I inherited Denise after my policy was transferred around the system, and my previous agent closed, all without my knowledge. Boy did she save our lively hood! Once she reached out and introduced herself, she offered to visit our property to make sure we were covered properly. Turns out, our property was grossly underinsured! Denise toured our home and realized our home was custom built, with many upgrades never listed by previous agent.she immediately went to work to change our replacement coverage to reflect our home as it should be insured. She provided many discounts as well by bundling auto and watercraft. I highly recommend Denise! She is kind, understanding, professional, and an excellent asset to Farmers. Run, don t walk to use her for all your insurance needs.

We've been w/Farmers for a few years. I was moved over to Denise about a year ago. During this time we moved 1.5 hours from her location. She kept trying to set up an in person meeting and finally drove the 3 hr trip to our new home. Not only is this above what we've ever experienced from an agent, she gave us so much insight on insurance as well as helped us realize we were under insured on a few of our properties!! Time well spent with an agent that has a passion for people as well as meeting insurance needs!

We called Denise at 4:45 on a Friday to raise our business insurance for new clients requirements. Denise handled everything for us. Excellent customer service experience!!!

I recently visited Denise s office on a whim, just to see if my family could get a better price on car insurance. Before meeting Denise, I had never really appreciated the value of a professional, caring insurance agent. I had always thought that cost savings was foremost in deciding on coverage. But Denise and her wonderful staff convinced me that professionalism and care in a customer s unique insurance needs are equally as valuable as the price you will pay for that coverage.Her team took ample time discussing each of my family members to determine the most appropriate set of insurance products to shield us when the unthinkable happens. By the end of our time together, I switched my auto, home and life insurance; plus, she wrote up a coverage package for a startup business also in the works. I took with me not only considerable savings, but also tremendous confidence in having someone like Denise on my team. These are folks I know I can trust, especially in turbulent times.

Have you ever felt nervous about purchasing insurance in the past? Then This is definitely the agency for you, denise, and her team are welcoming and friendly. I ve had some bad experiences with insurance agencies in the past, but it was completely different with this place. Elizabeth Evans was the agent I went through for my renters insurance policy, she helped me understand what the policies included and what everything would cover. One thing I like about them is they educate people to understand what their insurance actually covers, and they give situational scenarios to help better understand what could happen if an accident were to occur. I m highly satisfied to know that my well being is looked out for with this agency. Because without the right amount of coverages my future income could be garnished, and that is a scary thought that before I had never even thought about being a possibility. I highly recommend EVERYONE in the area to at least go talk to the ladies at this agency to if not get a policy through them, to at least gain a bit of knowledge you might not have had previously!

Denise is caring and it shows in her work. She provides the best options, lays them out for you and walks you through the process of life insurance, home owners insurance, and car insurance. She is knowledgeable in her work. We're a family of four and she made life insurance affordable. I work in a service industry based career, I'm a cosmetologist and I am self employed. Denise provided me with peace of mind after some healthcare scares prompted questions about our family's future. There comes a point where you have to start thinking about your child's future and what they would need if you weren't there to care for them. Or what would happen if your spouse suddenly passed. These are awful things to be concerned over however, adulting requires taking the necessary steps to insure your children are cared for if something did happen. It's not a fun position to be in but Denise really made the process go smoothly, answered all my questions in detail, was forward about costs and walked me through anything that I didn't understand again. She is smart and knows her stuff! She will show you all the ways and provide peace of mind.

Denise and everyone that works at this State Farm office are all Awesome they are friendly and will help through everything. I recently took my son's girlfriend there to get insurance and since she is a first time driver they explained what insurance she needed and didn't try to give her insurance she didn't need. Love this State Farm Agent and her coworkers.

Absolutely the greatest team of Insurance agents I have ever dealt with!!!! A professional team that absolutely goes out of their way to make things EASY, STRESS FREE and HONEST. You owe yourself a visit to these wonderful girls!!! I can assure you that they will go out of their way to make sure that you are covered above and beyond!!!!

I had several issues when my bank changed ownership/switching insurance at the same time. Farmers insurance went above and beyond to fix the issue with my bank while also getting me the lowest rates around! Highly recommended!

I was lost in the system trying to make heads or tails of which direction I should proceed in to get answers to my questions, and Denise called me back well after office hours to answer all of my questions. The building is so beautiful and worth a walk in at the very least. Everyone is super friendly and nice! I especially enjoy the food trucks right outside every Wednesday
