I wanted to say the other day came in to the store, and a gentleman by the name of Bruce helped us with everything we needed even when as far as changing on the battery that no one really would do because where it was located, but he took his time and got it taken care of for us we came up to visit family and we really didn t know what to do, but he went above and beyond to take care of us. We had one of the best experiences at that store. We will be back there soon to shop more And tell all of our friends that that store is awesome. Thank you Bruce for going above and beyond. To make sure we were taken care of because not sure what we would have done with our vehicle stranded there.

Was driving my new car home from Boston but couldn t wait til Michigan to flash the tune. I stopped at this store and was helped by a man named Bruce Smith. After telling him what I needed he said he couldn t give me the charger to hook up to my battery but he could come out and hook it up while I flashed the tune. He was out there in a short sleeve shirt being extremely patient refusing any offer of money. It took almost a half an hour and he made someone extremely happy when I left!!!! Thanks Bruce, you are the man!!!!!

Car battery went dead while out of town from PA for a hockey tournament. These guys replaced my battery for me in 15 degree weather with high wind because I had no tools being on vacation. Absolutely no complaints from them, did it no questions asked with a smile on their face. Wouldn't accept a cash tip either. Thanks for saving my day guys, I appreciate you.

Bruce and Wes at Advanced Auto on Cassopolis st were very helpful today!!They would not let me leave until they figured out the issue.I so appreciate all they did keep up the great job guys!!!

Wes and team were saints! Our truck barely limped I to their parking lot. They checked the diags enough for us to know it needed a real mechanic. They then gave us a place to sit inside while we waited for the tow truck...and helped us push it into an open spot. Thanks guys, we really appreciate you!

Stopped by on a road trip to pick up some headlights, super helpful staff! Wes (I hope I remember his name correctly) was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this shop for parts!

I went to purchase a battery on 4/21 around 7:00 pm. The employee asked to look at battery. We walked outside and she looked at battery.We walked back into store. She asked if I had a tow package. I told her I don t know.She then walked outside by herself. After, she walked back inside, I asked her if I had a tow package. She said, Well that s your vehicle. Only you would know that . I then told her, I thought she checked because she went outside. She said that she was looking for something else on battery. I then told her that I would be back.I drove down the street to another store. Employee at that store took one look at the battery, and explained to me the type of battery I had. He even told me I had a tow package, without me even asking!Employee from Advance Auto needs to exhibit friendliness and knowledge when dealing with customers.

Never have the parts I need. Went in to buy tune up parts, really common stuff, and you don't even have that. If I wanted to wait 2 days to have the parts, I'd buy them online and have them delivered to my house. Good luck staying in business selling air fresheners and overpriced garbage interior decorations.

My Father left his wallet in the store today with $450 cash and all his bank cards. He returned to the store later and the manager found the wallet and had it locked in a safe! She returned the wallet to him untouched! He tried to pay her a small reward and she refused saying she doesn t need to be paid to do what s right.

I have went to this store twice to buy wiper blades and ask them to install them for me, which they advertise that they will do for free! Both times I was told NO! Then don't advertise it if you won't do it! I went to Auto Zone, better price and they gladly installed the blades.

Normally advance is great, not so much this trip. Ordered online, paid, and next day get there to pick up item and item is NO where to be found, get BS excuse and now have to drive out of my way burning up extra fuel to go to another store to get said item. If I had wanted to go to other store I would have bought from that store to begin with. Yay, NOT HAPPY.

Well they had what I needed. I grabbed wrong product and the happily exchanged it. The female manager could use some service training on how to be friendly and engaging. She's the only reason I wouldn't go back.

I was having fuse issues and the mang Justin went far and beyond to help out.took care of the customers like a parts person should highly recommend this advance employee to help customers. Very professional and sweet

None of the cashiers were wearing masks, even though there is a state and county wide mask mandate. People were waiting to be checked out and one of the cashiers was just standing there staring off into space, he had to be asked if he was open. Had to go to one side of the counter to hand over my purchase, then walk around a large pallet of stuff stacked in front of the checkout counter in order to pay through the credit card machine. Cashier gave me the receipt, then made me walk back around the stack of merchandise again to pick up what I had just paid for. Won't be going back to this store ever again.

Bought an Optima battery from Elkhart IN store 3 years ago. I went to Mishawaka store to have it checked,they said the could not check an Optima battery. I told them I bought it in Elkhart,could not look up my purchase because I wasn't in their special program. I went to the Elkhart store,they tested the battery( bad,out of warranty),I bought a new one. Elkhart store good,Mishawaka store bad.Back to Autozone.

It's a auto parts store that has most anything you might need. Of course you have to pay retail prices. The one time I went in here and got no help, and they weren't even busy. But when I went in recently, I again got no help; the trick is you have to find someone and ask them to help you. They apparently don't offer any help to customers when you walk in.

To receive 5 stars from me ... the encounter from going in the front door till I pay at the register.. must me smooth and quick in and out..any problems I encounter I deducts a star.If I have 4 negative feelings...1 star ??

It's not a bad store, But I will say this an im Speakn from Personal Experience ,,, If your fixen your vehicle an its needen major parts don't get them here ,they will Ither Immediately break on you withen a week or rite as ur testn out ur part after uv got it on ..... So Just So Ya'll Know This is just my Opinion ,,, But Having this happen 1too many times I've Learned My Lesson The HardWay...I go Elsewhere Now Cus of that.... Other then that, they have good prices on allot of stuff tht others don't.... An most of them know Excatly what there talkn bout when you are needing help ..........

Usually have the parts I need. If not, they find it.Saved quite a bit shopping on line, then picking up at the store. Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful staff. I strongly recommend them.

If you offer something, make sure your employees know what they are doing. Need a whipper replaced and no one knew how to change. Had to go somewhere else to get it changed.
