I take my vehicles here whenever I have the means. The staff are so compassionate. I had to take my Subaru in last week and because it was determined unsafe to drive without the necessary repairs, they gave me a ride home AND picked me up the next day with my car so I could drive it back to the shop to pay as well as see if it felt better to drive. Love this place.

My Daughter went in for a an oil change. They changed her oil and told her the front axles were so bad she needed to get a ride home so they could fix it. She luckily declined and drove it home. We took it into my mechanic the following week. He couldn t find anything wrong with it. Monteith was gunna charge her over 500.00 for a repair that didn t need to be made. The first time we went in for an oil change at monteith I went with her. Not a word about anything wrong with the car. The second time she goes in by herself they find hundreds of dollars of repairs that need to be done. Get the word out there AVOID this place. 3 months later and the front axles are still good. They didn t want her to drive the car anymore they said they could break on the way home

We have used this location several times for tires, brakes, etc. Helpful staff, responsive to needs for quick repairs. The new waiting area is nice enough, coffee, water and wifi.

Definitely a good place to wait for your car to get fixed and to play some tabletop games on these tables. Cool and comfortable chairs.

Horrible service, I don t think they know what they are doing here. My husbands truck has been back in the shop 3 times for the same issue and they have not been able to resolve it. Don t go here!! If it wasn t for the warranty we would have went elsewhere.

Got a quote that was over $650 for brakes.Took my car to the dealer for a second opinion and was told my brakes are fine... in fact that they are barely 50% worn. The dealer took me out and showed me my brake pad along with a brand new one. Based off of my low mileage I was suspicious from the start.Also was told on the phone that they repaired a tire at no charge as a customer service deal. Was charged 20 bucks at pickup.

I needed a tire repaired and set an appointment online. When I didn t get a confirmation I called and spoke with Austin. He apologized and said to just come in on the day I made the appointment for and he would make sure my tire was taken care of. Not only did he do that, he also didn t charge me. He went above and beyond and truly made my day! He had no idea that my husband was in the hospital and I was headed there after I left. The gentleman who repaired my tire was also very kind and polite. You don t find too many businesses like that anymore and I highly recommend them!

Staff is great. I get my tires swapped out from winter to summer each season with them. Prices are great but they do switch all the time on what I am quoted. They are always able to get it done in a timely manner which is why I use them.I have only ever had one issue, but they always take care it no charge. I always get a tire pressure sensor warning after they switch out the tires(every single time) but they have always fixed it when I ask.They know what they are talking about and I would recommend they work on your car.

Absolutely amazing service! Took care of our problem quickly even after we showed up near the end of the day. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Can't recommend enough, will be coming back again when ever I need tires. Will definitely be a regular customer

I recently moved to the area alone, and my car suddenly broke down. All other servicers wouldn't work me in for almost two weeks. I was recommended Monteith's by a coworker, called them, and they were willing to work me into their schedule that same day due to my situation--and I know for a fact they had a full schedule that day. This was life-saving since I commute for work and had no other way to get around. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend. THANK YOU!!!

I drive 40 minutes to have you guys service my car. The loyalty that you give deserves loyalty from your customers. Thank you for being so efficient. I took the bill home and made my husband guess what the price was. He was 50% over what the total was. Thank you for being affordable.

Had to replace a tire after only 20k miles on my car. I chose the dealer closest to where I work. Boy did I find a gem. They were quick to get me in. It seems my tire had cords showing and it wasn t safe to drive.They lent me a used tire over night just to get home. Who does that now days???Reid was VERY. Attentive and took GREAT care of me and my car. I decided to have a full synthetic oil change and got a great price on that! $11 less than I normally pay. They have earned my business now and in the future!! Thanks for a great job! Reid makes you shine!!

Wife sat there for over two hours with our 5 month old for them to change one TPMS sensor after she was told it would be 45-60 minutes. The sensor light was still on when she got the car back so she asked about it. They couldn t figure out how to reset the light, took the spare tire cover off to scan the spare thinking it may be setting it off (why wouldn t you check this before performing any work in the first place?), and finally plugged in the computer to the car to reset the light. Also, they were unable to get the spare tire cover back on, but I ll do that when I get off work. I personally used them a year ago to have two sensors changed and I was there over three hours. We will not be going back to this shop for anything. Only reason for not giving one star is because they did eventually get the job done.

First time at the location. Very nice, clean and the staff was friendly. They took my car in for an oil change and they took it back right away, problem is they ran out of oil and didn't tell me. I spent 2 hours there for a routine oil change. Stuff happens, they were apologetic however, a discount would have been appreciated for their error.

Having problems with my older van and they came out and towed the vehicle to their location in Elkhart. Everything was explained to me up front with what they were dealing with and the van has been running great since. Really enjoy doing business with them.

My overall experience is always positive. There was an issue that came up with the installation of our struts. They were installed and a constant rattle occurred, so it was taken back. I was charged an additional amount, this was not an inexpensive repair, to fix the rattle. It did not fix the problem. It went back again and it was found that the previous diagnosis was incorrect. The strut was loose from the initial install. Then the wrong part came in, so four times to get the install correct.Having said that, the people are always friendly and they did work to get it corrected. So although I felt the additional incorrect diagnosis cost me more money that it should have not, I feel the staff worked to resolve the problem and remained friendly and professional. The issue was what it was and you ll have that on occasion.

Nice break from the huge tire shops, which seem to be a bit chaotic at times. This place is sitting in a quiet place in town and really laid back. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Been a customer of this company for quite a while, but first time at this location. Will be my go to spot from this point forward!Great job guys!

I bought 6 new tires for my 2017 Ram Dually here. IWas extremely satisfied with the price for the tiresWith install. I showed up First thing Monday morningand was waited on immediately and tires were installed pretty quick with no waiting time at all. I wasTreated very professionally & will definitely return forFuture needs.

Top notch. They were busy and didn't have the tires I needed at that location but asked if I would give them about 20 minutes they would send someone to another store and get the tires I needed to get me on the road.Even with the extra wait of them picking up the tires at another store I was still out of there with in a hour or so.

They always offer excellent customer service. We have been using them for years. We always go to Monteith for all our oil changes, tire rotations, new tire purchases, etc. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. We highly recommend them!

The crew was amazing, very helpful and great experience for my first time going to Monteiths. Highly recommend you to come to Monteiths on Beardsley ave. I had an 8am appointment on a Saturday and they check me in and got my car in right a way. I was In and out for new tires.

This is the second time I have used this shop. They got my car done in a timely manner. It's also been much cheaper than originally predicted. I've had oil change, tune up, shocks, etc. done here and I'll be back when necessary.

Was a great place to get tires or have a repair done, we have used them solely for years. However, was greatly disappointed when I needed a tire repaired last month. They no longer honor their free flat repair. Its not all their fault, I guess I should've clarified before having it done, but after doing the flat repair & being hit with a 45.00 repair bill? given my husband's been off work for over 6wks. that hit hard.

I go to Montieth on Beardsley Ave in Elkhart Indiana. They do great work. They recently picked out a mid grade tire for me I'm very happy with them. They do all the work on my vehicle and get me in and out in a timely manner.
