Fantastic service, clear directions. Good spacious parking for us with our 5th wheel. (However our little dog was not allowed into the waiting area so we spent some hours at 2 different Starbucks). MORryde team of knowledgeable staff are friendly and efficient. Service has been high-end, kept us informed and updated with work progress of fitting RV Independent Suspension and disc brakes. Everything ran on-time Additionally added some generous unexpected bonus gifts. Recommend MORryde's great products.

Very professional service. We had independent suspension and hydraulic brakes installed on our 35 foot fifth wheel. They had a place to camp the night before, and were ready for our appointment at 6 in the morning just like they said they would be. They completed the work in a day and a half without a hitch. It was a great experience.

I cannot give enough positive feedback about this great company starting with the friendly efficient employees and ending with the seamless process being used to install quality products. We were greeted by Monica who made us feel at home and immediately notified Lindsey that we arrived. Sergio took measurements and at all times made sure we knew exactly what was going on moving forward. We signed up for the plant tour which was informative and educational. Robotics and laser technology working to provide top notch products. We were kept informed every step of the way on the progress of our independent suspension and disc brakes install. Upon completion, we were educated on the maintenance and warranty to include walk around and measurements. The proof is in the pudding they say and the independent suspension and disc brakes are fantastic!!!!Thank you to all the hard working people at MoRyde who assisted us in having a much safer ride in with our 5th wheel

Dropped my camper off yesterday at 2pm for upgraded independent suspension and disc brakes. Got the call today at 1pm the camper was done!!! Was told it would be a two day process, that was supposed to start today. Fast and efficient everyone was very friendly and they kept me informed! Looking forward to a much better ride with towing and less wear and tear on the camper!

What an experience! We decided to upgrade to 8k independent suspension on our 2020 Montana and drove from Northern California to have it installed at MORryde in Elkhart. From our 6am Monday start, to the day we departed it was an awesome experience. All employees were outstanding. A few that really went above and beyond were, Hayden, Michael and Sergio. enjoyed working with all. We also had the new generation of step above installed, and a rubber pin box. The ride to Dayton was great. We had Dexter disc brakes from the factory, but could not use them on the 8k IS and glad we went with the hydrostar actuator pump because there is no delay like we had with the Dexter pump. Thanks MORryde for the great install, and experience that you gave us.

Top notch work at this service center. Technicians Zach & Sergio have an awesome sense of detail and make sure things are done correctly. Monica & Sonya are very hospitable and pleasant while in the lounge. Also a big thanks to Hayden!!

High quality products for my Jeep! Hard to find manufacturing of this quality and having it in the USA makes it that much better! I have their Trail Kitchen for my Jeep Wrangler build and definitely plan to get other products after enjoying it so much. Built to last.

We had a failure on our 1 year old suspension from MORryde. I reached out to MORryde on Monday and spoke with Jennifer, who quickly proceeded my request and shipped brand new replacement parts for the suspension, which I received on Wednesday. This was the most responsive customer service I have experienced in a long time. As a full time RVer I know things are going to break, but when a company stands behind their products and invested in the solution, I will continue to be an advocate.

I had issues with my MORryde ISS, but Jennifer and Gary at MORryde have been amazing to work with. They ve been incredibly supportive as we ve worked to swap parts and isolate the issue. I m confident we ll get the issue resolved as I ve been very impressed with the customer service MORryde offers. Thanks for your patience and help!

Cannot say enough great things about our IS and disk brake installation and the MoRryde company. From Harden to Sergio to Mike. The install was smooth and professional in every way. We just put on a couple hundred miles and the difference is amazing. We will recommend this to everyone that asks about it.

As full-time RVers and now on our second fifth wheel, having Morryde independent suspension is a must! We have been to this facility more than once and it never ceases to impress. This company runs like clockwork, informative, efficient and customer oriented. Always pleased with the service we ve had. The staff are all great. We enjoyed the tour with Gary who we have seen many times at RV shows and who is very personable and knowledgeable about the company.

MORryde is an AMAZING COMPANY that makes quality products!We recently got the Step Above Steps to other strut assist, Rear stabilizers, Rubber pin box, safe T rail, and latch extender!!!We LOVE them all!!!!! They go above and beyond for their customer service!!!

Morryde uses cheap paint that doesn't last a month , they dont stand behind there products they make junk I've enclosed a couple pics to show the rust on brand new coach, and them driving new chassis on salty roads with zero cares given. I definitely dont recommend a company that has zero quality! Stay away from morryde rv frames made for Thor! Not properly undercoated.

Just simply awesome. They treat folks so great, we had independent suspension installed which is totally worth the cash. RV rides awesome. The techs are great and the staff is so accommodating giving us breakfast bars and lunch for our time at Morryde. Travelers fulltime with trailers get this installed, you wont regret it!!!

I just want to give a rave review for Gary and Lindsay that work here at this location they are as nice of people as you will ever meet and very professional in every way! They got right on my repair and were very thorough and timely. Would highly advise if you need suspension work done to go visit both of these two and in addition to anyone else that work there! This is a first class operation and second to none in my book!!!

We took our 5th wheel in to have the independent suspension installed. We scheduled the appointment in October 2020 for April 2021. We arrived Wednesday at noon to for measurements to be taken and to get our coach in the bay for work to start Thursday at 6am. We were able to stay in our coach in the shop bay overnight. We entered the reception area and were greeted by Kinzie, who asked us what we would like for lunch. (Lunch was ordered every day for us) Walt checked us in and had our tech Matt take measurements. The lounge area is well stocked with snacks and drinks, has comfortable furniture and good WiFi. I threw a curve ball at Walt on Thursday and wanted to get a cargo tray installed while we were there. He took me out to the shop, reviewed sizes and options and placed the order to have the tray made that night and be installed Friday morning. The independent suspension was a HUGE improvement over the leaf spring suspension it replaced. Well worth the investment.I would like to thank Lindsay Yoder and Walt Mason in the service department for answering all of our questions, Matt Brown who was our tech, Gary Wheeler for the tour of the facility and Kinzie, in the office. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We were truly treated like family.

This might be a little long... please read on. We have multiple RV-ing friends whose 5th-wheel trailers (including high-end brands) were breaking (leaf) spring hangers and experiencing other suspension issues. We did *not* have those problems, but it rattled me to think of having an axle come loose on the highway. We have trips planned for many thousands of miles over the next couple of years, so my wife & I agreed that upgrading our 2017 model year 5th wheel to the MORryde Independent Suspension & disc brakes would be a sound investment in safety alone. I made contact with Gary Wheeler in the sales end, and after he very thoroughly went over the available options, he handed us over to Brian Hosinski in service to schedule the work. The day arrived, and so did we. Brian advised that we arrive the afternoon before our appointment, and concrete-camp in their staging area with 50 AMP service. At 6 AM sharp, we were ready to turn the trailer over to the team. Sergio our tech, did a masterful job of completely removing the original axles and mounting points. A few hours later he had the beefy new MORryde IS axles & disc brakes welded up and looking like they had grown there. Our particular install was completed the morning of the next day, and after a test pull to adjust brake controller settings we were on our way. With about 3,900 miles on the suspension, I can attest that the "controlled earthquake" of bouncing down the road is much reduced, and the disc brakes are so much more effective than the original drums. Kudos to Gary, Brian, Sergio & the MORryde team for a great product, and great service!

First off bought a 2018 from lazyday and staff when it time for del. The screw were loose a tec screwed them down and said I will never have to worrie about that. Today I called MORryde ask the operator for a service teck. On stairs after 15 minutes on hold this China based company stepped up to the plate and hung up on me. So know i am stuck with a set of stair from china that fall offor go sideways. Great customer service is not in the book just pump out junk.

This is the number one place in my book. Very attentive to your needs and customer orientated. People are so nice. Talk about customer service. I give it a 10+. Plus the service they offer and technicians are right there to provide their service and knowledge. Just can't say enough about this company.

Eventhough Lippert came through with a gratis hitch replacement - due to the pin box failure - Brian @ MORryde was ready to get us in, with a days notice, to replace our hitch. We really appreciate his level of customer service and would consider working with MORryde for any future needs.

Thank you MORryde! Beautiful grounds and buildings. Everyone was so friendly...factory workers, management, office staff. We appreciated the electric hookups on concrete for our overnight stay while they worked on our Entegra motorcoach.

I started there March 2018. I was laid off July 2018.About 3-4 weeks after I started I was told I was getting a .50 raise....a month after that I was told I was getting another .50 raise. My first raise still never showed up. I asked my plant manager multiple times about it and he said I ll look into it and catch you up whatever that means. I requested to leave a early a couple times due to custody court stuff and would always fill out a request paper weeks in advance. He always told me it was approved. I got selected for jury duty in April, gave him the papers and everything, he said I was fine and he didn t need them. Isn t early on a Thursday due to me puking multiple times at work. I called off that following Friday because I was still puking. I came in the following Monday and was asked to come in the office. I figured it was to sign a write up (never been written up before) but instead he told me he had to start letting people go and I was one of them. I asked if I could be transferred to a different plant and he said no, no one is being transferred . I was told about another girl that was let go . So I called her. She got transferred to a different plant. He lied about hat. I called the office once they were opened to ask about being transferred. She told me due to my attendance I wouldn t be abled to be transferred. I was very confused because I only called off 1 day and had never been written up or anything. She went on to tell me about all the times I left early and how my plant manager never approved these days. I asked her about my first raise that never showe duo. She said it never was sent through. Another thing he lied about. This company is a joke!!!

Very easy place...give destination of load...but make sure broker gives correct address...watch the turns...they are TIGHT as this is in a residential area...follow all signs and its smooth sailing
