Just want to state. It is now common practice at this establishment when ask to use there restroom cause water pumps are shut off due to things outside ur control. This store will turn you away. Just want to make sure everyone aware of this poor customer service to a person in need.

I have been to this location multiple times and every visit the customer service exceeds my expectations and for that I am grateful :) today the lady that helped me was super nice. I remember complimenting her hair because it looks like cotton candy. I appreciate the customer service. For that, I will continue to come back. We are new to the area and we have moved from Indianapolis so you will continue to see more of me and my family. I have always been faithful to Speedway but I prefer a superior customer service experience over anyway it's over anything else.

I stopped at lunchtime, there was no hot food-- two people standing around talking behind the counter though! I saw three other people walk back to the hot food area in the five minutes I was inside, only to have my same experience. I just feel like there should be an appropriate amount of hot food out in the middle of the day during lunchtime, especially from a business that advertises the avaliability and variety of their products.

They wont check the back to see if they have something in, they just automatically says "if it isnt out we dont have it", which is BS since and ex employee would go back and get things (which were always there, just not stocked). They remodeled the whole store to accommodate hot foods, which is a joke since I've NEVER seen hot foods in there (I live and incredibly short distance away and am in the store several times a week). The employees are generally lazy and unfriendly. One clerk was on her cell phone the whole time i was trying to check out. Ibstood there waiting for 5 minutes before she even started checking my items, when she then did EXTREMELY slowly. The hours are supposed to be 24/7 but they are very random at night. Ya never know if they'll be open or not. I often wonder what was the purpose of remodeling for hot foods if they never have hot foods. Unless you need only gas, this place gets a 2/10. Youre better off stopping somewhere else.

They have a lot of new people who clearly don't care about customer service. I live just up the street. Every encounter I have there has been awful since the new staff. Today there were NO DRINKS in the cooler AT ALL. Last week they weren't taking credit/debit cards. I'll continue to take my business to the circle K close to IGA! The staff there is amazing! Always helpful.

This store was in bad shape until Erica came in and she has done amazing with turning the store around!! I ve been going to this store multiple times a day for about 2 and half years! And I ve never seen this store in better condition than it is in now all thanks to Erica and she is so nice ! Great job!!!

The manager is very rude, sells food out of date, re-cooks food already cooked, can't order correctly, and has chased people who shoplift even though the store has a no chases policy.

I called and asked the attendant to put some tornados on the griller and he said sure they d be ready in an hour. We go there right away to get other items and see 4 on the griller cooking. We go back exactly an hour later and someone has shut the griller down and the tornados are nowhere to be found. Very disappointing.

I was an employee of this store and the manager and assistant manager acted like high school girls and retaliated against me for not covering a shift, they forced me to work solo on second shift ( the busiest shift) and the manager and assistant manager talked bad about me saying I was lazy and unmotivated yet I was the best employee they had, I gave my notice yesterday and was told not to come in

The parking lot is a mess, the store is dirty, the clerks are useless. I stopped by once to fill my ties and the machine was broken. I asked the clerk at the counter if they planned on fixing it. He said "uhhh..... no."Look elsewhere for gas.

Went in on 12-26 at about 9am to get coffee and donuts. Walked up to pay and I was told they couldn't sell donuts because they hours old. No sign on case.
