Overpriced and employees are rude. Typical small town store cornering the market. Go to O' Reilly's right up the street. Better prices , knowledge, cleanliness and product. The guy named Chad were a blow hard moron to the point that he alone would be enough to not go again. Went to O'Reilly's and found what I needed for half the price and were greeted with respect. This place are lucky that it doesn't allow to give 0 stars !

Definitely the BEST of the two places I know of in Edinburgh to go for auto parts! The O ther place we ll just call it, basically referred me to them. I m glad you did O ther place. Tri-County Auto Parts, welcomed me as I walked in the door with a warm greeting. The owner s Mother was just the sweetest lady, and the owner went above and beyond for me. Being only an Edinburgh resident for a little over a year, I don t know many places to go, unless they re a chain like the O ther store. Tri-County Auto Parts may not have the early hours, but their staff are not just nowledgeable, ( O ther store who are not), they give you the small town hospitality that should be given in a small town. Thank you again for your help this morning!! I don t know what I would have done without you and your Mom this morning! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and even at a MUCH MUCH lower price than the O ther store

Every time you walk into this auto parts store, there s a Hometown feel to it. There s a reason for that .The man who owns the shop is from the town. He knows the people. He understands the people. He provides excellent service even to out of towners.Chad is simply the best. There s no reason to go to any other auto parts store there in town.

I've been there twice and both times the guy was rude. The first time he gave me mismatched spark plugs, the second time the tire patch kit I got was cheap and it broke. So I went back just to see if he would give me a refund, and I will just say I left the kit on the counter, just having the knowledge that I'll never go back is worth the price of that kit!

We were travelers from Wisconsin and had some car issues. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try getting us to buy anything that we didn't need (which I felt bad because we didn't buy anything and spent a good 45 mins there). He helped by explaining stuff to us and was very patient when we didn't understand what he was saying. We definitely needs more people and businesses like this around the country someone who will go out of their way to help and not out to just earn a buck trying to sell anything and everything they could. Thank you for all your help!

Helped us out and let us borrow a tool instead of paying for it so we could do a quick fix and get home from our roadtrip. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. 10/10 recommend this shop. Thanks again!

These guys might be the most helpful Automotive parts business I ve ever came across in my life. I had a mishap 2000 miles from home. After multiple stops at NAPA, ORIELLY s, and Autozone and in 2 states they got me fixed up. They are friendly and overall knowledgeable which seems less and less at your bigger parts suppliers. I give them 6 stars if I could.

Went to buy oil and was in a hurry. Couldn't get the oil cap off. The owner came out and helped me and also put the oil in for me. Thanks
