The service was great. The Lochmandy team was able to handle the repairs, communicate with the agency for the extended warranty, and set me up with a rental, nice little Jeep Cherokee. I only give them 4 stars because I have never given anyone 5 stars.

From start to finish I was greeted and treated with respect and good-natured employees. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, which did not take long at all. In the end I was advised of things that were in great condition and those that would need replacement in the future. Overall a great experience.

Purchased the best oil change and when checking in mentioned that the windshield washer needed to be topped off and was told it was part of the service. Service was fast and friendly but windshield washer never got topped off even after I mentioned that.

The staff greeted me very well on the phone to make the appointment for the next day. Very quicknto get my vehicle in. Was also greeted very well in person when my vehicle was towed to their service center.The night before I had a car locksmith attempt to program a new key fob to my vehicle he was at it for 2 1/2 hrs with no success. So I called called lochmandy service center the next morning and the day after that Mt vehicle was in getting serviced.I had Stephanie as my service agent, very nice and very good at her job.Of course the locksmith told me two nights before that it wasn't my fob. So when Stephanie came back to me with it being the fab, I was not happy. I though oh great I had just wasted 150 with the locksmith now lochmandy was out to get me. How run I was they were right it was the key fob. Stephanie was very patient with me as I was not with her. I owenot only Stephanie an apology but the tech also. I am sorry for jumping the gun. You guys did an awesome job, would recommend to fa.ily and friends. Thank you for your patience with me and my ignorance. Thank you so much would use again. Only thing a little expensive. I brought my jeep in but they Weren t able to find out what s wrong with the electric motor not working. That day, it started working appropriately. They said I need to bring it back if it s happening again. It s happening again and Elkhart isn t near me. I understand that no codes were showing errors but the jeep health report clearly shows it s not been working. It s a hybrid it shouldn t only get 18-19 miles per gallon. I wanted to buy this when the lease was up but not if the best feature doesn t function as expected. I wish there was more that could be done to diagnose the problem

Great customer service and was able to schedule my oil change quickly. I also had a minor defect on the interior of the vehicle that was still covered under warranty and they fixed that issue in less than 5 minutes.

We had to get new tires for our 2019 Buick Envision. Lochmandy s gave us three quotes on different tires. My husband wanted make sure we were getting a great deal and went and got quotes from other tire companies in the area. They couldn t beat Lochmandy s GREAT price. Thank you for taking good care of us.

Great friendly staff. Purchased my car from Peggy. Free oil change, fluid check, car wash. The perks of buying from Lochmandy. Awesome service crew. Wonderful waiting room. I brought my lunch. Very relaxing and clean. I just wish I could of heard what was on the big screen TV.

Beware of a service department that has you sign papers stating that if it deemed the repair isn t covered under factory warrant, you have to pay a $155 diagnosis fee. I just fell victim to that on my 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax. DTC P24DA was present (particulate matter sensor error), and the tech assumed the Banks DPF tailpipe I installed was to blame, but wasn t able to provide any evidence supporting his claim. The technician never even removed the sensor to check its condition. I just paid $155 based on an assumption.

Dropped the truck off Saturday as transmission had issues. They were able to get my diagnostics done timely and into a rental that I was able to pick up by wed. The service is scheduled 16 days out. Will update at that time so far it s all been handled very professionally and with much care for the needs of customer. Update the transmission is scheduled to come in on the 13th of july. I should be able to pick my truck up when i get back from vacation on the 23rd. Thank you Lochmandy family for helping me get my wheels back on the road and running. The service department has always been good to me here. Right now my SUV is in the shop, luckily under it's bumper too bumper warranty, but the noise that I could not explain was in fact found by a mechanic that actually listened to when I said versus other places that I have been to in the past where the mechanics don't care what you think or say. Luckily he listened and when he pulled the plug from the differential there was quite a bit of metal shavings and bits that came out which was the noise I was hearing and they are going to repair that under my warranty. Everybody there from scheduling to the people that talk to you when you pull in they are all polite and professional and I have never had a single one be rude in any way. I like this shop better than many that I have been to.

Great place good service department. Always a doughnut available in the service area. But still a little tite to deal with. I know price and demand good time to cut a large gross but this won't last forever. I'm still sold on their Buick SUVs just a bit hard to get one.

Didn't go well snails race..only five weeks with out any vehicle..I have received it back 2500 dollars later..seemingly working the same as when it went in to be fixed ...was told they did all recalls but dodge when I called said they haven't received any records showing where Lochmandy Motors has ordered or performed any recalls...Dodge has intervened ordered parts and sent me elsewhere to have recalls done properly

Went in this morning because a month ago my radio screen went out, we purchased a replacement through LKQ but you need a security code that you can only get through a dealership. So I went in seeking assistance and they scheduled me for 16 days out and said it'd be $109+ at the minimum. So I called around and Tyler's Automotive in Niles was the real MVP walked me through everything over the phone and helped your girl out for FREE. Lochmandy was trying to do me dirty, check around before you utilize them.

Probably the worst place in the state you could take to get your vehicle operated on.They absoulety over charge you on EVERY single thing.Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.
