Great mechanic!!! Great prices!! Its nice to see a husband and wife team! Tonya did an awesome job on my breaks! You absolutely will not beat their prices! I can't emphasize strongly enough how happy I am with the service at Etling!

The guys at Etling were super helpful and friendly. Our truck acted up while we were visiting from out of town. They checked it out for us and made sure that it was safe to get us back home to have it serviced by our usual mechanic. They didn't try to push us to do a bunch of repairs there. They seem like pretty trustworthy folks.

I stopped in there with no appointment they were able to pull it right in took a little while to get the part but it was fixed within 3 hours have pretty happy about that

Well so far it's not going good. Drop my truck of Thursday morning before Thanksgiving was told Monday or Tuesday would know something. Here it is a week later and still no clue as to what is going on. Choose them because of reviews and so far am really disappointed in their communication skills. And how long it is taking to even look at or even try to diagnose the problem I have done the work so far and know it's timing chain or camshaft. If I had a place could have had it done and back to making money not losing it. I will change or update when they decide it's appropriate time to fix or even diagnose the problem with my truck.

Limited communication. I dropped off my car on Friday to get a wheel bearing fixed. Should be an hour job but I know my car has alot of issues so I knew it would take a bit longer but not this long. Was told if it wasn't done Friday I would get a call, didn't and I assumed they would finish it Saturday. Saturday at noon they said they had some issues and it would be done soon. Finally on Monday in the morning they told me it was done.

One of your trucks purposely blew black exhaust smoke at me four times. I could tell it was deliberate because he would slow down until I got closer and then he d speed off leaving me to drive through that toxic cloud. I suffer from COPD already. This has happened to me once before, could it be the same guy? Coincidence? I ll be telling everyone I know about what you or your employee does to innocent drivers on the road.If it happens again, I ll get the license plate and call the police. Again.
