AWESOME SHOP THAT WENT OVER AND ABOVE!!!! I was recently in Evansville for an event and 5 hours away from home. I noticed a leaking heater core fitting and knew there was no way I would be able to make the trip home with it in that condition. I called them on a Friday morning to let them know I was in a pinch and needed help. They had me bring my truck in right away, ordered the parts, and had it fixed in no time. Not only did they fix the main issue but they also noticed I had 2 new thermostats in my truck that I had planned to install the following week but they took the liberty of installing those as well which meant one less thing for me to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill as it was more than fair, especially given the extremely short time frame in which they got everything repaired. Very friendly shop with extremely nice folks, I couldn't be happier and would recommend this shop to anyone!

Bedford Auto has always went above and beyond when I bring them my repairs. kind, friendly, professional- local family owned business/ I trust them to get it done right no matter how big or complicated the problem - 10 stars!

I had my car dropped off to have my windshield wipers looked at. Had the motor replaced a year ago by them and they stopped working and they were very helpful in resolving that issue which was just a bolt that was missing, but the problem I have is, they couldn t just leave it at the human factor of helping another human with a very small task, they had to replace my brand new windshield wipers without ever talking to me before doing it and charging me for them. Just said they were pretty bad and then the mechanic made sure to bring them to me when my husband asked to see them and wait while I checked out in case my husband got irate about the Condition of the brand new windshield wipers that were all of a sudden pretty bad . Good thing we re not the kind of people to make a big deal out of something so little. So we just left it as they lost us in a customer. Just makes you very weary about any bigger jobs you might want to bring to them on if what they re replacing actually needed replaced, or if they re just trying to hit their sales goal for the month. They ve done good work for me for the past 4 years, and something so small and stupid, that was very apparent ruined a good shop to take our work to. Just be sure to request a call before anything gets replaced I guess? Should be automatic, and is in most shops around town, from the research I m gathering. Attached pictures of my pretty bad wipers. Just a little dirty from not being bathed of the snow salt yet.

Steve & his staff are very professional, do quick & honest repair to all of our vehicles. I can leave knowing my car's "doctor" has given my car the best care possible & without any worries of other hidden problems. Glad to have found Bedford Automotive.

Prices are very well priced. The work was awsome & I would highly recommend them like I said very reasonable. People-friendly they explain things to you and not talk to you like you're stupid. A really nice family owned garage.

Great people & excellent service!! They work quickly & I never have to second-guess anything. I trust them wholeheartedly & that's such a rare find in the automotive service industry. I cannot recommend enough!!!

I've been having Steve and his two young sons work on my fleet since sometime back in the late 90's.I have never been disappointed in any advice they have given, any service they have performed, or any bill that they have presented for services and parts. Just an absolutely great auto service company!

Bedford Auto Services came highly recommended by a friend at my church. They do what needs to be done and the quality of their work is outstanding. They also don't cheat you by replacing things that don't need be replaced. I can recommend Bedford to anyone.

Vehicles maintenance is completed in a timely manner, work quality is outstanding, employees are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Great service at a reasonable price. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with an auto service center. I called and spoke with the owner and was quoted a price for service on my vehicle. Then dropped the vehicle off for service and when the called me to tell me service was done it was 3 times the quote given and the owner was not in town to speak with. During discussion of the issue with the receptionist she called me a liar and then cussed me out and hung up the phone on me. I waited 5 days without my vehicle to speak with the owner who didn't correct the issue or do anything about the situation at hand. There was no call about there needing to be extra cost on the service, just bam it's going to be triple what we told you because the owner didn't communicate anything to anyone and isn't here nor does he care that you had a verbal quote. I won't ever go back to this shop and I suggest you look elsewhere also.

Terrible terrible terrible. I took my car to Lefler's, which outsources their mechanical work to this shop. You guys replaced only 3 out of the 4 faulty transmission coils in my car and kept returning the car to me which would break down every time I got it back from you guys. Then you proceeded to finally tell me after taking my car back the 4th time to you that I now had a busted headgasket which was going to run me about $3,000?!?! I took my car to Jeff at Quality Automotive and they replaced my 4th coil for $92 and my car has been running perfectly ever since.

Mechanics will inform of other areas in need of attention. A time frame and estimates are given for these other areas. I am thrilled for this so I can budget. I do not feel pressured to schedule for repairs and I am pleased with pricing.
