We were traveling through the area and discovered our house battery was completely dead and was leaking. Certified RV Repair went out of their way to find us a lithium battery and compatible converter/charger, and got us on our way. I highly recommend them.

We here to tell you, these guys and gals are top notch folks!! We were stranded for 5 days waiting on a part to fix our motorhome transmission, not something they work on. Although they could not fix what was broken their hospitality and generosity was more than anyone could expect. We were able to get our part delivered to their shop and quickly install it ourselves in their lot to get underway to the hydraulics specialist in town. We consider ourselves bless to have met each of these fine people and hope to be in a position one day to pass it along! Their kindness will forever stay with us.

Certified Service RV LLC has really tired to change and be a better service center. We are very happy with Jim and his entire staff for the extra mile they have gone for us. We have had a lot of issues that are a direct result of The RV Factory after we picked up our 2021 Luxe 41GMD and most of it was due to poor QC over at production. To see the service center having to fix all these issues for us and others that just bought is quite disturbing BUT, again the service center has stepped. We appreciate that as Luxe owners. Now if only The RV Factory would take the constructive criticism and try to "learn" from all their mistakes, then I think all in all it would be a better company. We appreciate the service center working with us and making all our issues right. We have been out of our Luxe four times over the past 1-1/2 and while it has been disrupting for us, we again are grateful for all the service center has done!

I have never experienced the level of care and attention that I have experienced at Certified RV. Jim Deavers has high expectations of his staff and he leads by example. The regular updates from Shannon made it easy to follow the progress. She is courteous and professional and if she cant answer a question she gets the answer. We have executed many upgrades on our Luxe 42MD as well as worked through a catastrophic brake failure 800 miles from getting to Certified RV. Certified gathered the necessary parts and shipped them to the local shop in order to get us back on the road. The level of experience that Jim has as well as the relationships in the industry make him invaluable in owning an RV. I cant thank Certified enough for the treatment that I have received. Certified is a very unique shop because of the culture that Jim Deavers has created. Thank you to Jim and Shannon and the entire team in the office and the shop.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

WOW an awesome place to take an RV that has issues. These folks know their stuff and are VERY customer oriented and DO quality work. They don't just patch it up they FIX IT so it will be dependable for years to come. We took a Nexus Phantom 33SC that has three slideouts two of which were not working properly. Nexus couldn't or wouldn't fix them and jerked us around for almost two years putting us off with lame excuses and not much interest in helping us. So out of desperation we took the coach back to them and expected them to fix their flaws in the way they built it (aka) as a very poor design. We arrived at the factory as directed and again were turned away and instructed to go to Certified RV Repairs where we were expected to pay for repairs of THEIR POOR DESIGN. Nexus has a very poor rating for customer service and quality control ! We are so appreciative of Certified RV Repairs and Mr Deavers and his crew.Thank You for your excellent quality work we truly appreciate being able to RV again with confidence.Don & LindaMaine

We had our 1 yr service done on our Luxe 45' toy hauler at CRV and want to Thank everyone that works there! Jim and Alice we so helpful in working with us on our issues and getting them done to our satisfaction. Everyone working at CRV are so very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our master certified technician, Mark, went over every item on our list to make sure that everything we needed done was addressed. He also brought several items not on our list to our attention that he felt needed to be fixed as well. We have had many different types of rv's that have needed repairs but never received the class A treatment that we received at CRV. We are very glad that CRV has opened and knows how to repair our Luxe toy hauler, we have decided that once a year we will be back to have our rig checked out by CRV.

We have a Luxe 39FB. We have had several problems with it during the first year of ownership. Some were warranty some were self induced Jim Deavers and his staff have made excellent repairs, JIm showed me what was wrong and what the solution was. One repair involved the frame vendor. Because of CRV's relationship with them the repair was completed fast. Jim included us in all the correspondence during the repair as OUR advocate.

These people really know what they are doing. They have good connections with manufacturers and supplier of RV.s and are able to do the most complicated repairs. I recommend them for Maintenance, Slide-out repairs, body work. as well as after market add-ons. Certified Techs are very knowledgeable and familiar with many manufacturers. Being in Elkhart most parts are locally available.

My experience I've had with certified RV is that they're a great group of people to work with and a workaround it's a clean and safe environment all around and a general well-rounded work environment I feel as if I could grow with the company..

Great staff quality staff. Shannon is very helpful also codos to Paul Eagleline transport who handled transport. This is nor only repair facility also the factory. Impressive.

Just had our fifth wheel repaired here. We really appreciated the courteous and professional service they provided. They were up front with repairs they performed and took care of everything we needed done. We will be back!

I am a part time employee I do all the solar packages and help service the repairs when needed. Great staff. If you need a repair call us and schedule a appointment.

Hole in floor and tear in couch after fixing our slide.Says it was there.No way!!!10 /30 you had our RV for 2 days to fix slide.Could not use our warranty, because it was not completely fixed.You told us it would last 6 months or more.Well today is 11/ 4/19 and second time we tried to use it,it will not work.2000 dollars spent at your shop.T
