Andy was great to work with had a very nasty turbo problem and exhausted most avenues he took a traditional approach eliminate each possibility and on day 2 finally found the problem ..I choose him because from his website I felt he would be someone that doesn't just stick the computer in and gives up if the codes make no sense..Great job highly recommended well worth the 1800 mile drive

On our way to Michigan City, IN, our DEF warning light came on our Winnebago View. That initial warning turned into the countdown where the DEF system, if not diagnosed and repaired, would shut down our engine no matter where we were. After panic turned to action, I tried to find someone in Michigan City to look at it to no avail - the closest Mercedes dealer was in Elkhart. After calling them and finding out it would be at least two weeks to even be seen (we were there only for a few days to visit an aging relative and needed to get home), the dealer recommended contacting Benz Tech. Per the voicemail instructions, I texted Benz Tech and got a quick reply by phone. Andy was very friendly and helpful, offering to assess the problem if I d drive over from Michigan City - he noted that he was super busy, but we came up with a time just after lunch for him to squeeze me in. Andy quickly diagnosed the issue and was super helpful with some suggestions that would allow me to safely and without worry get me back home (I had been stressed out that we wouldn t make it!) and get the problem covered under an extended warranty offered by MB (due to a previous recall on this system). I m so grateful for Andy and his assistance - he squeezed me in and helped me out, even though he could have easily said he was too busy. I would highly recommend Benz Tech for Sprinter repairs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The other reviews speak for these two guys, you will probably never see a mechanic shop with almost a 5 star rating, but they deserve it here. My Sprinter broke down with 2 days before the Storm/Blizzard was set to hit, they not only got me out within 24hrs of getting towed, they refused to take a tip...AND THEY DESERVED ONE.YOU CAN TRUST THESE GUYS TO BE FAIR AND HONEST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These guys are great! Took my sprinter van in with DPF issues and they got me up and running and gave me a fair estimate for future repairs. Highly recommend!

I m a new client, but I will tell you that I believe in the reviews, and took my BMW here. This place is clean, has a nice cozy sitting/waiting area, and I only met one employee and he was very nice. Your best bet is to text them, and they will reply within 24-48 hours. They got me in and out, I believe in their work ethics and will continue to bring my BMW in for maintenance.

I trust Benz Tech with all my sprinter needs. Because of these guys, I am able to stay in business. The price of their service is unbeatable Josh and Andy are always a pleasure to work with. I recommend this business for any of your European car needs.

Believe the five-star reviews. BELIEVE THEM. When my new-to-me Mercedes convertible's top wouldn't budge, I saw dollar signs, and not in a good way. A quick Google search led me to BenzTech, and I couldn't be more amazed/pleased/tickled/other. I had to wait a week to get in to see them; I would have waited longer. It took two and a half weeks for them to get the car part in that I needed; I would have waited twice that long. I couldn't believe how affordable the repairs were. Andy and Josh were professional, courteous and gave me honest service with no upsells or surprise fees (let's be real, that would have totally happened if I'd gone to the dealership). I read the reviews here that said people were driving three hours plus to get their car worked on at this place, and I was skeptical. Now I'm a believer! As someone mentioned, your best bet is to text them �there's a reason it's hard to get a hold of them; they're incredibly busy because they're the best! What a great find!!! Andy and Josh really know Mercedes!! I travel to Elkhart from 3 hours away in Michigan to get my vehicle maintained. Super knowledgeable, friendly and competitively priced for parts and labor... Here s the scenario:Call into Benz Tech and are instructed to text another phone number as they are too busy to take your call.- If you are that busy - why wouldn t you hire a front office receptionist to take calls & make appointments?Leave a text but don t hear from them in 3 days.- So I have to re-text to follow up what they originally asked me to do...and here s the owner s drama.You decide:Need some Maintenance on 2015 Sprinter.Could schedule in 2 week time frame -anytime from July 23 to August 6thPhilipHey JoshWould you be kind enough to get back with me one way or another?Who is this?Do you not see the top text from me?PhilipYeah, no idea who you are. I have taken two different vehicles here. Each time they diagnosed the problem either the same or next day. Usually, depending on availability of parts, I have my car back the same day. They are efficient and have low overhead. They have saved me thousands and I have barely spent hundreds. There is a reason they have 19 reviews and maintain an untarnished 5-star rating. Forget German Concepts and paying for their overpriced facilities and failing dealership, BenzTech is second to none. Thanks again guys.

Wonderful place would definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable, kind, and honest Diagnosis my issue quickly and have vehicle back the same day. Stealership usually keeps my vehicle 3-5 days.

Our sprinter gave us a number of starts countdown while driving thru this area on our way to NH from MT. Called and they got us in first thing the next day. Took care of the issue completely and professionally. Go here to keep your MB rolling!

Piece of mind is what you get when you deal with these guys, Definitely no pressure and you can tell they are honest with their recommendations. They can get really busy but don t let it discourage you, better to wait for good work rather then having to pay twice

My company has Mercedes and Dodge Sprinter vans. I also have 2 Mercedes (E350 & 500ML). These guys always seem busy, but are always friendly and get our vehicles in and out. No high pressure selling and really seem to care about your cars. We love the Sprinters, but almost gave up on them because the Dodge and Mercedes dealers are terrible, rude & don't seem to care to deal with them. They were never fixed on time and always seemed to have to go back for the same things over & over!Skip the dealers & take it to these guys!

Honest mechanics that do good work. Too bad they never answer the phone. You prepare to leave a message and wait for them to call you back which sometimes can take forever. Left the message 2 days ago still waiting for a call back....

I would recommend Benz Tech in a heart beat. They are always friendly and very informative. And great prices!! This is the only place I take my BMW. I prefer Benz Tech over any BMW dealership.

Holy cow these guys are great. Showed up one morning to get fuel filter change, worked me in, no problem. Highly recommend. When I am in north, these guys work on my van.

I was referred to them by a friendI ended up not actually having to take my sprinter over there I was able to get it goingbut I did talk to them two or three times on the phone and they were real helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my stuff there when I need to
