I used Bland's through my AAA membership today and it was great- a guy came out and checked my battery as I had requested, and when that wasn't the issue I had to put in another request to get a tow truck out. The guy that came with the tow truck ended up having to have the first guy come back to help him push my car down the alley it was parked in in order to get it towed- so they went above and beyond in order to get my car where it needed to go in an extremely timely manner. They were both very nice, efficient, and made this already stressful ordeal so much easier. They came quickly and right on time with the provided ETAs, and I left the interactions feeling like they knew what they were doing, and that my car was in good hands. The only way that this could have gone better would've been if my car miraculously started and hadn't needed to be towed after all :)Thank you!

On March 25, 2024, my car wouldn't start because the engine was flooded. I called AAA, and a flatbed tow truck from Bland's came to tow my car to the shop. I told Ethan, the driver, that there may be a way to de-flood the rotary (Wankel) engine. Ethan patiently found videos and did the de-flooding procedure. After twenty tries, the engine started. His efforts saved me from towing my car to the shop, having it stay there overnight, and getting charged several hundred dollars. Throughout his service, Ethan was friendly, patient, and professional. He is an asset to your company.

A big thank you to Kenny, Brandon and Victor for getting my tractor and trailer towed into town and off the side of I-69 tonight. These guys are fast amazing and fun to be around no matter what went on they are positive. The lady who makes the calls for billing and extra information was also very nice.I definitely recommend this company for any towing needs!!Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

Bland's Wrecker service is top notch! I had a large crane truck towed and Rocky showed up and presented himself and the company at the highest level! Rocky was extremely knowledgeable about how to do his job and didn't skip a beat hooking up and getting on the road. Literally he didn't even have to think about what he was doing he knew how to do it so well. It was such a smooth process! The staff is extremely polite and helpful! I highly recommend Bland's Wrecker Service.

I had a great experience with Bland's Wrecker Service - twice this week. My transmission failed as I was dropping my daughter off at her dorm at Indiana University. I called AAA for a tow truck and Bland's is who they assigned. The driver was timely, extremely thorough, and professional. Fast forward, and I needed to have my car moved to another location for the necessary repairs. I contacted AAA and they again assigned Bland's. Without going into details, there was some confusion and I was having difficulty getting the car picked up - I thought was going to have to drive 1 1/2 hours in order to have my car moved. My daughter would have had a city bus ride of nearly as long if I had asked her to take care of it.The dispatcher at Bland's was amazing, she completely understood my situation and was able to eliminate the confusion with AAA so that my car could be moved to the facility that could repair my car. I highly recommend Bland's Wrecker Service to anyone in the Bloomington, Indiana area.Service: Car towing

AAA used this company for help with my flat tire. They were very prompt and friendly. The service member went above and beyond helping lift my bumper off the curb so my car wouldn't get damaged.

Bill was awesome and willing to come back and give me a new battery after AAA mistakenly rerouted my service to another company. Both he and Amanda were really easy to work with and super nice and got me on the way.

Every single time I call Bree changes what she needs me to send her to release my car. I have had to call 4 separate times in order for her to tell me all of the information she needs before i can even schedule a time to pick up my car. It means my car has been sticks there for an extra day. They also don t say this online but they only allow retrieval between 8am and 4 pm.Service: Car towing

No power after our huge storm last eve and feeling even more stressed to go out and find a flat tire! James from Blands service came within 45 minutes and had such a helpful air about him that I felt my stress fall away. Thank you James for being such a bright spot in my day during these challenging times:)

Billy was super helpful and diagnosed the problem with my car within seconds. Super professional and caring! This is the 2nd time I've used Bland's through Triple AAA and they have been fantastic both times. Lady on the phone was also super kind as well(wish I remembered her name!) I got my truck stuck at a very rural location and Billy totally saved the day. I called AAA & he was there in 90 mins. I was worried because of the spot I got stuck and my truck is old but he popped me right out of the spot in 10Mins. Absolutely call these guys if you are stuck.

AAA sent...this is terrible but I've forgotten his name...he was EXTREMELY POLITE and helpful...got to me in faster than the quoted time AAA gave, even though I was in a very safe place. Actually in my driveway! I really wanted to give the gentleman a cash tip for doing an excellent job, unfortunately I do not carry cash. If anyone at Bland's knows who he is...please thank him again for me and apologize for my lack of preparedness. my name is Elizabeth Rodda and I have a 2015 black Honda Civic that had a blown out tire due to a pothole. I live in a white house with red shutters on Allendale Dr. S. side Bton. At the time he was working on my car, I was attempting to corral my longcoat Chihuahua's who were trying to run out of the door. Thank you, sir!

Had a driveshaft break off pulling a load out of the mud. All other tow truck companies said they wouldn't be able to get to me until the next day, this company treated me like a top priority.

Got a flat tire in the company truck. Called and answered on the second ring. They were out within a half hour and had a 20 minute drive to me. Friendly and got the job done quick as I had 6 inspections the rest of the day. Great experience.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Price Gougers.Charged us over $750 to drive 11 miles (per the Technician's log, they charged us for 17) and back the brakes off on our boat trailer because they were locked up at Monroe and we popped a tire. 1/2 hour drive 1 way and about an hour (1.5 hour max job, we have the phone records with the tech.), so a total of 2 to 2-1/2 hour job ($175 per hour, 2 hour minimum) and they charged us 3.75 hours, plus mileage, plus credit card fees. The only positive was that the tech. was very informative and told us when he got there and when he was done (Like I said, we have the phone records). I could have had someone from Indy drive down for that price.

I used them through AAA. I can't leave a review on the website because I don't have a smart phone. But I wanted to compliment them on being within the estimated response time and the driver was very pleasant.

This one gets two separate ratings. The first, dispatch, gets 1 star from me. The reason is that I was quoted a price, then a mileage rate. I was not told that I had to pay for the truck to travel to and from my location. Only for the miles my vehicle was hooked up. The man that towed me that night gets 5 stars. He was quick, polite, intelligent, and spoke up for us to his management after learning that we were quoted the wrong price fron the dispatcher. Overall, I'll give it a 3. Be more informative to your customers/clients Bland's.

After a terrible experience with another company leaving me waiting over 5 and a half hours(!!!) and then having them be rude and disrespectful to me, I called Bland's. We were so blessed by the service of Bland s Towing last night. On a busy Friday night they not only called out two trucks to our van on the interstate so we could both ride, but then also gave us a ride home. At no point neither Victor nor Brandon acted inconvenienced by helping us out and maintained an upbeat attitude in the early morning hours. AAA sent Chris to help us with a flat spare tire six miles off a paved road at a trail head. He was helpful, polite, and cheerful. Chris quickly got us up and going and even followed us out to a main road to make sure our tire would hold air. We were on our way within about an hour of first calling AAA!

Very professional help, they kept safe distance and adhered to COVID-19 restrictions. Mike was very informative and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He saved my family and i s emergency fund. The payment process was quick and they had good good receipt system for record keeping. They sent me real time update of how long they d take to get to my house.
