We use this store in order to get parts. They have a great array of parts. Counter people are knowledgeable and eager to assist. Prices are great.

We had an axle and wheel assembly fail on the road. As we worked on the repair, it became obvious we needed more parts than we originally thought. I called Auto Wheel & Rim several times that day. They took great care to get what we needed the same day, gathering several parts from Owensboro and Evansville to take care of us.

I've been buying all my truck and trailer parts here 30 yrs .. they always treated me well ... guys behind the counter treat me with respect and they do good job going outta their way finding what I need ... keep up the good work !!!Thanks for all the help supplying my parts I need ..

They are more willing to help those who are in the industry vs those who just walk in wearing street clothes. I have seen both sides. I work with a company that uses them quite often. The company doesn't have a problem dealing with them. I walk in wearing street clothes and ask for a part, "we don't do that here" or "we don't sell it", knowing I walked in a couple months before and bought the same part wearing my company's uniform. If they don't actually sell the part I'm looking, I might get some kind of remark telling to go to a sex shop to find what I'm looking for, a symbol of professionalism. I won't attempt buying parts from them, I'm not making that mistake again.

This shop does not sell automobile wheels. Only heavy trucks like semi and the likes need stop in. Wasted trip to a place that has a name of products that they don't even sell.

Heavy truck parts warehouse. One of the best stocked parts houses.
