Basden s gets it right when it comes to great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. I normally do not write reviews, but this time I felt they deserved the recognition for not forgetting how to take care of a customer. Well done!!

We have been tent camping for 7 years. Now first time owners of a travel trailer. Josh Leek was our salesman. We had stopped in to look and see what they had, after visiting another place that same day. Josh wasn t pushy, and he was very knowledgeable of the camper we chose. Financing was a breeze. Donnie gave us our walk around and man did this guy know his stuff. We would totally buy here again and recommend this place to anyone looking!!!! Thank you all!!!

My husband and wanted to check out RVs so we headed over to Bresden's RV Center in Evansville. They only sell new 5th wheelers and travel trailers. They had no used Class B or C RVs in stock. Certainly not their fault. NO ONE HAS ANY INVENTORY of class B or C. We checked out the 5th wheel inventory anyway. WOW is all I had to say. Way too big for us. But so, so beautiful!

James, has been amazing salesman, making sure that everything is perfect making sure everything is fixed and running perfectly answering all my questions and I assure you I have many. Everyone there has been so pleasant and easy to work with. They make sure that things are done and done, right if you re in need of a travel, trailer motorhome. I assure you they are the best at what they do.

Went to a Saturday seminar on roof maintenance. Very informative. Appreciate the fact that they have the seminars for RV owners, and it s free of charge.

Can't say enough great things about Basden's and the entire staff there. We had a pretty serious issue with out Travel Trailer halfway through a 7 hour haul. Denny and the staff there were awesome, diagnosed the problem, got out TT in the shop and we were back on the road 2 hours later and able to enjoy our entire vacation without worry. If you're near Evansville go directly to Basden's, they wont let you down.

Called to get a price on a travel trailer and was hung up on twice. Called back the third time and asked for GM. Was told by their customer service rep he wasn't in. Asked to speak to service and talked to a gentleman there about repairing my current trailer to trade in. He was rude very unpleasant and short with me. I have since traded in my camper here locally. What a great experience. I will never ever again try and do business with you. Very poor customer service.

We began our search at Basden's as one of their brands was of interest to us. We had no intention to buy that day as we intended a broad search. So the last thing we wanted was a pushy sales representative. Josh Leek spent nearly two hours showing us nearly a dozen units. He was casual, friendly and very knowledgeable about all of them. Zero pushy! Finally we walked into the last one we expressed interest in and fell in love. And we bought our first RV! We can't adequately express our pleasure about the entire experience. Josh is the bomb and will always be our go to guy for all things RV.Suzie & Dale Salonen

Not very good. New trailers had spills and stains. Broken cupboards stained sinks and counter tops.Sales person ignored most customers.

Ok president I think I'm allowed to leave my camper untouched in a locked environment for as long as I see fit. As far as not wanting to talk to you while I'm home with a sick wife ....too bad it's mind boggling. When I called I was basically told It never happened there. If you wanted to fix the issue you would do just that. Next time I call for a plumber I'll make sure I empty my house out. Makes great sense to me. You're right customer is wrong.

I wish the service parts store area was revamped. Also, it would be nice if they diversified their inventory for more smaller lightweight units instead of just trying to push expensive oversized units out the door.

My husband and I have been full timers for about 5 years. We have bought 2 RVs here. We are about to help our daughter purchase her first RV and this is the only place we will go. Love their selection. They dont bother you if you dont need it, but are there with anything you need and will show you what they have with your specifications in mind. All very knowledgable, and the people are always amazing!

We had a great experience at American Rv!! After having a very poor experience at a out of state dealer! When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. We just wanted to look around a little bit. Then after a few minutes we met Drew. He was friendly and not pushy at all . We told him what we were looking for and our budget. He immediately took us around to see the models they had to fit our needs. We found the perfect camper. Did credit apps and had approval within minutes. He is also making sure we have everything we need. I highly recommend American Rv and Drew! We really appreciate you!!

I haven't bought a camper here, but happened to do some construction work for them. They are very friendly people especially men who work for Baden's RV Center.

I am thankful they didn't make a deal with me. I found better deal somewhere else.They keep changing my payment amount. I wrote down notes with things they said and then they said that they never said those quotes. I was up front about our trade, then when we brought our unit to them they acted like we told them nothing. They again jacked up our payment. After no deal was made we walked by 3 or 4 workers not one was polite. It was like they didn't want nothing to do with us any more. As we were talking to them my wife said she had bad feeling about everything and I should have listened and walked away.

Salesman was great and knowledgeable. Appraiser while checking for soft spots in our trade in pushed a big hole in the floor making the camper unusable until was fixed. Basically accused me of being a liar because I was unaware it was like that. Soft spot was between slide out and table bench which is a place of no foot traffic. I'm not a camper dealer so I dont know all the places to look. I feel it is very unprofessional to damage someone's property like that and act like it's no big deal. Went ahead and went through the deal with them but wont go back. The gentleman that does the walk through after purchase was very knowledgeable and courteous. And all of this went down after money changed hands and the papers was signed. Had to pay $2000 more or take home old camper with hole in the floor.
