Had originally rated them for five stars but they put on a tire without ceiling it to the rim and it almost came off on the highway won't be returning obviously and you can get tires mounted if you take them yourself to Walmart for 11 bucks

These guys are extremely professional and personable! They always make you feel like family. Their rates are great! You can get flats fixed or purchase new and/or used tires at a truly reasonable rate! They will continue to get my business!

Waited 45 minutes and they say they open at 8am. I think they make their own hours here. They have lost my business for sure. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. Went to a different shop and was charged fairly the same price.

Do not go to this place if you are getting a new tire on a 20 or 22in rim , these guys will crack your rim and look at you like you did something wrong.......I came in on a Sunday with a brand new tire because my old tire had a bubble in it, I had no leaks no problem with the tire going down ,when I left this place I had three cracks in my rim with the tire going down within a hour, this smart-mouth guy with this funny grin on his face say I can charge you $100 a crack, please people do not go to them...

Sergio was extremely helpful fixed my tired so fast in a second. I went to Levin Tire Shop in Highland and they said nothing was wrong . I spend over 400 dollars at levin tire shop and they could not find what Indy Tire Shop found in a second. I told Levin Tire the day before what I wanted fixed and they said everything is good the next day I wake up with a flat and they gave us an attitude. Indy tire listened and fixed exactly what I needed thank you for a the wonderful customer service.

I went to this tire shop yesterday and asked for a tire. They didn t have the tire I needed So I said okay. Was about to change my tire on my truck when the employees start yelling at me. The customer service at this place is terrible. One of the guys their took off his sweater like he wanted to fight me. To me I will never go back to this place and I will tell all my family and friends not to go there either. It was the worst experience I ve ever have. Don t Go HERE extremely poor customer service.

Best tire shop in east Chicago , people complain about the time they open give them a break and don't come so early in the morning. The prices here are affordable and reasonable. Sometimes the prices are high but for good reasons. People expect a 50 dollar tire to be 20 bucks. They have great employees and have great customer service. I've been a customer for years and they have always treated me with respect. If you need a tire replaced or repaired you should go here. They also do brakes!

Needed a quick used tire to grab on the way home from work. Called ahead to make sure they had it. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. Friendly quick service.

Went in for a rotation and two tire plugs. The guys only rotated one side. They couldn't get the tire off and gave up. So when they repaired the hole in both the tires it was fine but right when they were gonna put the tire on they "found" another leak. So I paid two for one on one tire and didn't get one side rotated. They did the job or at least tried. But I went to the tire shop down the street and they got the tire right off.

Tire blew taking my children to school at 7:40am Made it to them at 7:50. Door says open at 8. I was relieved...But then 8:20 came, I and other customers were waiting, I called no answer. I had to drive about 2 miles on a flat to the next tire shop. If you are going to open late at least answer the phone

Their door says they open at 8. I ve been waiting since 7:45 and no one is here. It is past 9:15.

Went to this place to change my tire censor and drove off they didn't change correct and my tire popped went back and told me I hit something when I clearly didn't. So I had to get a hold knew tired from somewhere else of course.
