They had a hard to find part for my Mercedes 6.9, and got it delivered much faster than expected. Will buy from here again

Adsit is a joke, I ordered a Transmission and Torque converter for my w126, it took several months to finally arrive, and when it did, the transmission was busted and upside down in a broken crate, and the torque converter was fully missing (which I understand was likely not Adist's fault) the problem came when I wanted it returned and replaced, there was a SEVERE lack of communication, but whereas while I was buying the transmission and parts, and sending them 4,000 dollars, they were certainly very helpful and communicative. But as soon as they had my money, they had no reason to speak to me any longer. After a few months, they only spoke to me once my bank sent them a charge dispute notice in the mail on my behalf. Due to the lack of communication, i wanted a full refund, which they tried their best to fight against, but eventually offered to have it "refunded", with a HUGE chunk of my money kept for "restocking" , despite the fact I know that they insured the transmission and torque converter, AND got all their money back, PLUS their transmission back, which they could rebuild, PLUS them trying to keep a massive chunk of my money. In the end, after 5 months of fighting with the help of my bank, I got back all my money, with my bank likely taking the loss for me. Please beware of this company, they have decent but overpriced parts from what I could see, but if you are ready to wait several months to get it, and likely have to deal with these uncommunicative baboons if there is the slightest problem, it might be worth checking out other mercedes part sellers.

Buyer beware, bait and switch. Mercedes OEM - lie. In stock - lie. Receive in 3-4 days - lie. Purchased fuel pump relay and was told it was Mercedes OEM, in stock, and when I would receive the part. Called Adsit number of times to check status. Eventually received the part from a warehouse in California, 2nd, 3rd, 4th party?? Anyway, after receiving the part, not what I was expecting nor what they told me it would be, I called Adsit back. They then told me that the part hadn't been available via OEM Mercedes since 2019.....what??? Anyway, exact same part on Ebay (fakebay) for $42 shipping included, I paid $179 for what I was told was OEM Mercedes. I seriously think they bought the part off Ebay and had it shipped to me. It works, but disappointed in the deception, had higher expectations, and that's why I paid more $$. I saw these options before ordering from Adsit but had decided to pay more to get more - not. Do your homework and ask questions, although I felt that I had done so.

Ordered a rebuilt motor on 12/29/21, got the motor the end of May. Once my mechanic installed there was antifreeze leaking from the valve covers. They now want to just send a gasket to repair. I paid for a rebuilt motor that should work not have to be repaired. Not happy with this and at this point. I question the integrity of this business. No resolve at this point.

Very easy to do business with. Agent quickly found me the part I needed, explained the core return policy, processed my payment and shipped the part. I had been told at repair shop this part was no longer in production and would take about 4-6 weeks for them to get me a rebuilt one. Adsit shipped it the next day!Very efficient and professional.

Called to inquire about whether or not I could pick up at the warehouse if I purchased chrome rims for my 1995, SL320. They were advertised as on sale for under $200 each. In discussing with the rep on the phone. I hesitated at the sale price and said I would think about it. He offered a better deal if I would commit. I offered a bit less than that and he was able to get the sale approved for that amount. Later, I called as my schedule would not permit me to pick them up promptly and was given a reasonable shipping price to my installer. They arrived there 2 days later. Very good to deal with this company.

I have purchased from Adsitco for many many years now for my 1984 Mercedes 380 SL and have always received the correct part and good quality parts and I will continue to use them for as long as I own this car. I think their prices are fair And I ve never had a problem with shipping. It s nice to have their catalog in my desk because you never know when you re going to need a part for an antique car.

Ordered the item on eBay, contacted the seller about shipping. Seller worked with me to alleviate concerns, item was shipped immediately and arrived before the prescribed date. Item arrived as described-in great condition; when I had the rims installed, the tech broke one of the center caps-I contacted Adsit and the representative sent two center caps out free of charge-great customer service!

The dude on the phone was very helpful and took the time to check the rear axle ratio of a differential. He got back to me promptly. When I got the differential, it was better than expected. This place has some cool old Mercedes parts, and their prices are not bad either.

The salesman was quite knowledgeable and very professional. I spent a lot of time locating parts to rebuild my car. 10 minutes with Adsit and I m ready to rebuild.If you re having troubles, they will send schematics to assist you.Great place!

Well I needed a turn signal switch for a 1996 Mercedes SL500 I'm restoring it I found somebody here in Dallas who wanted to sell me the part for $452 another company here in Dallas wanted to sell it to me for $500 I found ad set they specialize in Mercedes Benz when I got a hold of them they sold me a brand new turn signal switch for $198 I've gone back to them more and more I don't care what year your Mercedes is or what model you've got these guys are good they're quick and their price it's decent very very decent I appreciate it and I highly recommend Adsit

Adsit is one of the only companies that has out of production parts for Mercedes. Many times they have items that are no longer available from Mercedes. That was the case with the part I just purchased. My only issue is their pricing can be a bit high depending on what you need . I am happy that I was able to get what I needed this time otherwise I would not have passed California smog. Staff is polite and knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

The Adsit Company has been of great assistance for several years. I have owned several Mercedes Benz vehicles and I could (and still) depend on their help and assistance in purchasing parts, answering questions, or, returning a part not needed as I did recently. I will continue to be a part(however small) of the Adsit family as they are there to assist me and others in keeping our vehicles operational, at great prices. Thank you very much!

Very helpful easy to talk with. I needed engine parts and the fellow was great on the phone. If you need high quality and service to match this is a good place to check for parts. They seem to have available to them parts that often other companies wont have. Friendly and knowledgeable its a good combo !

I needed an A/C control unit for a 2003 Mercedes. The staff at Adsit were not only helpful in locating the correct part and expediting its arrival to L.A., but the price was less than all competitors. The staff (Seth) were very professional and quickly responded to questions. Great company to deal with!

I have used Adsit Company for obtaining different parts for my 1983 Mercedes 380SL. They have always been very helpful, have a good stock of products for my "old" car and they promptly deliver anything that has been ordered. I highly recommend them if you are looking for parts.

It's really difficult to find parts for older Mercedes from the early 70's through the late 80's but I was able to find what I needed for my 85 300SD on this site. Other sites say they had a product in stock but when I ordered from them I would receive an email saying they could not get the product from their supplier (thus they did not have any in stock). I did not have that issue with AdsitCo. Everything I ordered was ready and shipped in a timely manner. Joe was helpful and replied to my emails in a timely fashion answering all my questions.

Bait and switch and very dishonest seller. Ordered a part online and paid in full. Couple of days later, I emailed asking if the item been shipped. A day later, I got a call back from the owner saying he can't sell me the item at the price I paid for online since the item price has gone up. I paid $100+ dollar and he then changed his online price to $350+...yes people, I have the receipt and a pic of the original online price and the new price if any proof is needed. Any decent company would have honored the transaction...this guy, honesty and honor does not exist in his world. Disgusting.

I ordered, order confirmation arrived momentarily, in a couple days payment was processed (weekend) and shipping notification with tracking info, they arrived in a few days. It just don't get no better 'n that! And they're gorgeous! Good job.

Although I am awaiting the return of my engine (after a rebuild) up till now and the 20 + yrs I've known of this company adn the people that work there I am sure I will get back a wonderfully rebuilt automotive piece machinery suitable for a classic MB at a reasonable price and within a reasonable amount of time. They also took care of the logistics of sending a shipper and will return the engine detailed and ready to instal after crating same. Definitely recommend!

Couldn t find the needed part ANYWHERE. Even looked in Germany. When we had all but given up when we received a call back from Adsit. It took about three days but they had our part. Priced well below dealer cost and had it shipped and to our door in two days. Have nothing but good things to say about Adsit. It will be my first stop in shopping from now on.

Having just inherited a 1999 Mercedes, I brought the car to my mechanic for a few issues. My mechanic called to tell me they couldn t find some parts needed. After searching the internet, I came across Adsit. I spoke to Reese, who was so incredibly helpful and friendly, and had the parts I needed! I received an email with the shipping info, and noticed one of the items I ordered was incorrect (left seatbelt instead of right). I called, spoke to Reese who was extremely apologetic, and immediately sent out the correct part. Outstanding customer service! The parts arrived quickly, and well packed. Not only do I have Adsit s number on speed dial, I already gave my mechanic their info, and will tell anyone and everyone about this awesome company.

I recently obtain a set of rims from Adsit as a result of receiving one of their sale emails. I called the company to ensure the size of the rims was appropriate for my car, and order was done quickly. The rims arrived within a week. Great job by Adsit and the rims look good.

Adsit is the company to go for any Mercedes Benz parts and accessories you may ever need. Their customer service and attention to details is the best around. They go out of their way to satisfy customers request and help determine what you need to achieve your car's goal. I highly recommend Adsit and will continue to do business with them.

I needed a small emblem for the grill on my 1989 190E (which is my baby, since I had purchased her new 30 years ago). The salesperson was most considerate and helpful in locating the part for me. It was a small sale, but convinced me that I will return to Adsit should I ever again need anything for my baby Benz.
