Excellent fast service! Very friendly and helpful customer service reps. Got a car remote battery replaced. They did everything for me, no questions asked. Great price as well.

Need better staff. Or listening skills. Never go back called 3x for a part was told you had both of them then got there the guy had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't find it in the computer.Try listening to the part your told instead of tell me what you think it might be. I will never be back. O'reilly's is the better store people friendlier more educated people.

This post is for Lauren!!!! I don t have access to all this, but she helped me, and here we are. She is so helpful, and knowledgeable, and just so sweet, took care of my head lights and battery, cleaned everything to make sure my vehicle was good to go. I highly recommend this location over any other location. Customer service is on point at this store!!! Thank you Lauren for all your help yesterday and god bless.

Garbage service with lazy workers. They refused to help replace a headlight stating it was against company policy, but every other Autozone I called immediately after, had no issue replacing it for free. They're just lazy, especially the woman with short brown hair and the young man always wearing a hoodie.

Big shout out to Matthew and the rest of the guys. AAA customer service, AAA warranty and return policies. Based on my recent experience with this branch, virtually all of my auto-related shopping will be done at AutoZone from now on.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Manager Brad. Extremely quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service. We only paid $8 for the bulb, and he replaced it for us. This was estimated to cost us almost $200 for just the labor fee elsewhere. I wanted to leave a tip, but Brad graciously declined and said a review is enough. Truly exceptional people and service here. Thank you!

Salesman extremely helpful. Was greeted when I walked in the door and asked if he could assist me. He found the headlight I needed and installed it. The old one would not come out so he took extra time having the connection. I am a happy customer.

I don't even live on this part of town and not even remotely close to this location. But I will Definitely go out my way to get to this location. This is the (BEST) Autozone in Evansville and the staff is Very Knowledgeable and Friendly, and will go out their way to help u.

The associate didn't try to follow up to help me look for a certain car wax and/or touch up paint after he told me the 2 aisle after I walked in and asked. Auto Zone didn't have neither at least I didn't see neither; so I went down the street to O'Reilly's.

Ended up with a dead car battery today. So, after popping the clutch to start the car, headed over to AutoZone to get a new battery. The price for the battery wasn't great, but the employees there definitely were! The woman behind the counter tested my battery for me to confirm that it was bad and they got me setup with a new battery and dielectric gel. A younger man (unfortunately, I do not remember his name at the moment) changed my battery for me since I couldn't get the positive terminal off due to all of the corrosion. Unfortunately, we got rained on and the man had to work really hard to get the terminal off. I kept apologizing for the rain and him getting rained on, and he just kept saying it's all good man. I really appreciate his effort and the job that he did getting it off. I was very satisfied with both of these employees and their efforts.

Above and beyond amazing service. It was below freezing and my brake light went out. With no change of weather within sight I needed it fixed regardless. Dalton D. was amazing and so kind. He never complained and helped me with a smile on his face. I can't thank him enough for the excellent job he did. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Dalton.

I work, I try to save money by doing my own car repair. I've been an Autozone customer for over 20 years. I will continue to buy my auto parts from Autozone because of people like Maxwell. It's been a long time since I have experienced customer service like I got from Maxwell on my last visit to your store. I would have to post the negative to explain why Maxwell's customer service skills are so much appreciated but this post is to thank Maxwell not to criticize maxwell's colleagues so, thank you Maxwell. No issue with the store manager, he was helpful and polite.

McKenna, Sam G, Alex and Jordan went way above and beyond the duty to help me with the windshield wiper trouble. They're great! Each and ever employee is super helpful. Love Auto Zone!

Came for license plate screws and simple washer blades. The customer service was excellent and without even asking I was given a deal on my blades which came with free washer fluid to make my blades last longer and he installed them for me without my request for this. I was in and out in five minutes. I can t speak for every store but this one had great service and friendly and helpful staff. Thank you. Making my flat tire day a better day just because of genuine nice care. Have a good holiday!

I would rate my experience today as 5-star, top-notch service when I was taken care of by a friendly gentleman with a salt and pepper beard; he provided the high quality customer service I've developed from nearly all of my AZ experiences.The deduction is a direct result of the younger (assistant manager perhaps) employee I had to deal with yesterday evening(1/14). He acted like I was an unwanted interruption and was doing me a favor with his minimal effort

My favorite auto parts chain store. Always clean and well stocked. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. Love the fact that they install replacement items like wiper blades free of charge while you wait!

He checked my battery also helped put in my new headlights!! Very friendly, helpful and professional!! Thank you very much appreciated!! Also he didn't try to persuade me to buy a battery from them. He knew my battery was 3 years old with a 5 year warranty from Walmart. He said I should go back to Walmart. I did and got it replaced my car so far starts and hasn't had to be jumped. Thank you!! If I need a battery next time guess where I'm going?

Usually I'm extremely impressed with this store. A few days ago we dealt with an employee named Spencer. He was polite at first. But started to argue with us about the vehicle. He gave us the wrong parts and got mad when we explained to him he was giving us all items for a diffrent truck. (Heavy Duty v. Regular.)Obviously the parts were Huge. We told him they didn't look right. He said "I just told you. It's the bracket and caliper. " and was extremely rude.Lode and behold, we scanned the parts ourself using their app and not a single part was correct for our vehicle. So we went to return them.Spencer became aggravated again. Cussing. Throwing boxes around. Wouldn't listen to a single thing we tried to explain.That Spencer Employee was EXTREMLEY unprofessional and disgraced that store. Only benefit was every other employee was nice and apologetic for his behavior and him providing the wrong items.
