This is an honest opinion based on experience from working at a dealership and from past purchases at other lots.Cars on lot are really dirty both inside and out.When I asked if they would do more cleaning the answer was 169$. So I'm buying a vehicle and have to pay more money to have it cleaned to where it should have been to sell. We found broken glass and sticky stuff still on the backs of the seats. Also found buffing compound in every door seam. Found a mouse nest in the engine bay. Asked the salesman about it and didn't seem to care at all.Absolutely no price negotiation. They over categorize the condition of the cars to justify the higher price.If you buy a car here please please please look it over with a fine tooth comb. This is the kind of place that will try to cover something up till after purchase..

Buying our Expedition at Integrity Autoplex was a great experience. Their no haggle pricing made it easy and quick. We worked with Caleb. Since he s not commission based he was guiding, not selling, us a car. I would recommend going there for them to help guide instead of sell you a vehicle.

The staff at Integrity Autoplex is nothing short of amazing. They were open and honest about everything and made the entire experience rather delightful. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way didn t push at all then went above and beyond to find me a better deal on the financing after I had already agreed to accept a higher rate. They truly do care about their customers and it showed. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a used vehicle and won t hesitate to go back in the future. The vehicle I purchased had a lot of maintenance items taken care of before they offered it for sale and they addressed every one of my concerns without hesitation. There are still good people out there and you will find a few of them at this dealership.

Best place to buy an excellent used car. I m totally satisfied. The car I bought all the maintenance was updated. Any issues were resolved from drivetrain the engine all the way to wiper blades and battery. I visited about 10 car, lots and integrity. Hands-down was the best. The sales team was awesome and easy to work with and they didn t keep any secrets or any information. They are very open and honest dealership would recommend anyone to go there.

I purchased a car at Integrity Autoplex today and the experience was fantastic! From the time I texted inquiring about the vehicle to purchasing two days later it was a great experience! I worked with Caleb and he was patient and answered all of our questions and believe me we had many! Jess also helped and while we were doing paper work she made sure we were gassed up and ready for the return to Holland, MI! Very polite and professional group and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle! Thanks team Integrity!

Hands down the most fun I had buying a car in my life. No pressure, lots of laughs and good selection of vehicles. Great service from Kate & Jess, good info from service manager Nic. I was showed and test drove a few vehicles and decided on one. The prices are very fair, the cars are taken care of for sale to customers and they are very transparent. Honesty goes a long way with me! I bought my car almost a month ago and I am still as happy as when I left, not a bit of buyer's remorse. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car, to stop by and give them a shot, I really think you will be happy that you did.

I found this beautiful ride and stopped to look at it! They offered a test drive and i was hooked! A few days later we sealed the deal! They even gave it a super great bath and filled it with fuel !The ladies at Integrity Autoplex are very good and fast at their job and make the experience so much fun as well. I would highly recommend to stop by and check them out!

The ladies at Integrity are great! No one rushed out to stalk our car when we pulled in the lot. They had the car I wanted to test drive ready to go. I made the purchase and live the car. The paperwork was quick and painless and I left with a full tank of gas. I would highly recommend stopping out to visit them the next time you're buying a new ride.

I didn t buy a vehicle here but I was apart of a sale. My buddy was buying a truck and had issues with the bank and they were amazing to us. Glad we could get it done and will be using them when I m ready for a vehicle! Best customer service hands down.

Sold a Jeep to my neighbor 16 days ago who is in 80-year-old woman power steering pump went out a week later then started having more issues come to find out truck had zero oil in it and a very bad rear main seal leak she paid $4,800 for the truck and integrity motors will not do anything about it so much for INTEGRITY... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

This dealership is hands-down one of my favorites. I purchase cars regularly for my business and the simplicity of buying here without any hidden or extra fees is incredible. They provide service records & Carfax upfront and offer competitive market pricing. I've been to dealerships that charge $1195 "acquisition fees" and I'd say other dealerships should follow the Integrity business model. Highly recommend this place and I will be back again & again.

I was searching online for a quality used vehicle when I came across Integrity with just what I was looking for. Working with the staff was great. No pressure, very accommodating and one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. The 2013 Suburban that I purchased was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. In and out in 15 minutes. This will not be my last purchase from Integrity!Big shout out to Lyndsi for her help!

I bought a 2008 Saturn Sky Roadster through this dealership. I have to say, they have quite the selection for anything that grabs your interest. Planning on coming back to this dealership to pick up a specialty they carry. And to any of my fellow saturn owners, or looking to own one, this dealership knows how to take care of them!!! My 08 was in perfect condition for a price noone, not even private sleer could beat. Travelled from illinois as well.

We had a great experience with Integrity Autoplex! We started looking for minivans, but we were not even sure what we wanted! They assisted us with finding the perfect fit with a Toyota 4Runner, filled it up with gas for us, let us take it home for the weekend to ensure it was the right fit. Exceptional customer service! We appreciated the patience of our sales rep to let us test drive so many different vehicles to determine what was our best fit. She went above and beyond to ensure our happiness! We had concerns about the brakes, they knew the brakes were fine, but listened to our concern, triple checked the brakes and explained the stopping issue we noticed and why it was different. If I ever purchase a used vehicle again, my first stop will be Integrity Autoplex!

We did extensive research on Autotrader looking for an SUV within a certain price range, and found the best deal at Integrity Autoplex on our 2016 GMC Acadia. We got this vehicle for far under value, which is hard to find with how high vehicle prices are right now. We went into this purchase knowing exactly what we wanted, already had our financing complete and a check ready. The process was extremely smooth, thanks to the friendly staff and good service at Integrity.We did notice the vehicle was loud after we purchased, so we had it looked over at a repair shop and there was an exhaust leak that needed repaired. The sunroof seal was also in need of repair. We were able to get out of this by putting less than $200 into repairs, so I call it a win for us. We understand it is a used vehicle, but I would suggest making sure everything is serviced correctly.Overall we are happy with the experience, and I would buy from here again. I've had bad experiences at bigger, branded dealerships. This one was far superior to that. I actually had to fight with a dealership on putting a tank of gas in the car for us. Integrity left us with a full tank and a fresh oil change.We also got the windows tinted after purchase. It's a sharp looking/running vehicle. We are pretty happy!

This started as a 2 star review because of the buying process. I wish we could give them negative stars!We purchased a car from here two years ago and the process was smooth and easy. We purchased it with the warranty (thank god). We've had it in for lots of normal maintenance (oil changes, brakes needed to be done after about 10k miles, wipers, etc.) I don't fault them for the broken window motor or the fact that the transmission went out (it's a common problem on the vehicle). I do fault them for having no solutions for a vehicle for us when the warranty work takes at least 3 weeks to complete, assuming it'sactually finished this time around. They have no loaner vehicle despite being a car lot. I'm also not thrilled that skirting and plastic parts weren't properly reinstalled after one of the times we had it in.I probably won't be back to purchase another car. I'll certainly be looking for a new garage.*update 3 days later - they blocked my wife on Facebook because of this review. They won't leave a message when they call, they still have our car, and the transmission won't even be here for four to five more days. I'll update then.

doesn't allow 0 stars, so I'm forced to give 1. Understand if you go here they will sell you a car at a price way higher than you would pay to a private party, and try and convince you that if you purchase the extended warranty through Gold Standard that you'll have peace of mind. You will not. The fine print of the warranty gives them outs on almost everything, so good luck if you ever need a repair. The cars they offer are straight from an auction, and they will say they were checked out by their "shop", which isn't really a shop, nor do they have a real mechanic or Service Manager. Katie in sales is very nice, but believe me, beyond her, the experience with "Integrity" will offer ZERO integrity. You're way better off buying from a private party for thousands less and have the car checked by a reputable mechanic. My son and I bought cars within a month of each other, basically because of Katie, and mine needed thousands in repairs within months, and my sons blew the motor and is now awaiting a new one which is nearly 10k including install. Avoid the heartache and buy elsewhere. I rarely do a bad review, but this place deserves 0 stars.

This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. Jessica and Katelynn were awesome! They listened, and let us test drive cars multiple times without the high pressure sale tactics of other places. We were very pleased through the whole process of purchasing a 2014 Silverado. If your looking for a different vehicle buying experience start here..

Without a doubt the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I ve ever had. They make sure the vehicles are in good, working condition before they sell them, their prices are competitive, they gave us a reasonable price on our trade, and we spent very little time doing paperwork. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a quality used vehicle and excellent customer service. We will certainly be back for future vehicle purchases.
