We learned of Auto Village Service Center through our daughter, a single mom who has been taken in her past by multiple dishonest service centers. Brian Crabb and his team of experienced mechanics treated her fairly, kept prices reasonable so she could afford the work and did an excellent job with the work they did. As a result of this superior, honest service Bob and I took our car to them when the check engine light came on...Bob already had checked the diagnosis and Brian immediately knew what to expect. Our car was taken in on the appointment date and fixed ready for the road the very next day. Price was very reasonable and work was done exceedingly well. (Plus no mud or grease dragged into the car on the mats or seats like some other repair places have done. Bob keeps his vehicles clean and they respect your property) We are happy to reccomend this business to friends, family, and anyone else that needs work done by experienced people at a fair price.Service: Engine repair

I'm from out of town, and my wife and I were traveling through when the charging system on our Mercury Grand Marquis failed. A friend in the area suggested Brian at Auto Village, and boy am I glad he did! Due to my circumstance (we were on the way to Michigan to celebrate our wedding anniversary), Brian worked me into the shop rotation right away and helped me get back on the road. An extremely personable business owner! And I think he did some things for me in the situation that he didn't really have to do. I got a TON of value for the money I spent there.Troy was the technician who did the work on our car. As a small engine mechanic myself, I like to think I know good work when I see it. Troy did a great job troubleshooting the source of the charging system issue (it was an intermittent problem, so it took him some time to pinpoint). He was able to fix the wiring so that the charging system would work consistently, and as he showed and explained to me the details of what he did, I could tell he did a nice, neat job - certainly not the kind of job that you'd expect a shade tree mechanic to do. Glad to have a professional mechanic who knows his stuff working on our car!I waited several days to write this review, because I wanted to make sure the repair was good. Now I'm confident that it is. After breaking down several hours from home, it's really nice to regain peace of mind driving the car! Brian was awesome. He was very honest and upfront about the issue I was having. Upon further inspection by the tech, the fix was actually a fraction of the cost of the original estimate.This is the first experience I ve had with Auto Village, but I m planning on bringing my vehicles here from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

This is the second time we have taken one of our vehicles to auto Village. Both times, we have experienced a great level of customer service from the owner, who answers the phones, schedules the appointments, orders the parts, and takes care of all client communication.He is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly - honest. There are few mechanic s shops that I feel like I can trust. Highly recommend this place. Very knowledgeable very trustworthy and extremely friendly. Mechanics know what they're talking about. The price is fair. Their oil changes are very fair. My son took his car there and they did an excellent job. They did a full inspection and told him everything he needed to know about that car. Now I will be taking my car there I recommend this place to anybody who needs reliable mechanic that isn't going to rip you off. It's hard to find one in this area and I finally found it. Told everybody I know about this place.

This place is awesome! I had an oil change last month. They are reasonable with prices better than Jiffy Lube.My son had some work done on his car a little over a week. They did a great job. The only down fall was the price of the spark plugs. They were a little pricey. This is the reason why I am giving them four stars. The only reason why I keep coming back. They insure their work. Which I think that is a high plus.

From the moment you enter to the moment you leave, the service you get from Brian and his crew is the best. They tell you exactly what's needed, they enjoy keeping conversation while you wait, and they are efficient. I was in at 220p and out by 4p and my car is running like new! Support your local auto shops so places like this can stay around!

We re not from here & we googled all of the places in town to find a local place that did good work. The Yelp and Google reviews nailed it. Brian is very nice. Rates were reasonable. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. We ll be back. My experience at Auto Village was superb! I went in for a break job and trany flush. They were HONEST with me and told me I only needed the front breaks replaced. I called around for a couple quotes before making my final decision to go here and they were by far the better price (the price was lower than expected and originally quoted) of course the original quote was worse case scenario if i needed all four breaks done. Also, Brian C. exceeded with excellence on ensure that my service was met to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place. They are brutally HONEST and economically priced! Go to AUTO VILLAGE for your next car maintenance needs!P.S. If you decide to have your car service here (which you shouldn't be disappointed), please take the time to leave a review. This company appreciates us getting the word out for them. They are not a chain business which helps keep their cost/prices low and need us to help them get the word out. So please, if you can spread the word.

The electrical problems i was have in my older Suburban are now fixed . don't know why i waited so long to bring it in. I also got 4 new tries that look better then any of tires i got quotes on and and the price was the lowest . the warranty on the tires beat any of big boy tire stores and did not cost extra. I'm so happy with the deal i got from Auto Village service center . i would recommend these guys everyone I need of repairs, service or new tires.

I have been coming here for years and the service is wonderful. The owner is a great guy and he is always willing to help anyone to the best of his ability. The mechanics are very skilled, helpful, and always seem to do a great job. Whenever I have had a problem, this place has always helped me out, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good mechanic.

I trust the owner of this business. I have known him for years. I went here after being told something by another place that didn't sound right. Brian (owner) told me the truth about the repair and saved me hundreds of dollars. I have been going to him ever since and have referred countless people to him. He will tell you what absolutely has to be fixed now and what can wait a little while. He also gives you different price options and will explain the difference. For example, this tire will be cheaper, but this is why it's cheaper, etc.

Had a broken axle replaced. They communicated well and replaced it for below what they initially quoted me at. Brian seems like a good honest person, and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Great service. Prompt. Affordable. Took cate of my wife's car beautifully. Even the resident cat in the waiting room was friendly. Oh, they have some toys for kids and decent magazines for adults while waiting.

I had a short going to my st�rter they made arrangements for my truck to be towed and made time to fix it so I can make it to work the next dayThe owner is very friendly very good service.I will go back anytime for more work needed in the future

I had a main concern that needed fixed and they fixed it in a day. Brian was very friendly. They ordered a part for a potential repair that I didn t end up really needing and I wasn t pressured to pay for it anyway. I ll be coming back!
