if I lived in the area I would make this my go-to place. I hit something hard on the highway while on my way from michigan to kentucky; it was after hours and I d never had something like this happen to me before. they picked me up super fast with a tow, even stopped to check the damage to see if it was quickly fixable, but after we found out it was a bent rim they dropped me at a hotel and took my car to their shop. then I got a call around 9am the next morning with an update, and it was fixed by 11. they even came to get me from the hotel in my car and let me drive it back to the shop to make sure it felt the same. I was insanely appreciative. was like a small town feel. and prices seemed fair. thank you chad.

Wonderful people. I had my car towed to them. They ended up fixing the car within an hour while a nearby competitor said they wouldn t look at it for 3 weeks.When I was there and unsure if I would have to Uber home a worker offered to drop me off at my place 15 min away.Great place and would highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called around and talked to multiple local towing companies, and not only did they quote me the best price, but when I called back quite a bit later in the day (after 6 in the afternoon) they honored the quote they had given me from earlier that morning! Super great customer service. I highly recommend this place over any of the other local towing companies!

Chad came to tow my car this morning from my hotel to Honda Dealer. I am on a road trip When my car broke down. Chas was very courteous and helpful. I m from Florida and he had myself and my dog wait in the heated truck while he loaded up my vehicle.He kept informed of his progress and made the whole process much less stressful for me.I truly appreciated his help and being so nice and making sure I was taken care of by the dealer. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need if their services.

My daughter was on the side of the road today on her road trip to see her boyfriend it was scary for me to think she was 9 hours away from me and I couldn t help her much thankfully these people took good care of her her alternator failed and they replaced it at the end of the day on a Friday. They even filled up her tires and changed her oil. I know it sounds crazy but I m sending them a thank you card.Service: Battery

Best towing company around!!! The owner came and towed our car off the interstate during his lunch break and looked at my car and got us back on the road in no time!! Super super friendly. Highly recommend!!

MONEY HUNGRY!!! My car has been towed by these guys twice now and one fee is just as ridiculous as the next. The max towing fee they can charge you within a 15 mile radius is $150 and somehow in less than 24 hours it was over $400!! Their explanation, "Have you seen the price of diesel?" Or "These trucks cost over 100k" That does not give them the right to make up BS charges and I told them just that. In the end they ended up taking $100 off my bill....hmmmm wonder why. Sometimes the option isn't your choice but if it is DO NOT CHOOSE THESE GUYS.

My car broke down coming from Chicago! The owner was so kind and stopped to help me at the shell gas station! Such a friendly town! They helped me charge my oil filter and got me here to the shop and got my car back running! I am so grateful the most amazing generous people here! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! My family (2 adults, 5 kids) broke down 250 miles from home and 600 miles from our destination. We called for their towing service; they made sure we were safe and took care of all of us. Once back at the shop, they made sure we were comfortable and got our van right in and were able to find and fix the problem right away so we could continue our trip. Every person we interacted with was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The kids actually had a pretty good time! They made a very unwanted and unenjoyable experience so much better, and we left in great spirits a short time later. They went above and beyond!Services: Electrical repair, Battery

My alternator went out on me and Mr. Chad who is very nice and professional came to tow my car to another place. they wasnt going to be able to fix my car till next week. He offered to help me and im very thankful he did. Not only did I get my car back the next day but I also paid a cheaper price. Definitely recommend coming here and I will be back for my car needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got locked out of my vehicle. Within 15 minutes of requesting roadside assistance through my insurance company they were there and had my door unlocked. Very friendly and professional also! Very very impressive. Will definitely be calling them for car repairs in the future when needed!

I have three old cars that constantly need repair. These are the only people I trust. Their knowledge level is outstanding, and if they don't know something they are upfront and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, and they always look to try to save the customer money whenever it is practical. They are also pleasant to deal with. What more can you ask for in a mechanic? I would recommend them to my family, that should tell you how I feel about this place.

Driver Andy was absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable, professional and worked really hard to make sure we got out of Brown county state park safely, and quickly.I recommend this company 10/10 any day, no predatory tactics, no excuses, just helpful guys to get you out of a jam.

Great place with good people. They talk straight and tell you exactly what needs to be done and when. Good home town people doing what they love. They have new tire prices that are typically lower than online after shipping as well. The only downside is that they are always busy due to their great service.

This is a great place to deal with! My sons car broke down while at drill with the national guard. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and worked out a plan yo get it towed and repaired. Everyone was friendly and helpful! I live in Portage, In. and to get this done with no hassle was awesome.

We had our Jeep breakdown on our way to ours son s deployment ceremony, and they went above and beyond. They not only towed our vehicle to the dealership, but the owner had his employees pick us up in his personal truck and drove us to the ceremony. You just don t see that too often these days. Thank you again!

Had to find another mechanic...wanted to have hubby's brakes and front end fixed, sway bars, etc...called, guy was rude, treated us like he didn't have time to talk and didn't care if we brought it in or not. I was super surprised. I had been going there for quite a while. We were half-assed quoted an astronomical amount...went down the road to Patriotic Auto, and Nicole and her husband had our car fixed in a day, with lifetime breaks cheaper than quoted, and they were amazing!!! They even quoted us for another job we need done, and have been very respectful, and considerate of my husband's schedule. He works weird hours.Will not recommend Thirty One, but will Nicole and her husband all day, every day. He even patched my daughter's tire, free of charge... awesome people!!!

On the way back from vacation in a warm place, I locked the keys in my car on a crummy snowy night in Nineveh IN. I called my insurance road service and they called thirty one Auto group and Chad showed up within 20 minutes! He was very friendly, professional and got the door open quickly. I am thrilled with the service I've received from Chad and was very happy. Highly recommended.

Charles is the man! We were headed out of town in our 2022 Winnebago TRAVATO when it suddenly turned off while driving on the highway. We were blocking one lane and unable to start the RV, take the key out of the ignition, or put the vehicle in Neutral to try to coast it off the road. I called roadside assistance who sent Thirty One Auto Group to tow us. Law enforcement showed up while I was on the phone and 5-6 helpful officers tried to help us fix the issue with no result. Charles, the absolute best man for the job, showed up, listened to what happened, and spent a great deal of time trying to fix it for us. He went above and beyond and found an unplugged wire inside the steering column that leads to the ignition. It took probably an hour of messing with things without the proper tools to find and fix the issue. His tenacity made our night go from horrible to a crazy, funny story. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs a tow or vehicle maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Today I accidentally locked myself out of my car three hours away from home. Roadside assistance contacted Thirty One Auto Group-- They were at my car within 20 minutes and had my car unlocked within 4 minutes. The guys who came out were incredibly friendly and efficient. Thank you so much!

Have used this company to tow my truck once before and wasn t thrilled by the way my truck wasn t taken care of. They are the provider Verizon uses for roadside. Then today I used my Verizon again and a guy by the name of Josh showed up. He completely changed my outlook on this company. Josh took the time to strap my truck with chains and straps and made sure my truck was secure and safe to be towed. Would absolutely recommend Josh!!! Way to go brother!!!!

Great professional service! The gentleman that helped me was very kind and talked me through everything. I was supposed to get a tow further from my destination and it ended up he was willing and able to patch my tire on site which was so quick! Could not ask for better service!
