We are not from Indiana but we were in Indiana when our car alarm went off, our key would not make it stop. When we got to Advance auto, the man inside got to the door at the same time that I did and knew right away what I needed and fixed it!!!

I went there to get a part for my husband's van. I had already been somewhere else where they said they had it and they didn't. When I got here, the guy had it and was very nice and polite.

Good to get stuff to keep the car up to date or products you need to fix if it breaks down. staff will help and are kind. You can also get reward points keep your receipts. And sign up on the app!

I needed degreaser. I took something up that I had never seen before. While placing my stuff on counter, I ask person running the register if he knew anything about the new product or received any feedback. The guy didn't answer me and just started ringing it up. I wasn't very happy with his response to my question, since he never answered and just started ringing me up! I told him forget it and I will buy what I need at a different store. Wow....by some miracle he starting answering my previous questions. I did notice he was on his cell phone the whole time I was shopping. He never once asked if he could help me with anything. Guess I was the jerk for interrupting his cell phone usage. This was the only time Advance Auto treated me so disrespectful. Management needs to let employees know that customer comes first not video game on cell phone

Got battery checked. We went somewhere else to get a battery. It was to expensive here to get one.

Great experience..everything was free because my step sister traded one of the employees dope for all the parts we needed..so hell yeah ...awesome experience...

This is a good auto parts store. They have everything you need to do car maintenance and repair. The employees are helpful. This is actually a UPS drop off spot as well meaning you can drop your UPS packages off here for pickup.

All other local auto stores told me I had to buy the kit for the part i needed for 90 bucks; one even laughed at me and said good luck. Advanced Auto went above and beyond and had the single part I needed for 28. Thank you !

I was and generally always am greeted at the door by a sales associate. I have always been able to arrive and get what I need and be out all in about 10 minutes time. The store is well stocked and clean. The associates here all seem to be well trained in automotive repair, upkeep, and technology.

Order parts on line and pick up in the store. Order parts on line and ship direct to your home. Full service auto parts store with knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Online deals often offer a discount. I order on line and pick up in store to check condition of package, check for correct parts, and pick up items I sometimes forget to order on line. Every item has been in excellant condition and the staff has help me carry items to my car when I need assistance. Great service

I give a 3 star review cause its right there in the middle. Ever since Michael left this store, it seems to of went down hill. I went in for parts obviously and while waiting to grab my parts already pulled, I grabbed last couple things not behind the counter. So I waited in line until my turn. During the wait, I watched 3 people come in and waited on without calling up either myself or 2 others who also were waiting.I put what parts I had on another counter and went to AutoZone. An I really don't care for AutoZone but at least they acknowledged a person standing in line and waited on me. I've always used this Advance Auto for all my auto part needs. After today, not so sure I'll continue using them.

Clean and the customer service are very helpful. They go above other places; they not only locate the parts you need from the shelves behind the counter. They will take you to where items are located in the store in front of the counter.

Just went in to get some oil for the car and was in and out before the song on the radio was over!!! Great people there to help with your auto needs.

I needed Victory Red scratch repair. They had it in stock. I was thrilled. I attempted scratch repair. I do not enjoy the process. My repair was suitable, but I wish I did not have to do it.

My husband had to replace the serpentine belt along w/pulley in his 99'Dodge Dakota(aka..OLD FAITHFUL!) The few places he called didnt have parts in stock,etc... After searching/comparing further online, the best pricing & parts IN STOCK, was @ADVANCE AUTO PARTS! Even received an ADDT'L 20%OFF for ordering ONLINE that visit. A week later my husband ended up stopping in@same location to buy a replacement bulb for his head lights when it was dark out & they werent coming on. The same guy who waited on him from before gave him a discount on those bulbs just because!!! How cool is that? Especially these days when you hardly ever receive QUALITY SERVICE or GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE somewhere... We will be taking our business from now on to the Advance Auto Parts Store/North Side Location!!

Only giving 4 stars because most of the time I can get what I need right away. This last time when I had parts ordered we got the wrong parts twice. Then the cashier asked if I had the right store or not, I only go to advanced and he asked if I meant autozone, not really good to insult your customers or second guess them. Just because I'm a female in an auto parts store doesnt mean I dont know what I'm talking about.

Order online and save yourself some money. In the store they aren't super helpful, but they are nice. Order online and pick it up in the store is the most cost effective way to shop at Advance.

I started going to Advanced, when they first opened their doors. They are so pleasant and helpful. They go way beyond the other part stores for their customers. We will never shop anywhere else.
