My review is for the PARTS DEPT. I don't use dealer service, altho I'm sure they would take care of our truck if needed. Franchot is the absolute best parts guy, he knows who you are, is almost always pleasant and outgoing, he has a vast knowledge of parts and given a vague description can get you the item you need. Mike is the parts manager, and he does a good job keeping the ornery parts employees in line. We will only own International trucks, simply because this parts counter is such a positive place.

Have come here several times as I haul out of Elkhart. I have always had an appointment yet they never seem to have parts to do the repairs. Plan on having your truck down for 3 days everyone you come here. Service Manager/Writer is not honest about wait times. 3 parts people yet they have to order everything.

The people here were great. Called at almost closing time for the office and they said if you can get it here we'll have 2nd shift look at it. Josh the mechanic did a great job and was fast getting the wiring problem fixed.

Awesome service. I had called them about a problem asked them to take a look at it, figured I would have to leave it overnight. Come to find out that it was a minor issue and had me done sooner than I expected.

As a dispatcher with Supreme Corporation I relied heavily on Selking to get a hot unit to my customer as fast as possible, when we encountered any warranty work that needed to be addressed.

My car broke down just down the street from Selking here in Elkhart, even though they are a semi shop the guys there said the would be happy to help. They towed my car to their shop and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. I couldn't be happier with my service .

As a supplier for, and customer of, Selking International I have to say it's great to be able to have such professional transactions with the staff! Whether it's a business or personal visit they've been great every time!

Never again will i come here .....they had to order every part i needed...was told a price in the end was higher then estimate given...came in on a Monday morning left out Thursday most of the down time was just waiting on parts.....they try to get money out of u by saying u need other things fixed other then what u originally came in for....
