Great service, the Assistant Manager is extremely helpful when it comes to helping me find something I need. Will always shop at the Covert location so, I'm able to work with the Assistant Manager. Hopefully he becomes store manager soon. He deserves it.

Assistant Manager didn't know what balance beads were. Asked to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about. Told me they were the assistant manager and they didn't have balance beads. Kind of difficult to know if you have something if you don't know what that something is.

The only place to get parts. Chris Carter has always been my go to parts guy, great service and gets me what i need everytime, even goes the extra mile for those hard to find parts. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Always have what I need in stock, and if not they will contact there other stores to see if they have what I need and let them know that I'm on my way and to hold that part for me.... Hell yeah!

Worst experience I've ever had in any type of business, I tried to replace a part that is well under warranty and some way or another all my warranty information for all the parts I've purchased over the past 20 years is no where to be found in the computer. I literally have spent thousands of dollars there,, Instead of trying to figure out the problem the manager was very confrontational and refused to help in any way, he was very unprofessional. The part has a 3 year warranty and is barely a year old. Needless to say I will NEVER shop there again. I may have words with that low life but ill never make another purchase from there. I drove just down the road to Autozone and told them about my experience the guy at the counter promptly offered to help me get a replacement even though I didn't ask or accept, he was a class act. I'll definitely be returning there

Full line auto parts store. Walk in, order parts on line for additional discount. Pick up parts in store or ship to your home. I use pick up in store to verify order and correct parts. Advance doesn't turn brake rotors or brake drums even though they provide a full line of brake parts. Professional, friendly, and helpful service.

Attempted to return 2 small unused e torque sockets. Was told there's a no return policy. Unused. Still packaged. Are you kidding me? And was told this is a decision made by the local GM. I guess that overrides corporate policies. Not sure. Then, there was an unprofessional employee who said, "well, when I buy tools, I tend to keep them" when I said I thought that policy was ridiculous. I will never give them another dime of my money. Never. And I'm filing complaints everywhere there's an option. BBB, Atty General, everywhere. They were 5 buck each. But the 2 guys behind the counter just set me off.

I noticed in the reviews that someone posted a comment about Google showing a cheaper part. Yes they carry that cheaper part but it does not fit your vehicle. They will absolutely sell you the 50$ starter that Google randomly pulled up but it will not be correct for your vehicle. You physically have to go to the website enter your vehicle information and search the part from within the website to verify fitment. Google itself is not capable of doing that.

Those guys went above and beyond in helping us. We're from out of town and were having battery and tire issues and instead of trying to convince us to buy brand new products they actually tested our battery and alternator. Great service!

This store has the best staff anywhere around. I would highly recommend trying them out if you need any auto parts. Chris and Daniel go out of their way to make sure your satisfied.

Purchased an alternator less than 5 mo. Ago...it's giving me a wonkey voltage..tested at covert location came back good? With low voltage reading would nt even charge my battery....brand new battery...told the guy I wanted an exchange...the guy refused even though I spent a ton of money with them....wanted me to go home and come back the next day....told him so I want me to go home come back I start new job tomorrow 2 hours away...I need a working alternator now...finaley aggreed to exchange them can't find the info in computer...couldn't believe this guy...don't shop herr

Not very friendly at all! I usually go to O'Reilly's anyway but I liked the one on Morgan Ave(previous visits)..Going into here, plenty of employees around..No one acknowledged me until I was bout done. I didn't need help-but c'mon you'd think. . After being asked, few mins later...guy next to him..Asked me again but in a patronizing tone, like I was a joke being in there looking almost. I said something dumb about 'spending money just bc'...he didn't seem to care. I asked bout a tire gauges, pointed to area continued talking with coworker...so I look and ask another guy(whose vibe lil halfass better) & he too pointed in differ area. I make my purchase & trying to be friendly asking if he having good day, etc etc...He was just like totally not trying to hear me or converse. I was a lil offended once all said & done but its whatever. I just won't return.

After 8+ years as a regular customer the store has really went downhill. Internet orders that haven't been pulled, wrong items pulled, battery core that hasn't been refunded to me yet, etc. Tonight was the last straw....after spending $200+ over the last week I attempted to return a can of freon with a defective top and was told they're all that way. BS! I might not see the $20 from the freon again but they won't be seeing any money at all from me.

All I can say is that is this. A couple guys who work in there it seems like they don't really want to work or they need to get a better training because it looks they don't know a crap of what their doing, The manager is very nice and another guy, but the rest of the workers are the laziest people a have seen in a very long time The don't have the willing to help the customers., my point is if you don't like to help people get another freaking job.

Out of all the advance Auto parts in town these guys know their stuff! The GM , Daniel is great knows alot of being a younger guy and they always go out of their way to help a customer in need or just a fellow person in need of some help

You can order online and if you sign up for Speed Perks you get discounts on parts you buy. Staff is helpful and willing to discuss the automotive issue you are dealing with.

The associate came out and read the VIN # of the color paint from inside the door frame of my car to match the correct touch up paint since at that time Mercedes own Chrysler (Paints).
