Townsend Auto Repair has been repairing all of my vehicles several years. The whole crew from the receptionist to all the guys in the shop are great people. I've never had to return a second time for the same problem with the same vehicle. They do honest work for honest pay.

Shawn wasn't there , but the people that work there are real respectful and carry themselves well. Im a semi driver picking up a transmission and I appreciate their attention. Great group of people

Called 3 times to get idea what it would cost to look at my vehicle. 2 times I spoke with a lady and left my info, 1st time I left a voicemail as no one answered. Was told the last 2 time's I'd get a call back but here it is going on 2 weeks after 1st message left and still no call back from the owner. I won't be calling here again since can't even return a call especially when I know the owner! Till this, I would have told someone to call here to get their vehicle worked on but not anymore.Call Greer tire and auto in Alexandria on st rd 9 next to picture perfect auto body. They returned my call the following morning after they had closed early due to no work, before they was actually open!

Excellent service at reasonable prices. I've had my car worked on here several times and the mechanics did a good job each time at finding the problem, and fixing it. They're quick, too.

I called wondering the "labor cost" for a tune up... wires, plugs, distributor and coil... lady calls back an says $580 for everything as in parts and labor.. I said how much just for the "labor"... the lady then laughs and hangs the phone up... Now I dont know if it was the up pricing on the $130 "that's not with the discount they get" in all parts for a 97 s10 and then... I dont know...140 + a hour .... For a 3 hour "being generous" job... sign me up.. I need a job application. I didnt know I'd be buying a lobster dinner for the whole staff..

Been without my car for 6 months daughter told me to callTownsend he came and got it .I had my car back in 2days I could not be any happier.
