Navi was very nice over the phone & in person. I had an issue with the power steering of my car. He fixed the problem, and saved me thousands of dollars compared to other shops that told me that I had to get the car serviced at the dealership . I will definitely use his services again in the future, and recommend him for your service needs.Update: Navi is very patient & knowledgeable when explaining the work that needs to be done. Reasonable prices for quality work

Jeff and Navi are so professional and very knowledgeable. They do great work. What I love about them is that they explain and show me what is wrong and tell me what it will cost up front. And they do the work in a timely manner.. And they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them. Called them on an emergency basis when my car started to make noise . Contacted them Friday when I was working I was able to get in Monday morning to have the issue addressed. They had my car ready by the end of the day. Hands down the EASIEST process I went through with an auto shop. I will be back for any future service I may need!!! Jeff does fantastic custom exhaust work and a GOOD alignment. Shop takes the time to do things right the first time. Friendly staff, I'll happily bring them more work.

Have taken my car to Hoekstra on multiple occasions now and have nothing but the best to say about them. Was recently diagnosed for a bad alternator at another shop and Hoekstra confirmed that a new alternator was not needed and rather just a pulley, saving me over $1000! Jeff was very professional at all times. He explained to me what the alignment would entail. He also told me the price would depend on what all he had to do to align the wheels properly. I picked up my car about an hour or so later. The charge was minimal-because the work he had to do was minimal. Many other places charge a flat rate. I know because I called around, but Jeff was the only mechanic who took the time to explain the process involved with aligning the front wheels. Excellent job. Will be taking my car there for any mechanical issues in the future when in town.Service: Wheel alignment

I scheduled an appointment with Jeff Hoekstra for Wednesday 4/22/20 at 8am. I got there a little early and as soon as Jeff got there he took care of me. He made the repairs and the charge was extremely reasonable. Jeff even fixed the squeaky brake in the front tire that I've had for a year now...no charge. Jeff is such a nice person to talk to and this is my car repair shop for life. I have been telling everyone I know, if you need a repair, contact Jeff. Great person to talk to and the most amazing attitude towards everyone. I'm telling you too...I highly recommend Hoekstra Alignment Services for car repairs.

Why anyone wouldnt take their vehicles here is beyond me. This place has been around forever and is trusted for their workmanship and pricing. All you have to do is watch the type of cars that come in and out of the bays such as Hot rods, antiques, lifted trucks and so forth. The owner is very nice. as is the staff, and will communicate issues with vehicle. They will also install leveling kits and small lifts.

I guess i might have had bad luck, came in for an alignment, was told they were too busy, so came back a few days later after they put me on their calendar, i guess an appointment. Then I came at start time. They opened a little late. I was told the mechanic had to take his car to the dealer(another mechanick?) And everyone else was sick. I went to a competitor and was taken care of and on my way under 2 hours. I may give them another chance along the line since all the good reviews and since i can understand $#!+ happens.

It's a home away from home/muffler shop. The owner took time to chat and give me knowledge on what was wrong with my muffler. Even found a hard to find muffler for me! Jeff took the time out not to make me feel like a customer but took the time out to make me feel like family. This is a shop that truly cares about your vehicle, I had a long wait until completion but it was worth it! My cars drives better than it has since I've owned it and I've had it for 6 years, I will be taking it back soon to take care of 1 more issue that I was told about. Make an appointment for the next open date and you won't be disappointed!

Jeff you are the Man!!! Honest man who does good honest work. A lil pricey but when 1 wants caviar you don't pay for tuna.. so the question becomes "is your car worth it" ummmm yes!! yes!! It is!!!

Jeff did an awesome job on the exhaust of my 1979 Chevy pickup. Taking the time to remove old brackets that aren t used and installing ones that look more factory than the ones it s was built with. It s worth the trip there.

Do Not Take Your Vehicle To Jeff The Owner Of This So Called Business To Be Worked On. He Will Charge You A Price That Is Needed To Do Your Muffler System The Way That You Requested It To Be Done & When You Get Your Vehicle Back It Is Missing A Part In The System That Was Told By Jeff That Would Be Installed. When Confronted With The Issue, Jeff Became Upset & Very Verbally Disrespectful. Mad At An Issue That Had Nothing To Do With The Vehicles Owner But His Own Self. You Would Think That Him Being The Owner Of This Business That He Would Not Want To Have Unhappy Customers & Bad Reviews But I Honestly Think He Could Careless Since He Didn t Care What He Said To The Customer By Text Message & For The Customer To Have Proof Of His Foul Mouth. Plus, We Come To Find Out That Jeff Over Priced For The Work That Was Done On The Vehicle. I Highly Do Not Recommend Anyone To Do Business With This Establishment What So Ever.
