that evening. Won't go anywhere else.

The folks at Best One Tire in Evansville are great and there products are of great quality too! I ve trusted them to supply tires on six different vehicles over the years! They have competitive prices and very professional service people!Their alignment specialist is fantastic! He has always been very forthcoming to share his findings on the alignment process of my vehicles and even to work with me where I might have concerns or a special request as to the toe, camber and caster details.

Affordable, very thorough & timely. They located the problem & called me. They were able to obtain the necessary parts overnight & completed the front end alignment early the next day. Everyone had a mask on & were very professional & friendly. Definitely will recommend!!

Overall a good experience. I brought my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced. My one complaint is that they didn't check my tire pressures. My tires were at the right pressures when I brought in the car, but my car requires different pressures for the front and rear tires. Now that they are rotated, my front tires are under pressure and the rear are over pressure. Not a big deal for me to fix, but I expected better from a tire shop.**Update**I went to adjust the tire pressure and the tires were adjusted properly. The car had simply not updated the tire positions, so the tire pressure readout in my car was incorrect.

The staff always does a great job. I ve gotten four new tires, had a nail in a tire and had it repaired, gotten oil changes several times, had my serpentine belt replaced, had my tire low pressure sensor replaced and probably more than that.They give me rides to work and come get me at the end of the day to take me back to pick up my car.They have been so good to me I took them donuts last week when I was in for service!Thank you Best One Tire on Burkhardt Rd Evansville, IN!!

Called in to see if they had time before closing to install a new set of tires I bought. Austin was very professional and invited me in, I showed up about 10 minutes later, and in less than an hour I was out the door! Fast, professional shop. I got home and inspected the install, checked tire pressures, etc. Everything looked fine and was consistent across all 4. Highly recommend!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They tried to cheat me to make more money. I took my car there for a front end alignment after getting new tires. They told me it needed new tie rods (over $250 for them to do that) before they could do the alignment. Instead I took it to my mechanic who said the tie rods were fine. Then went to Pep Boys & got the alignment with no problem & NO new the rods. Will not go back.

I drive an AWD SUV. I needed tires replaced due to a nails in one tire. Instead of replacing all four tires with a standard road tire only the one tire was replaced with a winter tire. When I asked about this the said they didn t have all of the other tires and would have to order them. I came back a week later to get the other three tires placed and 2 out of 3 were placed backwards. They have an arrow on the tire that indicates direction come on no apology no credit.

The Best One Tire crew did their usual great work, yesterday, at a competitive rate. This is one of the few shops in town that handles wide, low-profile tire installation quickly and economically. I use my Mustang in Autocross competition. This requires regular tire changes and "flipping" tires to counter the wear pattern competition camber setups create. I've used the Tutor Ln (Burkhardt) Best One Tire 4-5 times per year to mount or flip tires and then balance them for the last several years. I've never had a complaint of issue. The work was always done on time as promised. I highly recommend them. (Back again). I received the same excellent experience I ve always received.

The service was great. Oil change and tire rotation. Service writer was very helpful. He made some recommendations for future needs, and looked up some tire sizes for my 1994 Corvette that I will need in future

I scheduled a basic oil change W/O all the bells & whistles, the same service that I had them do a year prior to this, at the same location. She pulled my name right up in the computer, but she sure didn't bother to look at what type of oil change I had done 1 year ago. They charged me $60 for a $35 oil change! Who would ever expect to be charged an additional $25 for a service that cost only $35 a year ago? I won't go back!

Got my broken driver door handle replaced. Came to pick my car up and there's no lock in the door!Somebody replaced my door handle and didn't make sure there was a lock in the door or that the lock works. The answer I got was the lock is clipped in and might have fallen out and they wouldn't be able to take care of it until the morning. I told them to get ahold of me asap. We'll see how this goes.
