I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2017 Silver Audi A4 prestige from Unlimited Motors, and I must say it was a fantastic experience largely thanks to Salesperson Barry. One of the smoothest transactions I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Had a lease and was able to trade in with no issues at all. Tommy was phenomenal, showing me another vehicle option that wasn't even ready yet but walked out satisfied! Very personable and accommodating, even with my young kids who were bored. Exceptional service, hard work to get you want, can't ask for a better experience. Go here!

These guys did an amazing job. Most dealerships make you feel like you can t afford the vehicle you want and try to force you into another vehicle that you don t even want this dealership does not do that. They worked the deal out with the bank for me to make this vehicle work for me They fought with the bank and they were able to make it affordable for me. I didn t have to settle for a truck that I didn t want. I actually got the truck that I went in there for which was amazing. I love this truck that I got. If it wasn t for their hard work in battling with the bank for me, I would have not been able to get this truck good hard-working people at this lot highly recommended from me. I will recommend anyone here. Tommy and his finance team got this deal done for me thank you guys really appreciate the hard work and dedication you guys put to get me this truck thank you

Just had the best ever car buying experience ever! From the moment we arrived till we left, test drive, the loan process and all took less than two hours! Everyone was genuinely friendly and zero pressure. The entire process was easily explained to us with no time wasting. Jason is easily the best salesperson we ve ever worked with. I ll drive the hour north from now on when looking for any other vehicles.

I'm from Utah and I recently bought a car from unlimited motors. Over all the interaction was great. Jason was very good to work with and made the process easy. However I should have asked for more pictures in detail as I was not able to see it in person and the car and it had significant damage that I was not informed of and was told "no dents or scratches" overall though I am happy with my purchase and just wish they were a little more open about the damage. So if you aren't able to look at it when buying make sure to ask them for lots of detailed pictures!

I texted Unlimited on Saturday morning and let them know I was interested in a vehicle at their Elwood location. Within a few minutes, I received a call from Jason to let me know it was available. We set up a time and I made my way to Elwood. Upon arrival, the vehicle was pulled up front, cleaned, and ready to go. After a short test drive, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Not only was Jason my salesman, but also his own finance manager. Made the whole experience in the box so much easier and streamlined. All questions were answered without ambiguity and with transparency. Never once did I feel pressure to purchase any add-ons or extended warranties. I will definitely return when the situation arises to purchase another vehicle. Great selection, very fair pricing, and several locations.

For many people purchasing an auto is a grand experience, for me, not something I normally enjoy at all. I found the Jeep I was looking for at Unlimited Motors and met with Toby Johnson. No pressure sales, upfront with information about the Jeep. Test drive was good, and concerns addressed and properly taken care of. Paperwork was simple and fast.If asked if I would do business with Unlimited again and recommend to friends, I would.

Thomas was really great, he s really professional and knows how to make a deal. Not only did he sell me a great vehicle, the vehicle was in top shape even after the Audi inspection. Very honest people who actually care about the customer. Never once have I felt that I was being taking advantage of. If I could give ten stars I would!!!

I recently bought my new truck from Unlimited Motors. I was initially skeptical about buying a car from out of state, but Barry eased all my concerns. Throughout the process he was communicative, responsive, and attentive to my needs. I really appreciated Barry's candor and never felt as though he was misleading me in any direction. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car in the area!

Approximately three months ago I was in the market for a Porsche Macan and found one at Unlimited Motors. I live in Lincoln Nebraska so wanted to make sure the travel was worth it for the car. I worked with Jason at the Elmwood location and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. I decided to move forward with the purchase as they had the best price and gave me the best price on my trade in. Shortly after the purchase of the vehicle I had some serious mechanical problems with the vehicle which was very disheartening and expensive. I want everyone to know that Mike at the dealership was the most awesome person to work with and they stood by me and the vehicle and made everything right. No questions, no arguments, they stood behind the vehicle I purchased, made everything right and I would travel to unlimited motors again for another vehicle based on the service I received AFTER the purchase, not just leading up to the purchase. Unlimited Motors and Mike, thank you for all you did!!

My father was in the market for a truck that better fit his needs. We spent weeks, searching all over the country. We went to look at many trucks, which were advertised to be in much better condition then they were when we saw them in person. After several bad experiences with used dealerships, we got in contact with Duane McCaffrey at unlimited motors. Without hesitation, Duane personally went out to the truck and took several long videos showing us every inch of the vehicle. He spent the rest of his day on the phone with me answering my questions and helping me through the process. When I informed Duane that we would be flying in from across the country, he arranged to have one of his coworkers drive 2 hours round-trip to pick us up from our hotel. He was a very kind and accommodating guy as well. When we arrived at the dealership the truck was even better than we had expected. Duane made the purchasing process super simple and relaxed. He even followed up with us to make sure we had arrived at home safely. A month later, the truck has been amazing to us. My father and I can t say enough great things about our whole experience with Duane and unlimited motors. This is not your average dealership, these guys really care about their customers and vehicles.Thank you!

I had an exceptional buying experience at Unlimited Motors in Elwood, IN. I found a listing for a Harley that I was interested in that brought me to the store. Once there, Toby assisted me with the sale and Mike, the GM, went above and beyond to address and overcome all of my concerns. There was zero pressure, the numbers were more than reasonable, and I was in and out without any waiting around. I m really impressed with the entire experience. Thanks Toby and Mike!

Buying a car from Unlimited Motors was the least stressful buying experience I've had! I worked with Barry Cronin from start to finish, including financing and couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Barry was up front about everything from the start and took the time to shoot a detailed video of the car (even pointing out most of the effects) for me before even going to the dealership. Barry is also very knowledgeable about cars and is car enthusiast himself which is refreshing compared to most experiences where the salesman barely knows anything about what he is selling. I never felt pressured at any point in the process. Would definitely buy a car here again.

One of the easiest, no BS, professional experiences buying a car I ever had. Both my wife and I both could tell both Mikes we dealt cared about the customer experience and most importantly the vehicles they sell. We ended up getting a truck and car at a great price and rate.

Nice company to work with. Toby Johnson helped me and was super friendly and knew what he was doing. Everything with the car is great, even a year later. Only downfall is the window tint guy/company did not do the best job. Water spots all over but maybe it was on purpose because I said I would only buy the car if they tinted the windows. They were reluctant but had them done.

I hate dealing with car dealerships until we met Greigh, hands down the nicest person ever. He made our process the easiest and fastest ever!! Not to mention he even brought a car to us to test drive when our vehicle was broke down. He s honest and will fight to get you the best deal.

I never leave reviews, but due to the horrible experience I had at Unlimited Motors in Elwood, I felt it was necessary to warn others. When purchasing our car, the salesman lied about the state of our tires and had told us they were brand new after bringing the car home and taking it to our shop we had realized this was not the case, and the tires were nearly bald. After sharing this information with Unlimited, I was told that we would be able to receive some compensation in return to allow us to purchase new tires. Due to the lack of structure and organization within the company, this verbal promise got lost, and after 8 months of cycling through various managers who have been trying to get caught up on the issue we have gotten nowhere. The last person we had been connected with was Tommy, but he has stopped responding to all phone calls and emails. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and training for employees has shown through and I urge anyone who reads this review to avoid this dealership. I would give them zero stars if this was allowed.
