I hate having to deal with mechanics, but these guys aren t too bad. If you schedule a time to get your car serviced, just be aware that it might take a while. If you have the luxury of being able to drop your car off and come back later that will be your best option, but if you have to wait, they have a nice little waiting area. It s always clean and well conditioned. All in all they are worth it! 9/10 will go back

We got our Ford Escape from Frankie's in August. On 12/28 we brought it in as there seemed to be a transmission issue. It is now 1/15 and despite numerous phone calls and voice-mail we have not been contacted or answered on what is going on with my vehicle. If we ever get it back from them I will no longer be using this service center despite being assured that should any issues arise we bring it to them. Brought my car from here in 2015 , they said policy change, no more free oil changes, I came anyway, OVER 1 HOUR FOR A OIL CHANGE ! REALLY ? , if I know it would take that long, I would have went to oil express, I will NOT be back, and most likely will not buy my next car from here .

I've been using Frankie's auto service for more than 8 years. As a woman with little knowledge of how cars work I'm always concerned with the honesty of those who service my car. I can honestly say the people of Frankie's are always polite, honest and very helpful as well as reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

Solid place to get an oil change if you got your car from Frankie's Auto Sales. Make sure you make an apoointment though. Wait times are pretty decent compared to other dealerships. Repair work is quality and reasonable prices. The service writers are friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed work done on my car and chose Frankie's Auto Service Dept after getting quotes at various service centers. I found the service manager, Lou, to be up front and honest. The other employees at the service counter and the mechanic were all pleasant and professional and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car issue was fixed and is running great! Highly recommend the service department at Frankie's.

I love Frankie's! They sold me my car at a great deal and they always manage to accommodate my busy schedule when I'm in need of oil changes! I'd recommend them to anyone.

I purchased my vehicle here 5 years ago and gone here for all my car needs. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I always feel a personal touch when I come here. They've kept my car running for all these years. Thanks guys

I bought a car so I get 'free' oil changes, the problem is they never call back to confirm an oil change appointment time, so I end up not being able to get it performed here. That being said the one oil change I was able to get here seemed fine, but I wish I could get somebody to call and confirm an appointment so I can get one every 3-5K miles like they said I could when I bought my car here.Service: Oil change

Great cars, and they put every vehicle through a thorough inspection by certified techs before putting them on the lot. How many small auto sales have 6+ service bays????

The sales department is horrible! Got a car from there and it was nothing but problems then found out it was way under, brought it back for them to even try and make good on the car. And they said WE had to make up the difference... And the service guys are super slow and almost have to be new at doing cars because we've had to have services RE- DONE on the vehicle several times especially oil change! And they do not care. All of them act like there grandma died! Never go here !!! Been telling everyone I know never go here!!!

Service manager Louie is very knowledgeable about all cars built within the past 20 years. Honest work, and integrity. A shop like this is hard to come by these days.

This place is awesome it has a great selection and allows you free oil changes when you buy a car... I have used their oil changes frequently. It has a friendly staff and atmosphere.

Was lied to the second I walked in. Asked me to run my credit the second I walked in. When I asked them to not do a hard credit check on me yet I was promised that it would not be. Guess what, it was. When I got upset the guy apologized, and used the excuse that it was "his first day" even though it obviously was not. I was shown a 2013 impala which I was actually interested in and told I would have no problem. Well, I didn't qualify and was then shown a 2006 rav4. The car was disgustingly dirty on the inside even though it was just shampooed, deep gouged sractches everywhere, rust, large dents ect. They asked for almost three thousand over the highest msrp. When I asked about this he told me they do an inspection that cost 900 or so dollars and that was my responsibility to pay for. We were about to go for a test drive and when I stated my bottom line price the salesman very rudely said there was no point for us to even test drive it, and to have a nice day and walked off. I was treated rudely and blatantly lied to. Do not go here!

They offered me a much better price for my car than CarMax and they didn t waste my time. I appreciate how the appraiser focused more on the positive things with my car instead of just pointing out all the negative.

SCAM... My fianc� and I got a letter from them in the mail that was part of a giveaway that they were doing and when I scratched off the Square it said that we had won $500. I looked at the fine print and it said there was like a .001% of doing that and winning. So it seems legit, my fianc� went to go with the card, and instead they gave him a five dollar Walmart card and told him that he could trade in his 2011 car which he s obviously not going to do for $500 value. I was told this place was sketchy, what a waste of time.

Service is great, squeezed me in on a Saturday, got me out in time for my wife's appointment. Fast, friendly and polite. But, they don't return phone calls.

Wasn't aware of the change in my oil change when I called to schedule had to have a sticker on my back window had to pay 30 for it when I've been getting my oil changes for free there Everytime. SMH. Now on husband will do hisnown oil changes

Mechanics dont know what they're doing..brakes were done all wrong, they told me car had brand new brakes and they only replace one pad. Need all new rotors now
