Horrible customer service. Can't talk to anyone, Can't get a call back. Needed to get a specific part for my under warranty 2022 Mach 8 RV a/c. Paid $75 to Amazon to buy parts that should have been free because hours on hold just isn't acceptable in 2022. Bad enough to have to repair a 2022 a/c system to start with.

Had a delivery been sitting for more than 3 hours. I ll never do a run for this place never again. Truckers times as everyone else is very precious.I went to check on the offloading, all she said is: you re gonna have to wait.

Call regarding a replacement part.. Absolutely some of the best customer service I have received. Very courteous and informative in helping me locate what I was looking for. Even gave a very good explanation of how the parts work and what its needed for. Thank you..

Purchased a Coleman 63203 Airxcel 8330-3362 T-Stat Wall Digital Heat/Cool for 5th wheel and cool/off/heat switch failed - if not in an exact position the AC would not turn on. Item was purchased thru Amazon on 24 Apr 19 and I use camper for TDY work so it was only used for about 6 months. I emailed before store opened and spoke with tech support shortly after they opened. When I hung up the phone, I had an email from with both saying they would replace the t-stat. Thanks Eric and Dale for great customer support and replacing the bad t-stat.

Supposed to drop and hook trailer. Been sitting here for over 3 hours backed in waiting to be loaded. Talked to 3 different people seems to be no care for anyone that doesn t work for there company.
