Have had cars repaired here in the past. Always a great job and friendly people to work with. They have been excellent handling my current accident repairs and dealing with the insurance company.

I hit a deer in my daughter's car, smashed the front bumper, all the plastic, broke the radiator and some other internal damage. Bartley's worked with my State Farm insurance to get it all taken care of quickly with no hassle. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and the people who did the repair work did a wonderful job. I'd highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Most recent experience: Went in with door damage and they got us fixed in no time. Price was great and my 4Runner came back to me looking brand new. We have used other shops in the past but work was not comparable to Bartley's. Bartley's has done3 repairs on vehicles for us and we will not go anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love this business. They took one of my worst days and took care of every step and returned my car absolutely perfect and it looks showroom new. Every person there deserves a 5 Star Review. Thank you Carrie and everyone that works! Your business is a blessing and thank you for treating me like family. I had to replace my entire passenger door after an accident and Bartley's had me up and running in my car within a couple weeks. Carrie kept me in the loop every other day and was so professional every stage of the way. My GMC was returned to me with the inside detailed and exterior polished and buffed. Wow their service is excellent. The work that they do is outstanding. My vehicle was done within 4 days after an accident. And when I went to pick up my vehicle it was even detailed. Can't say enough about Carrie either. This was the first time we ever had an accident and she was so helpful on telling us what we may need to do next. Thanks a lot my vehicle looks like New Again

So my sister in law used then after TWO MONTHS of waiting on a $30 part I called the company. I asked for the outset number, found the outset online within five minutes and asked if I would be reimbursed if I purchased that part and had it shipped directly to Bartley's. They said they would reimburse me. The part that I ordered was delivered within four days. The part that had been on back order came in two days before mine. Bartley's DECLINED to reimburse me. I would NEVER HAVE ORDERED THE PART IF I HAD KNOWN That caveat. They make a customer wait because they ordered an OEM part outside of the local KIA dealer because I called them. Not upfront or forthright with their supply chain nor do they honor their agreements. Updates They did pay for the return shipping back to the supplier I originally ordered the part from so I raised it two stars. I will say my sister in law's car looks very nice after the work that they did.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 2004 BMW 325ci was involved in an accident and Bartley's was recommended to me by my mechanic. Bartley's Body shop took extremely good care of me and my vehicle. They displayed some of the best customer service I've received in any industry. Everyone between Ms. Carrie at the front desk to Mr. Eric, the shop manager displayed the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and care. I was incredibly impressed, not just from these attributes, but from the quality of their performance as well. My car was returned to me in better condition than before the accident. Bartley's worked with the insurance adjusters to get EVERYTHING taken care of; not just the body damage but also the mechanical damage as well. Bartley's took the time to look everything over and update me every time there was an issue found. My BMW looks and runs like it had just rolled off the car dealer's lot. Great job Bartley's and keep up the great work! I highly recommend Bartley's to anyone who needs any body work done to their car.

Bartley's always does an excellent, 5-star job. From the time they call to set up the appointment, to the work being done, and the follow-up call for pick up, you know your vehicle is in good hands. It shows when you get it back, nice, clean, good as new!

Fabulous service!! I took my car in for a minor fender bender repair. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Zero waiting time to have an estimate done. Once my car was in, a tech called and offered to replace a broken rear wiper blade. My car's interior was professionally detailed.........I'm talking immaculate!There is no other body shop in town. I will spread the word, and I guarantee any car of mine will never be repaired anywhere else. Thank you everyone at Bartley's!!

Ok first some of the people might have a sharp exterior. But keep in mind they are professionals. They are proud of their work For a reason. Your car will come back to you likely better put together than the Factory did the job especially on paint matching. Factory front and rear went made custom and weren't likely painted on your car to match. Bartleys has made my car match better than it did new. My car got backed into in a parking lot when I was having lunch with only 1633 miles on it yes I special ordered it. .I'm considering having the other bumper repainted because I'm so impressed by the work on the front of the car.I love Bartley'sKeep it up guys!!!!

I really like Bartly pant and body shop they are very professional and accommodating .I had to take my 2014 Ford Taurus and needed a ride home.They took me home and keep my car next day they had it up on the lift and part ordered. Thank you for being so thoughtful and great at your job

I took my 2012 Toyota Tacoma in to Bartleys after it slipped on some ice and had an close encounter with a stationary object. Carrie and the team did a great job, you can't even tell it was even scratched. Better yet, the truck was detailed and was spotless when I picked it up.Thanks, to the Bartley's team. Good job.

Their attention to detail and work is top notch. No short cuts taken like a lot of shops. Highly recommended. I've used other Evansville body shops before, but won't go anywhere but Bartley's from now on.

I had my bumper, inner fender lining, and windshield wiper replaced. They had it finished a day 1/2 after I turned it in. When I had received my car it was washed, my inside was vacuumed and cleaned, and they have left mints in my car! I'm so grateful! Thank you so much.

I took my '99 Ranger over there with a hood loaded in the back. Was the powerdome hood from a 2001 ranger. The hood had some damage to be repaired, but was nothing unusable about it. I wanted it to be painted to match the color already on the truck and for what damage there was to be repaired. Do note I had the hood with me and the guy giving me the estimate saw and inspected the hood.He tells me that it would be one thousand dollars to repair the hood and an extra 500 dollars to paint it the factory color. Absolutely INSANE!Mills body shop, which is closer anyway, told me they'd do the same job for 500 dollars. Repair and paint for 500. Bartley's clearly was not interested in having my business. For that price I could have had a new hood ordered in the color I wanted, shipped to my door.

Bartley's has done 2-3 jobs for us and I can say they do top notch work. There is probably not a body shop in Evansville that does better work. They are always conscientious and do top notch work.

They had to replace a fender due to some vandals. They got my car & in 3 - 4 days, fender was replaced, the door & hood opened again & the paint matched the original paint. They also cleaned my windows INSIDE my car as well as vacuumed it!! Friendly people with a smile plus they dealt with my Insurance Co.!!

Bartley's repaired my daughter's Corolla perfectly after she backed it into her boyfriend's truck. I'd trust them to repair any vehicle that I own!
